This gentlemen was able to meet me around my work schedule and charge me far less than the manufacturers call out charge. He replaced the part that was slowing down the motor. He went the extra mile helping me clean the machine and provided me advice on how I may maintain it in the future. This kind of service is outstanding. Would highly reccomend!
