These guys are very honest and professional. I went in for a problem with my android phone charging intermittently. I had already cleaned it to the best of my ability, which didnt solve my problem.I brought it in and the gentleman up front tried to clean it and said that it appeared that Id done a good job already. He took it in the back to his Samsung guy and brought it back in a few minutes. They said a piece of plastic had lodged into an area that I couldnt see and theyd fixed it for me. They didnt charge me a dime. This says volumes about the kind of business that they are running. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them!

I had the best experience with uBreakiFix. I thought I had a broken iPhone screen and left my phone to get a new screen. I got a call 15 minutes after I dropped it off (well my husbands phone got the call) informing me my screen was fine. My screen protector however was broken and cracked. So instead of $400 it was only $20. Honest, reliable, and reasonable! Go to uBreakiFix for any all repairs. You will not be disappointed.

So you go online you make a same day appointment and you travel down to the location. You get there and they tell you they cant do anything after driving for an hour and a half. And they close at 7 and i was were there at 505. Again, after making a same day appointment. Do not use this store! if youre going to go to one of the stores go to the other one in Fredericksburg or go to Northern Virginia...oh and arguing back with a customer..nice.

I walked in without an appointment to get my Iphone 11 checked out, I have been having some issues charging. Service was fast and friendly, the gentleman assisting me actually was able to clean out the charging port and that is what was causing the issue, he was able to have it up and working in no more than 5 minutes. Just wanted to give a quick review for Gabby and Kayla. After a terrible experience at the Stafford location, Gabby and Kayla were extremely committed to making things right. Im not happy with this company but Gabby and Kayla deserve a raise for customer retention. If I ever decide to use this company again, its only because of these two.

We brought in a stump grinder remote that had been dropped and would no longer work. These people can literally fixing anything. They were extremely helpful and we had great communication with them. It was fixed in a very timely manner and we are back to grinding stumps! Would 100% recommend UbreakIfix Fredericksburg!

Brought my computer in to fix the screen in May 2021, took about a few weeks for me to call to try and get a update on what was wrong with it because they never called me. Only for them to tell me what was wrong with it they ordered the part and they kept getting it in broken so they had to order it 3 separate times, once they replaced it, it was still having the issue so they had to order another part which had to be done multiple times as well, even to the point that it was in their warehouse in Fredericksburg and it would still take 3 days to be delivered. Which all of this was still not relayed to me because they never followed up with calls only to find out that they were attempting to call a phone number with 11 digits, which is obviously not the number I gave them. So after they eventually got it done they told me I was able to use my insurance that I got through them could have been used but it was to late so what could have been a 90$ bill turned into 380$. After which they said they would mail it to me which they did to but after getting the address wrong and it being returned to them. So after 3 months it was finally finished and I received it last week.

I went in expecting to pay about 100 bucks to get the lightning port on my iPhone fixed. After a quick cleaning, they got it working in under five minutes and at no charge. I’ll definitely go back if it starts acting up again, or for any other repair needs I have.

I have to say, my experience with uBreakiFix yesterday has got to be one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with technical support. Before I go any further, everyone at the location was absolutely pleasant and friendly throughout the entire ordeal.I brought my phone to them yesterday through an authorized repair via my Verizon insurance. The only thing they needed to do was replace the battery in my phone. Easy-peasy. Or so I thought. After a couple of hours, I was called by Kayla to let me know that my phones motherboard suffered some sort of shock and would no longer turn on so theyd have to contact Verizon to get me a replacement through my insurance. So off I went back to the store so we could call Verizon. That process was a pain for a variety of reasons, but thats tangential to this review. Long-story short, after being on the phone with Verizon for 30-40 minutes in the store I needed to go home to access my Google account which resulted in another hour and half of the phone with Verizons technical support. Once I got off the phone with Verizons support I returned to the store to pick up my now broken phone. Out of habit, I placed the phone in my cars charger/holder and lo and behold the screen lit up and showed the phone charging. So I did what anyone would do, I turned on my phone. You know, the phone that Kayla said would no longer turn on. It booted up just fine. Once I got home I discovered the screen had been damaged while being repaired and the speaker for phone calls no longer works. At this point, I needed to call Verizon again because I had attested to them that the phone had no damage beyond the battery that was supposed to be replaced. So there went another hour and a half of my life. Luckily Verizon immediately understood what had happened and took steps to ensure that I would not be charged for a damaged device since the repair facility is responsible for ALL of the damages to my phone.So lets recap: I brought my phone to this location for a battery replacement. I received back a phone with a damaged screen and non-functioning speaker after being told that the phone wouldnt boot up at all. Ill leave you to draw your own conclusions as to why I would be told that the phone wouldnt turn on after the screen and speaker would be damaged.To be fair, my first visit here about a year ago went just fine. My screen was replaced with no additional issues. I was thoroughly surprised by the absolute fiasco that took up the vast majority of my day yesterday.Im also happy to tell the story of how the District Manager managed to be confused by their system and thought my appointment in Fredericksburg, VA was in Brandywine, MD so he canceled it. I needed to call Verizon to fix that mistake too.I dont know what theyre smoking at this establishment but at this point, I think they should have shared.

While they get the job done, theres always something that goes wrong or thats unnecessary. We will be trying out a different place next time.

The staff was so very nice and polite. The store was clean, and everyone seemed very professional.My only issue was that they could not identify the issue with my Kindle 8.5. They said it was in great shape, and the battery works, but could only say it was not working.When I asked for a recommendation on what to do next, I was just kind of stared at.The diagnostic was free, and very fast, less than 48 hours. I will likely go back in the future if needed.I do believe the staff is professional, and likely very good at their job, I wish they were able to have an answer for me.

I was at my wits end with the problems I was having with my laptop and was very stressed. The people at the Plank Road uBreakiFix were amazing! They took the time to listen to all the issues and then they fully explained what would need to be done to get the results I was looking for. Very professional, very patient, very pleasant. Cannot rave enough about their customer service. All the staff was great, but I worked most directly with Forrest and cant say enough good things about him. When my headphones broke inside my headphone jack, I tried to go to another store to fix it and it was a bad experience until I went to ubreakifix shop. They were able to get it out for a few minutes and I didnt had pay anything. And the people are nice too

Phone was able to be fixed same day and in only a couple hours I got a call saying it was ready. Hate having to pay so much for phone screens but it’s my fault for not having insurance on it. Glad there’s places like this to help people out in a pinch.

They couldnt repair my laptop but the worst part is that they held my unit for a month and did not contact me. I almost missed my warranty coverage period which expired the same week I picked up my laptop.

They have certified Samsung repair and THOROUGHLY test the phone so its waterproof again after screen replacement. Took about 2 hours like they said. 45 minutes was Samsungs own testing procedures so definitely come before 5pm so they can get to it within the day. Very nice people all around, super happy with the service.

TOTAL CLOWN SHOW, AVOID!!!!If you go here prepare to have your time wasted and then to be pushed towards their all inclusive electronics home warranty package. They could not diagnose my phone issue after hours of diagnostic. Took it to Best Buy and the sales clerk fixed it in 5 minutes.

Went to get some water damage fixed, screen replaced, they replaced the screen just fine but broke the Face ID in the process and left water in the speaker and camera. A very rude large black lady came to tell me it was my fault they couldn’t get the water out and continued to mutter sassy remarks under her breath. She had an attitude the whole time. Will never come back, bad quality, worse service.

6 months ago I paid to have the screen of my iphone 11 pro max replaced, they tell me that it is a 9 month guarantee, but it seems irresponsible that I am going to take out the case and keep the phone screen in my fingers and how can you To see this or the screen does not rotate, for the next time it is better to pay for the loss of the phone than to pay for a replacement of the screen thank you and have a good day

I was sent to this store Wednesday 6/16/2021 because my LCD screen went black and was not working. I have total equipment protection on my phone through Asurion, and was told to go to this store and if it was not an easy fix, I would get a new phone overnighted to me. Got to the store and they told me that they had to replace the screen. They then proceeded to tell me that they had to order the screen because Verizon only allows then to use a certain screen to fix their phones but if I wanted to bypass my coverage and pay out of pocket, itll be $175. why would I pay that when I have coverage. I declined that and told them I will use my coverage.They told me it will be 24 hours to get the screen in and get my phone fixed. I called 24 hours later and was told the screen wasnt in yet. called the next day same story. and the next day. This time I was being told that they do not control the post office and to call back. 3 days go by after my initial visit, and I called Saturday and was told that the part wont be in until the next Wednesday, It went from 24 hour fix to A WHOLE WEEK from when I brought the phone in. I explained to them I couldnt wait that long because I am in sales and I need a working phone ASAP and that they should overnight me another phone if its going to take that long. They refused.So I called Asurion and they told me that their policy is to automatically replace a phone with a bad LCD screen and not try to fix it at all. And that they shouldve sent in a request to replace my phone in the beginning. Asurion sent me a replacement phone the very next day after I spoke to them. Call the insurance company that you have coverage with first before wasting your time at this store.

First visit to this location was very good in 2019. I had an older phone that I wanted to have the battery replaced. Salesperson assured me that it could be fixed even though it was an older device they would just have to order the battery it would arrive in a couple days and that I could leave it there and they would contact me when it was finished. I was very pleased with the service and the repair and cost.My second visit didnt go as smoothly. My carrier Google Fi has agreement with Ubreakifix for repairs, as part of Fis insurance. I started the process with my carrier for the insurance claim and they contacted the Fredericksburg location about my repair. I also called the store and asked if they had the screens in stock for the phone I wanted repaired because I would like to have it repaired that day, they did. As I was driving there 2 1/2 hours away they called and left a message that they didnt have the adhesive in store for the repair. At the time I heard the message while traveling there I assumed that this wouldnt be problem I could just drop off the phone and pick it up at a later date as I had done before.After arriving at the store and telling the person I was there to have my phone repaired with the insurance claim they responded with Google Fi I said yes and they then asked the other salesperson about how to start with the ticket. I couldnt hear what was said but when they turn back towards me I asked if they had a public Wi-Fi because I wanted to activate a backup phone to use while they did the repair.I was told that I couldnt leave the phone there for repair because they I didnt have the adhesive in stock and they had left me a message stating so.I then asked them when they would have adhesive are able to do the repair. They said in 3 or 4 days (Wednesday)I left very disappointed. It was useless for me to call ahead to ask if they were able to do the repair. And a waste of my time for a 5-hour trip just to know that I couldnt drop off my phone there because they didnt have the glue or because of insurance claim?I later contacted Ubreakifix website and inquired about their drop off service if it was still an option. It was. And they suggested that go to a different location but it was further away from me.... This would take away the convenience of having the same day repair if I spent all day to drive there and to have her repaired. And they couldnt come to me for repair (I forget the reason) and to mail wasnt preferred option for me USPS has lost my packages multi times.

They greeted meet promptly, handle my repair professionaly in less than 5 min and would not charge me !These folks are wonderful and I will return for any & all further device concerns.

Second experience with this company. They do a great job. 5 starsThird experience with the Fredericksburg location on Oct. 26, 2020. It was not my best. Dropped my rating to 4 stars.I was told 2-3 hours and I would get an email when the phone was ready. I needed my phone back as soon as possible. I waited over 4 hours and went to the store. The phone was ready but I didnt get a notification.After picking up my phone and sitting in my car, I got a text message saying the repair was completed. 🤷‍♂️ Im curious how people get text messages when they have turned their phones over for repairs.The front desk people were not as good as my past experiences. In their defense they were both busy.
