About a month ago I went into Honda Clawson Motorsports to get eyes on a bike. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Throughout my time there, I was acknowledged by staff asking if I needed assistance or had any questions. In particular, I was assisted by Tony who provided amazing service to me and my 2 coworkers and engaged in conversation. I let Tony know I was new to the credit card club and was still establishing credit. He gave me some tips and I let him know the goal was hopefully by next year to take that Super Cub home :) Fast forward to Thursday, I decided to take my chance and see if I could potentially be a Super Cub owner. Tony had gave me his business card and I decided to call and see if I was able to get more information regarding the process of applying to get approved. I felt a good comfort level with Tony as he was genuinely interested in assisting me and made the experience about me and not about a sale. I have worked in the retail world and understand customer service, so it was nice to get that service in return. The whole process was a great experience with everyone involved from the person running my credit (Clayton), the female who made a call, the gentleman with the cool Iron Man helmet, the guy in the back giving me tips about gear, to the sweet delivery men who made me laugh and gave me great pointers (thank you Tony for requesting a free delivery). Thank you so much for being part of my first Super Cub dream goal.
Just want to give a big shout out to the whole team at Clawson Motorsports. I have been going to Clawson for many years for all of my motorsports needs and now I have my sons going there as well. I am always very pleased with the service that we receive in every aspect of the business starting with the sales experience. Joseph takes care of me every time I want to purchase something. He communicates with me at every stage of the process ensuring that the deal is completed timely and without any surprises. Ben takes care of all of my parts needs. He takes as much time as I need to explain the different parts options and gives great suggestions when I am unsure about how something will look or work on either my UTV or Motorcycles, he never makes me feel like I am taking too much of his time which makes me feel important. Buck has got the service team dialed in. This guy has gone above and beyond on different occasions to make sure that I am satisfied with the outcome of what ever I throw at him and his team. The professionalism and customer first mentality is second to none. The entire service staff is amazing and that is a reflection of good leadership. Last, thanks to Chelsea for all of the work on the UTVs, they look awesome. Truly a great experience every time I come in to this place. Youre all much appreciated.
Working with Dennis, JD and John was a great example of proper customer service should be. Dennis was honest and pointed me in the right direction for the bike I needed. JD helped in showing me which type of riding gear works best and John made the buying process simple. I will be suggesting my friends and family to this dealer. No doubt when I am back in the market for another motorcycle I will be returning.
Just picked up our Polaris Pro Xp Ultimate, Tony our salesman was great! Never felt pressured or rushed, very happy with hes help. Jimmy the finance guy was very straight forward and to the point as well, over all based on these two people I recommend this place.
Ive been spending my money at Clawson for over 20 years and have never before received such great service. I called the day prior and spoke to Jeff, who encouraged me to come in as early as possible on Saturday to get two tires changed. He was very positive about creating a short wait as I would only be in town for a couple of hours. When I arrived on Saturday a young gentleman checked me in and then went back to speak with the tech to ensure that they could get the tires changed out quickly. In about 2 hours I received a phone call that they were ready. Installed correctly with no damage to the rims. I know this doesnt sound like much, but I have had to wait multiple days to get a couple of tires changed in the past. The employee attitude and energy was significantly improved, which makes all the difference. I requested that the manager come out so I could tell him in person about the improvements I noticed and that they should keep up the good work. Im not a very smart guy, but I know great service when I see it. I hope the team in service is able to keep up this new culture! I also want to recognize Anthony Rocco who I have interacted with for what seems like forever. I have never been into the retail area and not been personally recognized by Anthony. He always takes the time to stop and say hello and help me with whatever I need. Makes me feel like a VIP, and certainly makes it easier to spend money
Great service, they help you find the right bike for you. If you need help ask for Tony martinez he is great, he will answer any questions you have. Overall service insanely awesome. Will definitely come back for any services.Thank you Clawson Motorsports for having great staff and costumer service.
Bought my son his first motorcycle from Shayla and Ryan and both were awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer questions and they made sure that we were getting a bike that was safe for him. Thank you for caring.
Rude and arrogant. They dont care about having happy customers. Only care about money. You can save a couple thosand dollors buying elsewere. Not at all what they use to be! Go there to pick out what you want. But buy it elsewhere!
I am new to the Fresno area and needed some assistance riveting on a replacement end cap for my Exhaust pipe. I attempted to get help from 2 other shops in the Fresno area, none of which wanted to assist me, even though I was more than willing to pay their fee. I walked into clawson, and was greeted by the showroom staff, then the parts department, and nearly everyone in the service department. It was a relief to find a shop that was very friendly and helpful. Ejay in the service department took my pipe to the back shop and fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes with no issue. I am very happy with my experience there and glad to know I now have a go to shop for my future Motocross needs and have no desire to visit any other shop with such a positive experience here.
First time rider, I was greeted soon as I entered the store and was assisted by Luke. Gave me a run down of almost all the diffrent store bikes very knowledgeable and wasnt entirely focused on making a sale but instead helping me find the right bike and equipment. Look forward to being back in here in a couple of weeks for my first bike.
Had a bad experience trying to work with the sales manager Jimmy. I dont like being lied to. They were trying to get me hooked on a loan with a rate of 9.9% at first then I ended qualifying for 2.9% what I told the sales person I wanted to begin with. Then doing shady tricks saying I could take the bike today for 6% or I have to wait 48 hours for Yamaha financial to approve the 2.9%. Thankfully I have experience selling cars and new what they had up there sleeve. Very shady business and greedy. I understand many businesses lost money because of the pandemic and supply issues but that doesnt mean you treat customers this way.
Buyer BEWARE! Shop somewhere else! Do not waste your money at Clawson Motorsports! The GM treats everyone horribly, employees and patrons. The entire establishment is a joke. They’re greedy, lack the knowledge to actually assist a customer, even if the sales floor acknowledges you, they would rather play on their phones. This place needs a whole new face! They could use some new managers that aren’t always high.Customer service is the absolute last quality Clawson cares about, just money. They lose their good employees left and right due to the horrendous Management! Get your act together and run an ethical business.
Lots of cool toys, gotta have deep pockets for some of them. If you want the best you gotta pay for it. Really friendly staff
I would NEVER spend a penny here again! One star is being generous after being gouged over $300 dollars for an inspection and oil change on a 4 wheeler. After having the machine for over two months they were never able to complete the work I wanted done. They never called to give me updates on progress and I always had to call them to see if any work was being completed. Staff attitude was if you’re not happy so what, we are the only game in town. I don’t normally write reviews but this one star review, well to put it nicely, they earned it.
Very unimpressed ☠👎🏼with lackluster services. Brought my bike in to have them figure out why it wouldnt start. Wanted $2K for irrelevant (standard upkeep services that really my bike didnt need) & I told them that upfront. They still charged me to have it looked at. I guarantee nobody took my bike apart to really look because, when I took it to an independent mechanic, thet found that the electrical inside was rotted from water somehow. It was bought on Craigslist so who knows how it got that way🙄. But, to take my bike in to these guys and have them not diagnose the real issue is SUCH low-life weak customer service. Just straight up LIED!!! If it were some dummy going in there, having trust and faith in the service department, they wouldve paid 2k for a motorcycle that only needed an electric panel- that was clearly undiagnosed - really makes them look like a bunch of really disgusting big A-holes. I mean guys, really?!?! Not cool man.DONT recommend and way OVERPRICED labor and parts.
My husband and I just purchased a 2021 Honda Civic Sport. Clawson Honda is awesome. Nadia was awesome I highly recommend Clawson Honda and Nadia. I am so happy with my brand new car thank you for all your hard work.
Just stopped in to see inventory the fellow at the door was very helpful to a soon to be a beginner rider thanks folks.
My husband went in looking to buy a bike, no one helped us, we had to literally walk over to the handful of workers just sitting doing nothing and basically beg them to help us. I don’t know if it’s because we’re Mexican, because as soon as a white person came in they got up so quick to help them. But when we finally got “help” they were basically telling us we can’t get the bike because we have to put down so much and we need good credit basically discouraging us from getting the bike, my husband really wanted the bike so he put down a $500 deposit hold, three months later NOTHING. He reached out to them and they said they had one in but it’s first come first serve, when we literally put down a deposit for that very reason. We got our deposit back and went all the way to Merced and they helped us so quick we got the bike the next day. Please if you’re someone of color don’t come here, they won’t help you. Instead go to Merced power sports.
Shawn has a vast knowledge of motorcycle parts and always is very helpful.
I have received excellent service. I was going 80 mph through the Mojave desert at almost 100 F and the rear tire went flat. I was barely able to keep my bike upright after it fishtailed, but i was able to come to a stop on the side of the freeway. I had just had my tires replaced and carbs rebuilt at Clawson. Little did i know that when they replace the tires, they dont bother to replace the valve stems unless They look worn out. $2 could of saved me over 3 hours in the heat waiting for a tow truck and finally finding a place to replace the valve stem which cost me another $100. I had the tires replaced with Clawson since they were weather rotted. I wound up having heat exhaustion from being in the desert for that many hours with no water. However, after talking to the service manager Buck and his assistant service manager, everything was made right. They replaced the other valve stem, and did some other repairs at cost. They offered to compensate me for the money I was out, but we came to a good compromise. Im very happy now. They also changed their policy to always change out the valve stems. Its a simple cost that saves a lot of anger and flat tires.
Very helpful customer service. Great service department. I recommend
This place has good maintenance services but their motorcycle equipment is limited and expensive. The other motorcycle shop just down the street has better inventory and prices.
Kevin in the service department hooked it up. Had troubles with a 2019 raptor 90 carburetor. I spend all week trying to find replacement jets for it, but it was impossible. Ben in parts asked Kevin if he was willing to help. After 10 minutes for me to take the carburetor off, Kevin took it for a quick dunk in the tank, and cleaned the jets and ports. Took it home to put it back on, and runs perfect. Finally got it resolved after 1 week of going nowhere. Much appreciated.
All started when my bike had issues getting into first gear. Took it in to get it checked out dropped the bike off around 11 as well as needed oil change and chain adjustment as well as clutch adjustment didnt hear back from them and it was getting near closing time so i stopped by they said it had bluing on the clutch plates with only 3600 miles bought from an old vet seemed off i said ok with a price tag of 1300$ then i messaged the guy i got it from and said impossible get it back and get a secondary option. Went by around 11 the next day to pick it up and not pull the trigger but still get the oil n chain adjustment. they brought the bike out to me and paid my bill came back in and they said the internals are not put back together dont take it right now and couldnt have anyone look at it nor the oil change or the chain had been worked on spent about 3 hours waiting for it to get done they said they would show me the clutch plates and weirdly enough never did? Also trying to convince me that it was my clutch inside the service room Finally it was done and even better the clutch works perfectly fine after the inspection was done and i took off the first guy that worked on it had either seen money coming out of my ears or didnt have enough knowledge. The second guy who worked on my bike said it seems perfect. DONT GET RIPPED OFF HERE sad to see this happen to me at the end of the day i spent 331.26 not 1300$. Even better my chain is looser then ever what did I pay for? shoutout to Chris he helped me the whole way and stayed back to make sure my bike was done before going to lunch Awsome guy. Bike was a 2012 klx 250 dual sport.
DONT GO IN!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Called in for a service gave all the boat info they would need to schedule an appointment. They said they could do the service even went into detail on what they would do. Gave me an appointment three weeks out( I could of gone elsewhere) they reassured me they could get it done. I even called the day of my appointment to make sure we could get it done and once I pulled up they said we don’t service those boats. WASTE OF TIME!!!
Rick helped me get the exact bike I wanted even earlier than I had hoped for. He was a true professional and true to his word. I would recommend Ricky and Clawson to any motorsport enthusiast.
Dealing with Anthony in parts is the best parts guy you can ask for friendly explains every thing and will go above and beyond to meet your needs
Took my 2000 Yamaha roadstar in for new tires. Mike in parts was super helpful finding the right tire, and Duane in the service department made the installation a breeze. He even noticed my break pads were bad so I replaced them too. And to top it off my total was less than what I was told at the beginning. I definitely will be taking my baby here when she is under the weather. Lol
Had to grab someones attention for help no one greeted us once we entered even though someone was sitting at the entrance the parts guy was super helpful and helped me find the best Helmet
Laid back sales people, I went in pretty much in my pajamas with no judgement. Ill be back when I make room in the garage for my fatboy
From the looks of it, the employees arent happy. even hearing from an employee there, that one high end person left the business and many more let go due to personal vendettas their boss has against employees and the COUNTLESS law suits they have against them, doesnt look like this place will last long and their employees will have a recycle date. i love their style of business, their inventory, and the hardwork the lower level employees strive for, but without a leader and someone who can bring a level of professionalism instead of his unknown knowledge of how to run a company, towels are meant to be thrown in sir. i dont like coming in to a place where fake smiles are worn, and people are judged based on what shoes they wear (literally). months may be great for sales, but it aint because of the GM. the bathrooms are nice though!
Everyone there is awesome.. very friendly and helpful! Keep up the good work!
Appreciated the help I received. Appreciated the gentleman wearing a mask while helping me and appreciated his honesty.
I bought a new 2021 Polaris ranger XL 1000..3 mo. Ago..I was given 1 key because the second key they lost.after spending..$ 26000 I still have one key..if I loose this key...it would have to set ...dissatisfied with this company is being kind.. to say the least.you be the judge..
Customer service was outstanding, friendly and helpful. I needed a couple of dess keys for my seadoos, purchased them with no problems. Then went to the service department to have the keys programmed, was in and out of there in about 15 minutes tops with 3 new programmed keys and the best part about it was they did it for FREE! Clawson Motorsports Rocks! 🤘 Will definitely be returning.
Very informational and helpful to my needs.
Put a deposit on a Honda rebel 1100 just get the run around for 3 months and when one finally came in they sold it when I was on my way to pick it up. Don’t deal with these guys or the salesman Luke.
Nice store, hats off to the man who greeted me while browsing. Even tho store was busy he made the effort to genuinely recognize me as a customer. Goes a long way wish I got his name for the props..
Got a bike from Dennis Euceda and was very welcomed.I enjoyed the experience
Had to come get some parts for my quad here and I just had to use the restrooms! They were immaculate here! And they had a variety of soaps to wash your hands! Customer service is excellent and they made me feel welcome! Nobody rubbed me the wrong way so they get all the stars!
You guys never even gave me the chance to tell you I had a pocket full of cash for a used bike. Ill keep looking elsewhere, thanks.Edit: The GM took the time to give me a call to find out what went wrong and took the time and effort to try and make it right, and thats just something that doesnt happen anymore. I may have had a bad one-off, but at least their leadership is willing to listen and to try and grow and improve, and a customer cant ask for more than that.
Well management Ive been doing business with Clawson for decades personally as well as through my place of employment and today i was told no more special pricing for good customers and no more zero down on orders if you have an account, I guess years of being a layol customer doesnt register with you . I guess Ill have to take my business elsewhere from now on . Bummer because I really liked dealing with Shaun, Anthony and Ben in the parts dept
My 12 year son wanted a Yamaha 110 dirt which I said Id get him one if he saved and paid half of it. Well last Aug 2020 he saved enough yet we couldnt find one due to COVID and lack of supply. Finally found one at Clawson Motorsports and called because I live a four hour drive and I wanted to talk pricing before I drove there. We agreed on full retail purchase price (COVIDLY fair). When I arrived at the store the transaction was quick & smooth and exactly as previously talked about. About two months later something minor went wrong on the bike and I called Clawson and they quickly got the bike scheduled for service and fixed right. Again, Great sales & service experience. About four months ago I ended helping my other son buy a Yamaha 90 quad at three stores closer to where I live and the experience was terrible. Without going into more detail purchase prices were changed and later a diagnosis of dirty fuel was made. Turned out they forgot to remove a rev-limiter during set up. I SHOULDVE WENT BACK TO CLAWSON MOTORSPORTS.
I greatly enjoyed my visit, Mike was very knowledgeable about the product I asked about. Showed me options. We bought a Grizzlie 90cc quad for me. So psyched. Thank you.
Ok, so I know that I am not the nicest person but I am honest and that can not be said over at clawson motorsports on blackstone Ave, in Fresno CA. My wife and I went in there to buy her a motorcycle. After nobody came over to even ask if we needed help, we asked a woman who seemed like a supervisor, after another wait which we did not mind because my wife and I were excited to get her a Vulcan bike, a guy came over and started to help us. He pushed multiple credit applications on us, which we declined to fill out, and gave an overall shady impression. When we asked about putting money down to hold a bike and return to pay cash for it in a few days, he said they werent doing that because of covid. Interesting, since we held a bike with money down not more than a month ago. Needless to say, we left with nothing but frustration and a bit of disappointment. This isnt the first time weve received this level of service at Clawson, so I guess shame on us for thinking it might be different this time. All and all I will we ended up going to Herwaldt Motorsports and had one of the best experiences with them, ask for Rick, he is the Indian bike dealer and is knowledgeable and just tells the freaking truth about things which in my opinion you can be an A$$hole to me and I am good, but when you lie or think you can pull a fast one with people or just be a liar. No thanks....
I was happy with the easy process and communication with the team during our buying process
Great service work (not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for) took care of my issues in a day.
Very friendy, helpful, good service
I am so disappointed in the time its taken to service my 2005 Suzuki Bergman. Its been 16 days and still not finished. Please correct this customer service flaw so customers like me will continue to use your services. Thank youYours truly...🤔😤
Nice selection compared to anything in Visalia
Good store can anyone that sees this go subscribe to my YouTube channel
I bought a new ktm 500 exc f and absolutely love it !!! Ktm requires some type of dealer performed work after 3 hours...I put 3 awesome hours on over weekend. ...now Im really ready to hit it...I just called dealer and service guy informed me it will be 2 weeks until they can get to it.😳😳..wow.
Awesome place and great people. Was helped out quickly and no pressure.
I called asking about a Polaris rzr that I want to buy but sales person acts like if I’m calling to ask them for money or something. Sales needs to be more polite or at least try to be friendly to your customers.
Would give 0 stars if possible. This service department is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had every single time I go here. Not one time have I left without some kind of issue. They can’t even balance tires correctly and they leave old weights and residue not to mention put weights on sideways. Honestly might never buy a ktm again because of this service department. Absolutely horrible.
The guys and girls are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always do me right. 👍
Clay Ripa was my salesman for when I went in looking for a polaris rzr and he just made my experience horrible he was on his phone the whole time when I was trying to talk to him and he was was rude, and the worst part of it was he made my younger sister who came in with me uncomfortable he would look at her in a weird way and kept trying to talk to her so I had to make her wait in the car
Best place to get off road vehicles. Raven helped us from beginning to end and made sure we were covered. We are very happy.
Using they mechanical shop for repairs and oil change on my bike.
Yesterday my brother and stepdad went in looking for a quad and found one that they liked. The rep, Joseph is the one who was helping them and according to my brother everything was going ok and smoothly. They checked his credit to finance the quad and were going to purchase it when my brother says that another customer walked in and that is when Joseph pretty much f%^&ed up. He left them to go to the back and did not return to finish what he was doing. My stepdad got irritated and they both left and purchased one elsewhere in Clovis. This place is probably awesome so if you do go there, dont let that guy help you out.According to your response you called either my brother or step brother and I just got off the phone with them and they both said they did not receive a response at all. Whatever the deal is I do not believe you on the situation.Again people do not go here if you plan on purchasing any items from here and if you do, do not go to Joseph, they will just waste your time.
Counterman went out of his way to look for a $2 part. Really appreciate it.
8/29/2020 I have lightweight social anxiety lol. I was really nervous and apprehensive going inside so I sat in my car before entering the building. I have my Class M1 license and have been researching different cruiser bikes. So I wanted to look at them and check out the different motorcycles. I walked in and just looked around. An older gentleman JD helped me with accessories and then walked me over to sit on the Yamaha Bolt and the Honda Rebel 500. I had a more questions to ask and thats when JD referred me to Lex since he was the motorcycle salesman. Lex was able to answer my questions and then showed me the Yamaha Vulcan S; which was one of the cruisers Ive been researching. I wasnt looking to buy today because I was apprehensive on my which motorcycle to get.Lex and JD eased my nervousness and made me feel confident in my decision on my bike. I will give an update when I purchase my motorcycle in a few months.
Met Mike in sales. Very knowledgeable and great to talk with.
Probably wont be going back. Service Rep was given a list of things I needed done. I had to refer to this list 3 times because they kept forgetting 1 or 2 items on the list every time I would call to find out why it was taking much longer than anticipated (list only had 4 things on it). They were simple maintenance items I did not have time for. Did not keep me informed on the 3 week long process. Took 2 weeks to get parts on something that was in Utah. Ended up having a bunch of loose bolts, fork oil to wrong level (proper level given in list and in service manual, told not to worry about it), and 2 panels on my bike were damaged. Had to clean up burning oil off of the engine and exhaust from tech not cleaning up after himself. Bad KTM service. Go to MotoOne. Letter sent to Owner and KTM on dissatisfaction. They were polite +1 star.
Where to start so many amazing selections. Friendly and helpful staff.
Great motorsports shop. Easy to deal with and huge inventory
They mounted my boyfriends motorcycle on his rim with the tread going in the wrong direction and they put a good sized knick in his rim.
5 years ago i had the same issue with Clawson while shopping for a new YXZ1000. I ended up going to Visalia before D&E closed and made a deal on a SE YXZ1000 Clawson quoted me $4000 more on. In the past 6 months Id made two serious attempts to purchase vehicles from Clawson. In October 2020 I was very interested in a Polaris Ranger 1000. After extremely poor and slow communication from Clawsons staff, I went to Tulare Polaris and ordered the unit I wanted for thousands less than Clawson quoted me (took 2-3 weeks to get a quote from Clawson). Just recently I had been shopping for a new dual sport bike. I had made several attempts online, via email, phone and text to get more information on a FE501S they had on their website as new inventory in stock. Finally after 3 weeks of struggling to communicate with them they told me the bike had sold about a week ago. I then contacted Gilroy Motorcycle Center and within minutes was having a conversation with a sales rep and we negotiated a deal Im sure Clawson couldnt have touched (even if they had the bike in stock). I made the drive to Gilroy and picked up my 2021 Fe501S yesterday. Ill never spend a dime with Clawson... piss poor communication and they figure theyre the only dealership in town and can afford to treat customers poorly now that Wilsons is gone. Save money, Save time, Save yourself a headache and call Gilroy Motorcycle Center.
Shawn held onto some product for me so I could make it up from Visalia. So excited for the purchases, thank you very much Shawn.
I came to Clawson motor sport, hoping to find a triple black can am. Mind you these are extremely hard to find right now, I had been calling around to find the one and everywhere had been sold out of 4 door can ams period, color wasn’t even an option. Not only that, all the sales representatives were rude & not helpful. I called Clawson Motorsport and spoke to Raven, she was fast at getting me all the information I had asked for, luckily they had what I was looking for. From the moment I arrived to the end of our purchase, Raven was competent and efficient she knew exactly what she was talking about and was able to get us the best deal by far! I definitely recommend going to Clawson motor sport for you purchase.
Staff need better training. Have been here a few times to shop around. The first time we wanted to purchase an atv. Staff member said we could not take it home that day and would need to pay and come back for it another day after inspections. We left and went back a different day do buy the atv. No wait time for inspections are ever needed according to this member. Took the atv home same day, But we didnt get our IDs or credit cards back.We live out of town and it was a hassle to have someone pick them up.First employee just didnt want to sell it to us for whatever reason, second employee just forgot to give us our things back. (If you buy on Saturday keep in mind they are closed Sun and Mon.)Dont believe the inspection wait time and double check your wallets before you leave.
My husband spent a year looking for the perfect motorcycle when he came across a listing for his bike on Craigslist. He called them and we walked in two days later and were greeted like family. They answered all of our questions, took time to walk us around, fit both of us for our gear and treated our 3 yo like she ran the joint. They had a huge selection of not only new and pre owned motorcycles, but all kinds of other toys and equipment. All around great experience and Clawson will be getting more of our business in the future.
We bought a bike and it had some recalls on it and took it into Clawsonmotorsports for repairs. They are the nicest service department I’ve ever dealt with! They returned our calls they kept us updated and they fixed our bike.Have had bikes and cars worked on at many places this by far is the best experience. I will go there again
Came in last minute to have my rear tire checked on my motorcycle that I had a concern about. Without hesitation, Juan in the motor sports service office helped me out and assured me he would do his best to get me back on the road. Very pleased with his service and will not go to another shop to get my bike worked on just because of Juan’s professionalism. He’s awesome!!!!
Brought bike in at 11:00 AM for one tire to be replaced after purchasing in house. Bike sat all day until 30 minutes before the shop closed so I called and they said “oh some things came up can we keep it till tomorrow” are you kidding me!?! You had it for 6 hours you could finish one tire or atleast give me a heads up before I called myself. They were just going to close up with my bike and not tell me. Won’t be buying a new motorcycle through this location is the service is this horrible
Such a great place to go to events. Super friendly staff with no pressure to buy.
Horrible! I spent over $12k in one month and mistakes over mistakes are happening. 1st issue; bought a motorcycle brand new off the lot. Couple days later, i was riding on the hwy and no power. Turned out that the + pole wasnt connected right to the battery. I had to fix it on the side of the road by myself. Ok, no biggie things happen, but this was a brand new motorcycle checked by a mechanic! 2 nd issue; i did an appointment with the service guys. I just needed a few accessories and the first 600mile check done. Since I had more time than I presumed the first time, i was able to bring in the motorcycle on Tuesday, rather than the appointment on Thursday I had. I talked to the mechanic and told him that I will need the bike by Friday. He stated that wasnt a problem. I waited till Friday. Gave them a call at 12pm and was told the the mechanic is on lunch. At 2pm, i came by in person to check on the bike. Well, guess what mechanic was still at lunch? Then I was told that my bike wont be done today because I dropped it off too late on Thursday. Well, i told them thats not right and was even to prove it with my paper that I got when I dropped it off Tuesday. Alright, that was an agitating mistake, but I like giving people another chance. Again, i like most people there, but now the final disaster. 3rd issue; i dropped my motorcycle off to get the saddlebags installed. After hours, it turned out that some part was missing. Additional$250. However, i talked with the part guy a month ago and he set everything up. I dont know what I need for my sedlebags. Apparently he missed that part. Why am I supposed to pay it now if the clawson messed it up?In general, communication is not given. If I say something to one guy, no one else knows about anything and if things are not in the system, then people dont know anything. I dont mind spending more money on accessories, like the parts guy who gets extra money for selling stuff. However, i do mind if I have to do all the work. You guys are the professionals. I pay for it. Again over $12k! Horrible! I already gave you guys a voicemail about my complains. Nobody called me back yet.I dont like the excuse I am sorry. Im also sorry about my wallet. I didnt even get glasses or something small for compensation. Its the I am sorry and you must pay more that makes me mad. Are you guys kidding me?
Real good bunch here. I came in asking about how I could get the process going on getting my license and they fired back with not only that but what gear I should be looking at, what bikes I might consider and where to ride around once I get my license. He best part about all of this was not once were they pushy. I made it clear I was there for information that day and they respected that. I was there for 3 hours talking and learning, not once did they try to get a sale out of me. As soon as Ive got my license this is where I will be buying my bike b cause of how well they treated me.
I tried to give Clawson one last try. Robert Ward Sold me on the new management and said it would be a whole new experience.Turned out to be more of the same. I came in with a check to buy the Husqvarna FE350 street legal. I showed up to the dealership and the bike they quoted was not the street legal model. They spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what model it was they had on the floor. The young salesman said “we move 20 units a day, bikes go fast.” The sales manager said “sorry have a nice drive.”-10 on the customer service scale!!!!!!Jeff
Service dept is great. Professional, courtious, and helpful.
Good deals, friendly staff, and great accessories. I would really recommend if your in the mood to shop for a new motorcycle or scooter.
Poor staff follow through! I submitted an online interest and was contacted by three different people all requesting the same info from me. Have not heard back after I was told they would be in contact. Going on 3rd week. They made me feel like they didnt care for my business. I even sent an email to the last person that helped me and they never returned an email or phone call. To me that is very unprofessional. Even if they couldnt help me they should have said so.
I needed a front tire for my VTX when travelling through CA last year and Clawson set me up great! They were helpful and friendly with a pretty quick turnaround. A very cool guy even washed my bike as I came out of some pretty heavy rains in Kings canyon the day before. Thanks guys!
Good service. Fast
