I purchased a car from here about a year ago and I had it towed in for service. I felt like I was bothering the service department when I started discussing my warranty. I understood that if the warranty to pay everything I would be responsible for the rest but the service agent made me feel as if she thought I couldnt afford it. I had my car towed from there and had it taken to Bayway Chevy where service is always top notch when I deal with Tina in the service department on my Traverse. Lets just say I wont purchase another car from there or bring my car in for service again there

Hi I Went There Yesterday June 19th My Salesperson Was Eric Gomez, My Experience Was Good, I Went In There With No Hope In Trading In 2020 Nissan Kicks S, It Was A Car I Got For My Wife, She Was Not At All Happy With The Car For Many Reason, Thank You To Eric Gomez He Was Able To Get Us Out Of The Car And Into A 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Sterling Edition, My Wife Loves The Jeep Everything In There Is Exactly What She Wanted. I Could Honestly Say It Took Long To Get What We Wanted But To The Team At Ron Carter They Made What Orher Dealership Couldnt Do Happen.. Thank You To Everyone There Yall Were Great.. This place will scam and lie to you. Avoid at all costs. We were promised added protection and warranties, that we paid for! They refused to give us the documents after signing, claimed they had to be mailed to us.. after receiving them in the mail the sales man had crossed out all the added protection we supposedly purchased... Also my cars transmission failed after only 70k miles... We will never buy another Hyundai again, especially not from these guys.

The ONLY reason I gave 4* is because I had an almost empty gas tank after I bought my car. The teams are professional and knowledgeable and lets you know whats what with the car market and everything. And the supervisor makes sure you see his face so, if theres anything wrong, youll see him and not some rando.

I wanted to see if the services I needed were still under warranty, so I called and they told me to bring my car in to see if the services needed could be covered. I brought it in and they didn’t even look at it, they made some phone calls, and told me an estimate. All of this could have been done over the phone. Waste of time!

Excessive fees, high pressure sales and limited inventory. I gave the salesman the numbers of exactly what I wanted and true to their nature, he brought me a vehicle that cost much more than I planned to spend. I would have been a cash buyer but he insisted on trying to get me to finance something. Sure, it was a nice vehicle that I liked (modus operandi) however it was not within the parameters I gave.Not recommended, not a great experience and definitely dont try to buy the pringles from their vending machine.

Brought my vehicle in for a transmission service all went well with the service but after getting home I noticed my brand new CUE screen which was just replaced now had a scratch in it and was covered in wipe down grime from a towel. I contacted the dealerahip about the matter brough the vehicle up here for them to inspect and they denied taking any responsibility for the matter. The service manager wouldnt even tell me this himself, I have physical proof photos of before the service when the screen was replaced and the obvious scratch that is there now. This experience has been unprofessional at best and Im saddened that they wouldnt even offer to attempt to make things eight and just opted to deny any involvment, the advisor even told me the make ready team doeant wipe down the interior even though the screen had obviously been wiped down with a dirty towel.

Honestly worst experience not from my sales person as he was amazing but management overall. I’m the consumer and I deserve to know why you over charging me more then what the numbers on my paper say. Trying to play these numbers on me as if I don’t know what’s going on. Very disappointed especially when I had came in already 3 times and showed my interest to purchase a vehicle and was ready to drive out. For a store with so much volume and so called hype it’s a real disappointment. Definitely not worth it and glad I came to realize it. So many other dealerships to just settle for them.

I expected more coming to Ron Carter. A high traffic dealership, with multiple sales associates. Managers who have no idea what’s going on, and 1 general manager, who may or may not be able to help you. What a waste of time! I will not go into detail with my experience. I don’t feel the need to give a long drawn out detail of what’s happen. I do believe that, they flat out lied to me. If you’re looking for a dealership with false advertisement, a buyer’s order with no management signature, 5 plus hours of your time wasted then this is the place to go to. A month long game of run around and poor communication skills. This is the dealership for you. Thanks Ron Carter for your great first impression! 10/10 would not recommend.

I just had one of the worst experiences of my life at this dealership. They advertised a used vehicle for $19k. My son and I showed up interested in purchasing the car. When we got there the sales team did a total bait and switch. They tacked on a myriad of fees which pushed the price over $25k. I indicated that was ridiculous. Very unethical sales practices. Avoid the used car department at all costs! I would give less than one star if I could.

A bit of a wait to see a salesperson, but we didnt have an appointment. The sales guy was very knowledgeable, and gave just enough information, didnt get into too much detail, so thats good and bad. Some questions we feel needed more research. We got to test drive a 2020 Sonata, very short drive. Not enough to really rate the vehicle. Quite busy on a Saturday after lunch. Many not wearing their masks correctly. Felt a bit uneasy. Their food truck was still there when we arrived, but we didnt inquire nor were we offered to partake. The parking lot to look at the 2020 sonata was super congested, difficult to even walk between the cars. They need a larger area. I will give them a second visit at a less busy time.

I went in for recall. Had an appointment..the service writer told me it would be 5-6 hrs. I was told when I made appointment it would take an hour so I had planned to wait. I told the service writer no I would have to reschedule..she told me she would move me ahead of the 2 in front of me because they werent waiting...well I was there 5 hours!! NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!!I KNOW, from working in a dealership for years, I should recieve a survey BUT I WONT... she ask for my physical address, I explained we only have mail delivery to my po box...all my paperwork shows my physical address. All we wanted to do was look at a few cars and maybe test drive one. Before we knew it they were running a credit check and asking us to justify having 2 cars... Umm plenty of house holds have 2 cars. They were treating us like we were buying a car on the spot. All we wanted to do was look at a car. There were way to many people crammed in the space that I guess was the office area. I will never go back and I dont recommend this place to anyone.

My husband has text messages stating he was approved, not pre-approved for a vehicle with no money down. Both of us take the afternoon off of work, drive 40 mins away from our home only to find that to be untrue. Based on our credit, which they should have known beforehand, they then decided we now needed to pay close to $4000. Beware. Complete waste of time.

I hate to give negative reviews. But this place wasted my precious limited time of shopping for Escalade while Im in a short stay in Houston just to shop for Escalade. First, I called to ask if the listed price is negotiable, they said yes, just come and the manager will be consulted. Then I arrived, the guy whos supposed to assist me was so busy and so he redirected me to their newest sales agent who said that the listed price is non-negotiable. I told him to ask their manager if theres something that can be worked on (because it will be very frustrating to drive 1 hour away for something thats in the first place I know will not work at all, had I known non-negotiable price I could have just used that 4 hours time to come to a different dealership to see another Escalade). The newbie already was filling out the application form and asking questions until he asked for the SS, then I said I dont prefer to run my credit until the market price has been cleared to be amenable. I already know what I cannot afford and I dont want to waste both of our time for something that will end up in nothing. He then said ok, that hell talk to the manager to ask if the price we asked is doable. He came back out and said that his manager said yes, its doable. Then only, I allowed him to finish filling the application so he can run the credit and we can discuss the payment options. He left and came back with numbers thats way far higher from the doable price we agreed on. I was told thats the best deal they have, and that the listed price online is a cash price deal, so because Im doing financing, the price is expected to be higher. Its not my first time to buy a vehicle from a dealership, but its my ¹st time to hear something like that. These people are scammers and not dedicated to honesty in helping people find a good experience in buying vehicles.

Their customer service left for wanting! From upper management to salesperson tending to me. I mean the guy was nice enough but as soon as he realized I wasnt going to buy, he checked out. Then was rushing back because he manager was waiting for him. Like literally, standing at his desk waiting on him to basically dismiss us, hovering as the salesperson did so. Not good!!

They are definitely cars salesmen. Had us drive from Baytown, to Friendswood, assuring me that I was eligible for any vehicle up to 20k but after getting there, they wanted $2.800 down. We only wanted a loan for a car that we saw from an individual. I said so if we come there we can get a loan for $1.800, she said you are eligible for up to 20 thousand. Long story, shorter, they lied and we wasted gas, and time. And thanks to biden, gas has gone up.

Sales person Dave misleads you into believing that he will obtain a quote for a new palisade with trade in only to refuse to do it once he learns you are not buying that day, despite being told that earlier. Not customer focused and only wanting to help you if you are purchasing and only on that day. Never ran into this type of arrogance at a dealership. Found a vehicle I wanted and was willing to drive 12+ hour round trip to buy.I called the dealership on Thursday, was told that an out of state sales manager would be in contact with me. By Monday, no response. I called and called the dealership; spoke to 3 separate people claiming the vehicle was still available. All this, only to be connected with a Matthew Parmer, who stated he would call me back at 2 pm. No call back. Multiple messages later, Im informed the vehicle I wanted had sold that same day. Maybe shoot straight, guys, and not waste my time. Thank God i wasnt given the opportunity to do any real business with these jerks.

I was told I was approved for the vehicle I chose online via text message correspondence from an associate at the office. I specifically asked the associate was everything good with the financing and my down payment. I was told, YES! We made an appointment for me to come to the dealership to get the vehicle (I was told “we will have it ready for you “) I drove 20+ miles to be told I was NOT approved. I was only at the dealership for 10 minutes...Terrible service. Waste of time.
