Josh was incredible! This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received anywhere. He was friendly, patient, engaging and made sure my phone was set up right and working as it should. I’ve been a Verizon customer for several years and as long as I get the kind of service Josh provided, I won’t ever switch.

This was my first time in dealing with a Verizon store and I was more than completely satisfied with my experience. Joshs knowledge and customer service skills are second to none. He patiently and diligently gave us his time to ensure we received all the promotional benefits and best service package for our needs. I appreciate his professionalism, pleasant demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile to help our senior minds understand new technology. Went in to add a few lines to my account last week. I have been to a few other Verizon stores in town however, none compare to the experience I had here. The sales rep Josh was awesome, he took the time to go over my account and check which promotions I qualified for. He made sure all phones were up and running and had all their info transferred over to them. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. The store was clean and welcoming! I highly recommend this location for your Verizon needs!

Working with Josh was a pleasure from start to finish. Seemingly able to handle whatever is thrown his way courteously and professionally. He is efficient and knowledgeable and Verizon is fortunate to have him on their team.

I just left this particular Verizon store with such happiness. I was warmly greeted by Alijah. He listened to all our concerns and gripes about the carrier service we had before doing our business at Verizon. The prices were so reasonable that I even ended up trading in my phone and ordered a brand new one. Verizon has such an awesome employee who was attentive, very kind and patient. He is seriously a subject matter expert on plans, discounts and all questions I had. Impeccable service and a truely awesome human being. I drove almost 3 hours from Milpitas to this location to buy my daughter, who lives in Fresno, a new phone on a Saturday. We were fortunate to arrive with little to no wait time and were promptly assisted by Alijah. Alijah was very professional, informative, and suggested the right phone to accommodate our needs. We were thoroughly impressed, so much as to say that he gave us better service than the location we went to in Milpitas. He was patient and wasnt trying to rush us. We were interested in adding an extra line and he jokingly said that in order to do that wed have to come back to him. Honestly, Id make the drive again because quality service is extremely important to me especially when I plan to spend $1000+ on a few phones. I had researched all of the Verizon stores before I made the trip in Fresno and was beyond happy to have chosen this location. Alijah, job well done brother. 👏🏽🙌🏽😊

Alijah provided excellent customer service during my visit at the Verizon store. He was very professional and personable while answering many questions I had about the products and services available. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs assistance!

We came in on Saturday night near closing time. We had the family sharing plan, so the transfer to the new device was problematic. Jared Churchill stayed with us the entire time, smiled, and apologized and never appeared flustered. He had to call IT to try and set up my new account, and IT had difficulty as well. I can’t sing his praises enough. I had full confidence we would get it done no issue.

Marco G is a awesome Verizon representative and everything that he said to me when I joined Verizon has been true, whenever a question is needed to be answer he is prompted and knowledgeable on providing the answer to my questions. We walked in and instantly received a warm getting from all the people working there today. Carlos walked up with a friendly smile. Were here on holiday and our sons phone started to act up. He was able to help us right away. With the help of Grandma our son walked away with a new phone that works and we didnt have to break the bank. Thank you Carlos for all your great help. Sounds like this store may be a hidden gem. With mask wearing and 6 feet distancing, we got the job done quickly.

My girlfriend and I needed two new phones and possibly two new smartwatches. We came in and were helped by Joshua who was absolutely one of the most friendly and helpful workers weve experienced. He explained to us everything we asked as precisely as he could and helped us order our new phones and watches. Once the orders arrived 2 days later, he helped us set up all devices, activated our new plans, gave us $240 credit, and made sure we got the best deals possible. Very satisfied with the experience at Cellular Sales!

Jonathan was extremely helpful. Took the time to help me fix existing phone. Then took the time to show me cost effective way by getting a new phone and help save me money. Showed me all the different phones. And helped me get a plan best suited for me that I couldnt turn down. Having just had surgery he offered to put screen protector on and set up my phone for me. Registered warranty and more importantly transferred all my data to new phone. It was a pleasure were with him made me feel welcomed and not rushed and I will be coming back.

Wow, great customer service!! I have AT&T but my grandparents have Verizon. They were having trouble with their bill. The manager & rep went out of their way to make sure that they got the best deals!We ended up getting two upgrades, watch for my son, and iPad. Mind you, I use to work at T-Mobile for years. I know how it is & they were very detailed & made sure my grandparents knew what they were getting. Their bill of course was correct from what they promised.Honesty and great customer service. Cannot get that everywhere and it is rare.

I went in to get two new Iphone 11s for me and my husband, and ended up purchasing the phones plus: screen protectors, cases, two apple watches, a jetpack and a charging device because the customer service was so outstanding. Coming from decades as a manager in the customer service industry (upscale restaurant and retail), I was thoroughly impressed with the product knowledge and helpful attitude from the gentleman who helped me (Joshua Smith). He made me feel comfortable asking a ton of questions (I havent bought a new phone in 4 years so Im really outdated), he was very intelligent and thorough in his answers to my questions, knew how to multitask (he was updating/syncing/fixing four phones and two watches while answering my questions), and even let me use half his bottle Purell hand sanitizer. I wouldnt have purchased so many additional items had it not been for his excellent people skills. He was impressive in how he worked with others on his team- knowing how to delegate tasks where feasible. I have been a Verizon customer for years and have bought several phones, but never walked away with a phone purchase with all my data and contacts successfully transferred over to the new phone- today was an exception. Not only were all my apps there, but all my settings transferred over and it was a very simple transition for me. Thank you for your service, Joshua! We really appreciate all your help.

I went here to have my iPhone 7 checked after the screen went blank for no reason at all. I couldn’t use it and was in a hurry.
