Great experience. Associate was efficient and professional and I had my new iPhone ready to use in short order. My 5 yr old phone bit the dust so I needed a phone quickly and that is exactly what I got. Very happy with my phone and the service I received. Just wish I could remember the employee’s name.

Went in to transfer and upgrade two iPhones from Verizon yesterday. On the way home, we got an urgent message from AT&T saying additional information was needed. Called the sales rep who said it was just a delayed message and everything was done. We kept getting the same text from AT&T. Tried online help w AT&T. After saying he could help us, he just told us to call Verizon. More urgent texts overnight and this morning. I’m no longer able to get into my Verizon account b/c they were sending texts to my old (reset) phone. Called sales rep again, who also said he’d get it resolved. And then told us to contact Verizon. Helpful. Again unable to get them, they said they sent a code - to my old phone, and the call automatically disconnected. Called AT&T again. The person who *finally* resolved the issue confirmed that this should’ve been done at the store, by the person who told us to just ignore the urgent texts. We also weren’t given any options on memory, and today are told if we want something different, there would be a re-stocking fee. Yesterday, we’re told after we’re given a monthly total and started the whole process, there would be a $30 or $35 activation fee per phone for our two transfers plus the new line added. That information should’ve been provided up front, but was purposely withheld until later. We know those fees can be waived, because the sales rep told us he’d gotten permission to waive them - if we signed up for their cable service. He also told his trainee that there was a fee they had the option to waive, and he only did that for nice customers, not customers who weren’t nice. So far phone service signal is less than we already had, plus it took almost 24 hours to resolve a situation caused by the sales rep. Not a good start and I see us likely switching back. Customer service is just going to be horrible regardless of carrier.

My AT&T experience would have been very upsetting if it wasnt for one of the associates. I just would like thank Ruben for everything that he did. Ruben tried everything in his authority to help our situation. It might not have been what we hoped for but Ruben was very kind, had patience, and understanding. Kudos to you Ruben!

I was extremely satisfied.I meant to pick very satisfied #5Our service person Nate was amazing. I was mentally prepared to be there for 2+ hours, based on my previous experience several years ago.We upgraded 2 phones, upgraded our plan, and added two additional lines, in and out in less than 25 minutes.Nate was expeditious, very conscientious of our time, and was very thorough explaining the details. I would go there again and wait for Nate if I had any other issues.

Enter this store at your own risk. The young men that I spoke with today acknowledged that a former employee mishandled my account...ADDED A WHOLE ENTIRE LINE WITHOUT MY CONSENT...but told me my only resolve was to call 611. 🤦🏽‍♀️ THAT was annoying and insulting. After being with AT&T for over 20 years, I expect solutions and not someone passing the buck.I went in with the intent of paying off my current iPhone to use it as a trade-in on the new iPhone (which I dont need, but another AT&T rep withheld important information about the trade-in procedure...so now I have two iPhones...annoying), but now I will be ending my business relationship with AT&T.My only regret is that I didnt get the General Sales Manager or Area Managers information so that I could speak with him/her about the unscrupulous individuals they have manning the stores.Extremely disappointed, but willing to inconvenience myself (and spend more per month) if that means I wont be lied to, have lines added unbeknownst to me, and not have my blood pressure elevated when dealing with these sorts of individuals.I wish I could give zero stars.Call 611...wow, thanks for your help sir.*and I waited a couple of hours to post the review, because I didnt want to write it up while I was frustrated.**still frustrated though 🤨

I highly recommend this AT&T location for everything you need! Today James helped me get a new phone after my old one had died on me. He was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I had a million questions and he answered all of them and with ease. It’s nice to find a real person who is knowledgeable about devices and services and willing to go above and beyond to help someone like me who just doesn’t understand technology. I’ve also been helped at this location by Cody several times and between these two, you can’t go wrong!!! Cody helped me get my grandfather a simple phone that he could actually navigate and was so kind when We ran into trouble transferring the phone number. He spent hours making sure I got exactly what i needed. Never once did these guys try to upsell or give me something I didn’t need.Ask for James or Cody when visiting this location!!!!! Two real people who are truly great at their jobs.

The sales associate (Isaac) did a fine job.However, having been an AT&T customer for years, what I thought would be a simple matter of: select a phone, pay for the phone, transfer the SIM card from the old phone and add the new phone to my existing $40/mo. PRE-PAID calling plan, was anything but simple. The phone could only purchased with an approved calling plan - none of which were PRE-PAID plans. Therefore, I was required to buy one of the approved plans. The least expensive single-line plan: $75/mo!!. Finally, because my phone number was tied to my old $40/mo. pre-paid plan I could NOT transfer it to the new phone.So, after a $30/month ($360/year) increase in cost and having to change a phone number Ive had for years in order to replace a fully functioning phone that wont work in Feb 2022 because AT&T is upgrading its system......

Had a TERRIBLE experience today at this location in Fredericksburg off of route 3. Purchased at&t protection glass on my phone. Had to get my glass replaced on my phone twice, once 6 months ago at no charge, and today where they unnecessarily charged my 8 dollars to replace.On the at&t box it “no hassle lifetime replacement program.” This experience was FAR from no hassle!The sales rep was virtually brain dead, who assured me they didn’t have the glass in stock, I then pointed out the product clearly on display and then proceeded to speak to the store manager who was equally as demented as the sales rep.The manager said the reason for the 8 dollar charge is because if I had to order the glass online they’d charge 8.00 for shipping!!!!I kindly explained that there was no need to charge 8dollars because the product was in stock at the store.He rudely walked away making no effort to rectify his error!Stay away! Going to Verizon when my contract expires!

He helped me out with everything I needed, was super polite, and I was out of there in 5 minutes. He was honest with me, saying he’s not the best at installing the screens but he’d try his best. Went in to the store on a Friday evening at 730 my sales rep was Nathaniel. I needed to upgraded my phone. The sales rep was not professional at all he was more worried about leaving at 8 then explaining everything. The sales rep handed me both the new phone and old phone and told me to go find wifi somewhere to set it up but they were closing. Just an all around bad experience with the sales rep will not ever recommend him or this store to anyone. I visited the Massaponax store 2 days later and they were able to help me and explain everything since Nathaniel did not.

The representative I worked with named CJ Kearny was a.pleasure to work with. He gave me all.the information I needed to make an informed decision, was patient, attentive and seemed knowledgeable of the products and plans. All of the reps on site yesteday- 4/25-seemed the same way from what I could tell. CJ seems.to.care about customer connection as when other customers.entered that.he recognized he made sure to.let them know.he remembered them and it made them smile. In other locations I felt rushed and like the reps didnt care if I stayed, left, bought anything or not. If ever I need help will.go back to that location.

TERRIBLE location that has rude employees and uses predatory business tactics to make more money. I was helped by Jimmy at this location and he convinced us to open a new line without phone on it and called it a ghost line. He acted very suspicious not telling us the details, but we trusted at&t and so we went through with this ghost line. A few weeks later I find out that I am paying 17 dollars extra a month for no reason! I go back to the store and Jimmy starts lying about it giving me excuses about promotions and discounts and once I asked him which promotion I was receiving, he would not give me any name, instead tried to convince me he helped me! Once I asked him how I was saving money he claimed I dont count exactly how much youre saving, it his job to help customers but he acted like he was doing me a favor! I called at&t and they told me what he did with the ghost line isnt even allowed and he was breaking the rules. This location does fraud with their customers!

4 stars! Not the most pleasurable experience in a carrier shop but not bad. My rep was polite and helpful. I felt that the rep was a bit “used car-ish”. I appreciate and understand that sales environments always have a certain feeling but our rep funneled us a little too quickly and didn’t really build rapport until after the sale was in his hand. The rep wrote down our savings and though I am hoping that the savings are real, I will be keeping a tally of them to determine if they ring true. Overall, nice rep, not the most customer centric sales process. I blame AT&T for that more so than the rep. Most salesmen/women sell how they’re trained and I have had better experiences buying mattresses.

Dear Google Reviews, I never thought this would happen to me. I mean, who would go to a forum like this to leave a glowing review of a place like AT&T? This guy.I was thinking I would just use the ATT website to buy new iPhones. It’ll be easier any faster, I thought. I knew all about the discount offer on the web site and it sounded pretty great.But instead I went in and Jimmy helped us. He was really amazing and saved us a TON of money. I’m so glad I went in and got Jimmy.He gave us all sorts of clever discounts and made it so we got 2 of the newest, biggest, $1400 iPhones “for free”! (Meaning we added 2 new iPhones at the same monthly rate we had been paying for just phone service alone. Plus the discounts also “covered” part of the third iPhone’s cost as well.)By adding a few “ghost” phone lines / numbers that we wouldn’t really need or use to our plan, we’d get a huge volume discount. I have 3 spare SIM chips in my closet that I could use in any compatible device.And we all figured out together that I could even upgrade a third iphone (mine) for super cheap, because then I’d have an extra phone to trade in. I wasn’t even planning to get a new phone. Couldn’t be more excited about it.These are all discounts I never saw anywhere on the web site. I never would have gotten there. I only wish I had gone into the Central Park AT&T store sooner.......Because clearly I’ve been paying AT&T way too much for the unlimited data plan... And the new discounts and prices that didn’t exist 3 years ago when we signed up were so big, they essentially paid for 2 1/2 top of the line iPhones.I’d have saved more money if I’d gone in sooner to switch to the newer cheaper plan. And I would have gotten the upgraded phones sooner.So go! Ask for Jimmy! Hopefully everyone else working there knows all these tricks too.

I went in to change service providers and was assisted by Juan Leal. He’s the best. He’s so personable and helpful. I traded in my iPhone XR and got $700 off with trade in and got the iPhone 12 with a larger gb because my XR was almost at capacity. I also signed for the AT&T tv package, which I didn’t realize AT&T provided. So simple and tech savvy !! All in all I received a new phone, and tv package for way less than what I was paying for with my last service provider & the 5G is great ! I was also told I’ll be receiving a Visa gift card for my purchase. If you need wireless help, go see Juan Leal at this store !!

Chris and Nate in the Fredericksburg office, work great as a team. They ensured the phone I selected had ample memory and met my needs. They transferred all apps and contacts, and made certain my phone was working properly before I left the store, also that I didnt have any unanswered questions. I was told by the previous sales guy, Jeff that he would give me an extra $90.00 off. I just needed to contact him when I got my first bill. Ive been attempting to contact Jeff ever since. Im on my third months bill now and Id like the $90.00 off he had promised to give me. I went into the shop today because one of my phones wasnt charging, and I wanted my $90.00 off. I saw a young lady who made me wait about fifteen minutes. As soon as she began to assist me, she immediately claimed she would take care of my $90.00 discount. Then she tried to claim I was already paid the $90.00. Total B.S. I had to contact Jeff so he could make it happen. My charger cord was bad on the phone that wasnt charging. I thought it could be the problem. She used another charger for a few minutes and immediately claimed it wasnt accepting a charge, and merely told me to take my phone to, You Break It, We Fix It. She didnt even bother trying to sell me a new charger. I drove out of my way to the other shop, only to be told it was just the charger cord that was the problem. This AT&T girl was completely unhelpful and totally waisted my time. Up until that point I had had great service from AT&T. Where is Jeff, and Where The Hell Is My $90.00 discount??????!!!!
