Excellent shop. Staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I live out of state, but definitely make a point to pop in when Im in town visiting my daughter. Las Vegas is our closest dealer but they arent worth mentioning, Id gladly drive to Fresno for service, future purchases....etc. Thanks guys for keeping it real.

Top notch on service. Been to several shops around the west. These guys really are exceptional. Very patient as I was explaining my issues and very fair with diagnostics and solution. Will definitely revisit in the future.

I’m from Virginia and three of us were riding cross country, coast to coast.Had an electronic issue with my 2016 RT and had to have it towed to here.We showed up with the bike round 3pm on a Friday and they jumped right on it. By noon the next day they had us back up and running and headed east.Everyone here was extremely courteous and supportive. They helped us find a room, gave us advise on dinner and even gave me a ride to and from the hotel while they had my bike.Can’t say enough about how well they treat us while we were stranded in their town.Great group of people here. Top notch!Thank you all for making our trip interruption less aggravating. We enjoyed the night on the town.

Great service. Called to get supplies shipped that i needed for maintenance on my s1000rr. They shipped everything to me quick in Bakersfield. They are very friendly and helpful. Will order more stuff from them.

Can I get a killer discount now. Please. Maybe I should start a go fund me. Better than some stuff people invest in

I had a very good experience with a BMW service. I thought I had a problem and when I brought it to their attention they said no problem they would send somebody to pick up my bike and fix it then bring it back to me it turned out to be no problem at all so they did not have to do it but theyre happy to honor their work and that says a lot for me

Terrible service- more accurately NO service. Walked in with my husband and father ready to test ride and possibly sign for a couple of new BMWs but no one even said hello or welcome. Wasnt even close to closing but they had no problem kissing the feet of a couple of older couples who walked out uninterested. Need to work on their judgement.
