Went to Fresno Harley Davidson and everyone there was awesome. Since this was my first bike they did a poker game with me for some free gear. I won a shirt of my choice and love it! Elijah was very respectful and flexible with my schedule with no pressure. The team there was very kind, inviting, and gave me all the information and tips I needed to know. The manager and sales team got me a great deal and set me up with no worries. I am thankful for the experience and look forward to working with them more in the future. I went to buy my 1st bike but they treated me like im a naive.. they should have guided u instead of putting u down. the bald guy was sooo rude. we already have 2 harleys in our family but the way they were pushing, really 😕. they judged the book without the cover and its their loss. im going to the other dealer to buy my brand new sportster s where staff value and respect u. only spencer was nice person thats all. pathetic customer service and dealing.

I came in to browse over the bikes because I was looking for a newer used Harley. Michael showed me a 2020 Road Glide that just came in with low miles on it. We went for a test ride and talked numbers, but I wasnt quite sure what I wanted to do. I ended up buying the bike 3 weeks later and I found all of the staff there to be straight forward and knowledgeable about their bikes. No high pressure tactics, which I appreciated. Id definitely do business with Fresno Harley Davidson again.

I bought a used 2004 Ultra from Harley Davidson of Fresno in early 2015 with 23,000 miles on it. The purchase experience was pleasant with no issues, thats the reason for two stars. Also purchased was an extended service plan for the bike because it is intended to be my primary transportation and I could not afford to make the payments and pay for repairs if something should happen. *Note the extended service plan is supposed to fix any problem, within the limits of the plan, with a $50.00. deductible. Turn the clock ahead to 5/19/17. I start the bike and there is no oil pressure and a chattering noise on the cam side. I shut it down and call the dealership and they send someone out to pick it up. I get a call from them on the following Wednesday 5/24/17 and they tell me it was the cam chain tensioners that shredded and caused the oil pump to fail. (A typical problem with the twin cam motors). I am also told all the parts are in stock the work should be completed by the next Wednesday 5/31/17. No call so I call them on Thursday 6/1/17 to see if the work had been completed. I am told they had found a few other problems with the bike (starter gear, leaky seal, swing arm bushings and clutch) and they were waiting on the swing arm isolator bushings, but all is still covered under the extended service plan . I am told the bushings should be in Tuesday 6/6/17 and the work should be completed by Thursday or Friday (6/8/17, 6/9/17). I didnt hear from them so I called Tuesday afternoon 6/13/17 and was told it was pushed back but it would be completed on Wednesday 6/14/17. Again I didnt hear form them so I went into the dealership on Thursday morning to check on the progress and I am told the mechanic was just putting it on the stand and it would be completed that afternoon or first thing Friday 6/16/17 morning. I go in Friday morning and I am told the mechanic is finishing it up and to come back around 2:00 because they wanted time to wash and detail it. So I come back at 3:00 clock that afternoon to pick it up. My bike is brought around with oily hand prints on the heat shields, primary, rocker boxes and cam covers...Well so much for the wash and detail. Anyway I am expecting to pay the $50.00 deductible but instead they guy hands me a bill for $412.00? I tell him thats a little more than I expected to pay. He then starts explaining about a diagnostics cost and that the cross member was bent so there was an additional charge there etc. etc.. He ended up taking away some of the charges but I still ended up having to pay $270.00. At this point I was just happy to have my bike back after 5 weeks. *(Note even though they said they had fixed a leaking seal there has never been a drop of oil under my bike) This morning 6/26/17 a week after I picked up my bike, I notice some oil dripping from under the bike. I look underneath and not only is there oil dripping from every drain plug there appears to be oil coming out from between the primary and the transmission. See attached pictures. They are closed today but I will update after I take it in tomorrow.Update: Problems fixed! I took my bike in yesterday morning, told them the problems and they took my bike in immediately, apologized for the issues and had it back on the road that afternoon. Washed, detailed and no charge! You have redeemed yourselves thanks guys.

Harley Davidson on Shaw did a awesome job on my Father-in-laws motorcycle! Because of Covid the parts took a little bit of time but once they had the parts, the bike was complete within a day! They helped us unload it when we dropped it off. Grace and the service department did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the progress. The Technicians helped me load and secure it in my truck for no charge! Thank you Harley Davidson for a great experience and we will definitely be back!

I went here to buy some Christmas gifts and was told that I could return them with my receipt. When I got home I noticed that she slyly circled the 14 day return policy but failed to mention that in our discussion. When I tried to return only $200 of the $900 I spent (the day after Christmas) they informed me that I could only exchange (not return) because it was 15 days later so (I was 1 day over.) Then, one item they wouldnt even exchange because it was bought on clearance. I very calmly asked the manager if he was willing to lose a customer over $50 and he surprisingly said he would not help me. Rude !

I had a great bike and wasnt even in the market. Dropped mine off for service and my wife sees a street glide. Next thing you know Im negotiating. Doesnt work out. Couple of days later Spencer calls and I end up buying a new Street Glide I didnt need. Im happy as hell with it. Seriously love my new bike. Spencer was a good dude to work with.I also want to add that Grace in service has also been very helpful and nice. I bought my first bike from Fresno H-D back in 92 and its still the best place in Fresno to buy a Harley

Overall really bad experience here. The bald guy with glasses is rude and if you aren’t carful they try to pull a fast one on you. After we had decided on a deal they tried to switch it up on me at the last minute. I would not recommend this place what so ever. After I got the deal I wanted and they gave me the bike (with no gas might I add!) I asked for the manual since I didn’t get it with the paper work and he said he would get it another day since they where closing. I only came here since the matthews Harley was super low stock and I didn’t want to wait but I won’t be making that mistake again. After buying something at the other Harley store they still check up on you but I haven’t heard anything from these guys at all.

This is one dynamic showroom. I originally called to see if they had beer glasses available as ordering over the internet wouldnt be possible for Christmas time delivery for the day I needed my items. They were very helpful and held 2 sets for me to choose from. Once I arrived I was greeted and entered their showroom. This is a Harley Lovers Dream! They have everything from gifts to parts. There is an auto shop as well that looked highly equipped. I was pleasantly surprised that their merchandise is quite affordable being the brand they represent. I was able to walk out with 2 awesome looking beer glasses for less than 40 dollars. If you are a Harley Davidson enthusiast or know someone who is, this is the place to shop!

Best Harley Davidson dealer in the area! Staff was great, everyone was courteous and professional. I first spoke with Patrick about some bikes and he was very knowledgeable. I have never ridden Harleys before and wasnt sure which one would fit the bill. Patrick was able to help me figure out which one fits me the best for my needs. I test rode a 2020 Street Bob and it definitely was the right choice. Patrick and Spencer were awesome with my purchasing experience and they made me feel at home at the dealership. Two weeks later, I brought the Street Bob in for the first 1K service, Ejay was very helpful and guided me through what kind of work will be done with the bike and made sure I understood the whole process. I had this as a one star place for many years. They sold my best Friend a motorcycle that blew its motor within 100miles. Told him too bad and to go pound sand. I will never forget or forgive that.But since then I have taken my personal Harley-davidson Sportster 48 to them for service. I purchased parts and asked for advice on modifications. They have been friendly and knowledgeable. Also between Mathews Harley-davidson and them HDOF charges less money per hour to work on your bike.Since I have personally had some good experiences more recently. I am raising my star rating.

I purchased a shirt as a gift but when I got it home to New Zealand it didnt fit the person. I contacted Tracy to ask if I could post it back for an exchange. Tracy couldnt have been more helpful, nothing was a problem for her and she worked with me to sort it out. The level of customer service she provided was outstanding, including her prompt email replies and willingness to think outside the square as I was on the other side of the world.Thanks again and I would highly recommend dealing with Harley Davidson Fresno and if possible Tracy!!

Had several issues with my bike which was under extended warranty took it in 3x they couldnt figure it out. Contacted Bureu of Automotive Repair but cause they claimed they cant figure it out nothing was done. After all the issues forced to find new work cause I had no means to get to work I winded up surrending it. When the person came to get it he immediately knew what the issue was and told me they dont make money off ESP so they kept giving me the run around hoping something catastrophic happened so they can charge me later I even told Harley corporate about it and they did nothing except accept that the mechanics at this dealership couldnt figure it out but would keep trying to.3x and kept saying they cant figure it out.Go elsewhere for repairs or even for a bike this place doesnt care about its Customers

Had to go to the Harley Dealer the other day to get a key made. Found out that one has to get the key number from under the plastic on the key and order the key with the number to the main office. What a hassle...but the guy at the Harley Dealership was very nice when he told me that with a big smile on his face. He was nice though.
