With the pandemic out here..it was too crowded...need to limit customers..maybe 3 at a time..for social distancing..just for everyone s safety. Otherwise service was great..the young lady was very nice, great customer service. God Bless🙏..Be safe

Wanted to purchase a new phone today. I called this business and the woman that answered had an attitude from the start. Wouldnt tell me the name of the business or her name. Laughed at me when I called her out on it. Lol...Ill spend my money somewhere else. This place is horrible.

Harry, (Fredericksburg,Va., near Mary Washington Hospital), is hands down THE BEST Boost Mobile owner/representative we have found yet. He resolved my phone issue and answered every question I had regarding my account, without hesitation. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant to speak with. Had I known his establishment was there sooner, I wouldnt have wasted my time with the rude, unbearable Boostmobile store in the Four Mile Fork shopping center, which is actually closer to my house. Harry has an excellent selection of phones and accessories to choose from as well, including Apple Air-Pods for $40.00!!! I went there with the intention of purchasing a new phone because mine wasnt keeping a charge, well aware I would be forking out a good bit of $$$ to do so, but my problem was a simple bad charging cord. Thanks to the honesty of Mr. Harry, I left there only spending $12.00! Wow! Thats integrity !!! My family and I will be returning and will recommend Harry to everyone!

Yahaira was awesome! She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The atmosphere was less than desirable, way too small and no room if there is more than 2 customers. Definitely need to relocate or expand the space. Nonetheless, Yahaira will be the reason this location will have repeat customers. Thank you Yahaira!!!

I was getting a battery for my camera and it litterally took two seconds and they had it for me. They helped me figure out what I had that apparently wasnt a camera battery.

Best place to go, to fix any problems with the phones...I went today to fix SimCard error, customer service count able help me but they did fix it...
