Love IKEA! Although a few items are out of stock because of pandemic delays, ALL the staff we spoke with went above and beyond to help us with our items needed.Plus the food was delicious, great experience for the entire family!

Fairly smooth loading area experience. The text status updates were timely and concise. As a first time user, it was not very clear where to park for the pickup, and communication regarding click & collect could have been better. But once I found it, it was straightforward and easy.

Visited this place on 05Sep2021. We have taken lunch. Came here along with my brother and my family. Chocolate cake is tasty but lot of sugar.Veggie balls and Solomon fish balls is good.We took pasta, soft drinks as well. Dine area is vey big. Huge crowd today. Catering person is Chinese and arrogant. He is giving less food even we have requested.

Just bought a new home in Princeton Texas 75407 and needed to furnish it. They have some great products at an affordable price. Got my TV stand set up and a desk. Both work great.

Such bad customer service! I has stuff that I could not return due to Covid and now they are not taking it back. I am ready to take store credit and still it is not acceptable!! Am I at a Walmart??! Must have spent 20-30k at IKEA over the years and they treat you like this!!

Plan time for this one but its a pretty amazing experience. Its clean, well maintained and plenty of employees around for assistance if you need anything.There is a Cafe if you shop into a nutritional deficiency or need a quick coffee. 🙂The items vary from low end quick-buys like toilet brushes and utensils up to full room sets of furniture. Great for decorating or planning ideas.Also, the app lets you save items you like by scanning the tags as you shop so you can remember for later or order them in.

Its typical IKEA store. Layout and organization is identical to any other IKEA store around the country. Overall we liked our visit there. However, we noticed IKEA prices have gone up over the course of past 2-3 years. We last visited IKEA store couple of years ago and when we compared the prices from our last visit to our most recent visit prices are higher now. Maybe its due to COVID-19 or whatever, but definitely not a pleasant sight to see from a regular consumer stand point.

My very first time to IKEA and it was all I heard that it was. I even couldnt find my way out but an employee was very helpful. They offer you a free drink but I think thats just to bribe you to stand in the RIDICULOUSLY long line to get food. Checkout took about ten minutes which was long but they were working hard. Overall, awesome experience!

Love the store. Not a fan of help in self checkout. Spent 600+ dollars today and my help was being ask 3 times if I had scanned the paper bag. I responded 3 times with yes I did. Finally showed her my receipt for 15 cent bag. All she said was I have to pay for the bag. Duh.

Death trap.My wife had a hard time walking through thereExitsAre posted everywhere but you have to walk the entire monstrosity get out.People with health conditions do not go in.Youll die in there but all they care Is money. They want you to walk the entire complex to see all their freaking products is products they couldnt care less about your health or any type of emergency to get out of the building.Dont go in if you have health conditions! IKEA has remodeled new 2021 April showrooms that look magnificent as always. I do wish Ikea would show the square footage to all their showrooms instead of just the larger showrooms. The upstairs restaurant is very clean and tidy. IKEA is still being Covid-19 safe throughout their whole store. Employees are still as helpful and friendly as ever.

Great place, we usually do all our home shopping here. The staff are friendly and the selection is great. Had a little trouble parking, other then that its perfect.

I had a need for some unique furniture and went here on a whim. Guess what? I found exactly what I needed! Easy to assemble and study. A+

Worth the trip every time. My favorite is the marketplace with all the kitchen stuff, but I love walking around to get ideas on how to decorate with their products. Love the Swedish meatballs. Christmas stuff is already out! 🤩

Went looking for a dresser which I found online... if this is your first time here, you’ll spend majority of your time looking for what you’re looking for. The entire upstairs is under construction, so it’s a maze trying to get through the different isles and sections. After 1 hour of walking around and almost giving up, we finally found someone who works at the store to assist us in finding what we were looking for. Once we found what we came for, it was smooth sailing from there. Very busy as it was a Saturday afternoon. If you don’t like a huge crowd, I’d suggest going sometime during the week.

This was my first time getting to go to IKEA, and I LOVED it! The quality and prices are fantastic, and Im seriously eying the laminate counters for a rental reno. (Kudos to you, IKEA, for adding an island width to your lineup!) We didnt have room in our car for much, but well definitely be back with a van or truck!

First time inside an Ikea..It feels as if i was in a Hollywood scene as you pass through each of the room scenes.. They are nicely decorated,decorated with, me wana copy their ideas. I stopped by to see the beds before I buy online. I did like the price and quality of what they had, so Ill be ordering soon. Lots of products look nice and of great quality even the furniture such as sofas and beds. Some of the products are a good buy for the price. The food is not bad compare to other restaurants and the prices are a good deal for food inside the restaraut. Salmon meal for $7.99 compare to $14.99.

I believe this is a great place for ideas on space saving for almost every room in the house. The bathroom ideas were very really eye opening. The bedroom ideas were ok but I was not excited to see the dirty looking mattresses. We were there on a Saturday evening around 8pm so the crowd was a bit more than normal.

Great home, office or what so ever furnishing, decoration store. Once you are inside, you are surrounded by ton ton of displays, ideas for every room, every corner, any place that you need to furnish. Hungry while shopping? Stop by its cafeteria for some retreats. IKEA has something for everybody! We walked almost the entire visit. I bought two items, one of which is a pillow with a fluffy, soft outside.

Overall experience was good, but you have to walk a lot, it is not good for people of certain age or people who has certain health conditions.

I love Ikea for the wide selection of home and office items.

This was my first time in an Ikea store. I didnt really have the time to look at everything, bit I did get to see most of the first floor. It was nice and clean. Check out was pretty quick. I will definitely go back so I can see the rest of the store.

Love this place! I have been to this location perhaps 10 times over the years and continue to love this place and the folks who work there. Today was able to get the last Italian Coffee maker. The product was out of stock and not available until after Christmas. But we were able to find a display unit in one of the kitchen displays and they were gracious enough to sell it to me! Had gone there today specifically for that item, as a gift for my sister. Thanks Yall!

Love ikea like many others we have been shopping here for so many years . We love a lot of the peices and decor items. We love to visit the bistro for vanilla yogurt on cone, hot coffee. Ikea staff is always friendly, store always organized, clean

Very nice place to shop. You can get from spoon to fridge and carpet to sofa or bed. I am little disappointed as spent 1hour to find computer table of my choice that was displayed in office section but as soon went to pick up from aisle it was out of stock from past 1year. They should display things which are available or in stock. Please dont waste our time and energy on such things.

As a person that walks with a cane, I can say IKEA isnt friendly for disabled folks. They make you walk the entire length of the store and offer no seating along the way for those of us that need to rest our legs. Great deals, but I personally was in a lot of pain walking the store

IKEA always have something for you. It’s so inspiring. I made wall shelves for my kitty cats with 5 sets of BURHULT ($3.99 per set). They look very sophisticated and my cats love them. I’m looking forward to some new ideas.

I placed a instore pick up order a 9pm on Friday night. I couldnt get my web order to work but customer service was very helpful and made sure I got my order placed. It was ready for me to pick up first thing after opening on Saturday. Very fast and friendly.

Interesting experience. The cafeteria/restaurant was open, and it has good prices. The furniture was predominantly white laminate. Pretty good range of styles and items.

Ikea tends to be a very difficult place to visit as the showroom is laid out on a one-way path that forces you to visit every single section. Despite this fact there are numerous shortcuts throughout the store and so if you get tired or have children with you you may want to look carefully for the shortcuts. The Ikea restaurant is a great little cafeteria style with decent prices and good food. There are few if any items upstairs that you can actually pick up and purchase so make sure to take pictures of the tags for items that you want so that you can find them again downstairs in the actual shopping area. The parking lot is extremely crowded and getting a heavy duty cart for furniture can be difficult at times as well. Just be prepared to spend many hours and a lot of energy when visiting.

Newer and unique location! The single level Ikea made for a good experience! Everything was so clean and nice! Very friendly staff! Staff seemed to be in good spirits too, always welcomed with a smile and asked if they could help with anything. Lines were long.. but that didn’t mean they didn’t go fast! Every register was open and making good time.

Ikea continues to be a fun place to shop and eat. I recommend the salmon and the chocolate cake! I bought 2 clocks, $12.99 and $1.99. Crazy! Neither clock makes a ticking sound at all, which is great. I got several more items, then stopped at the little market for the cardamom toasts. A visit to Ikea will help you get all your steps in for the day as well lol.

After 3 failed delivery attempts (they never showed up!!!) and taking 3 days off of work, I finally decided to rent my own truck, and drive 4 hours to pick up my own stuff!!Still haven’t received a refund from the first order!NEVER EVER BUY ONLINE W/ IKEA!!!

This was my first time there. I had been warned that there is a lot of store. I think that it is very clever how you have to walk through several departments to get to the cash register. They definitely want you to pick up extra things that are not on your list and keep you looking !You definitely will get your steps in at IKEA! That being said the store is clean the employees are nice the items appear organized but I was only there for the frozen food which is very good Id highly recommend their little grocery store itemsIf you have time, to sit and eat at their cafe.

Great for budget conscious individuals. And items for small spaces or apartments. Some items you need to be careful with, since quality may not be built for long lasting use. Some great buys for the entire home. Plenty of ample parking, clean and appears safe. Never had any customer service issues here. Of course I had to have a cinnamon roll on the way out 😋.

Customer service rep SAEED at Home Delivery gave superb service! I wanted to tip him for working out the mess up on my home delivery order but no tipping allowed. So I have to say he was patient and was able to fix the mess up on my order and give me everything I needed to make the delivery process happen on time with everything I ordered!

I love every trip to Ikea. The furniture is affordable and stylish, the layout of the different rooms is beautiful and the food is so affordable. The furniture also has excellent resale value because of the excellent designs that are easy to put together and take apart. Can easily spend a while day at Ikea. The Frisco Ikea is no different. Loved the experience and will definitely be going again.

I didnt realize just how big this store was, two floors. lots to see and check out. I liked the first floor better. more of the sort of things I would have bought had I been looking to shop there. the prices were fair and the inventory was very extensive.

Well organized big box European store with modern and contemporary designs reasonably priced. A price to suit every budget.Most of the storage units, beds and mattresses, kitchen cabinets and cutlery, lighting and rugs that I bought were quite durable.Wheelchair accessible. Parking is good.

I have never seen so much chaos in any IKEA - tons of people going through wrong way and others try to push through crowds like they were late for a funeral. After all that it turned out they didn’t have what I came for though the website said they did. It would be nice if they instituted some traffic control but I don’t remember seeing a single employee on the floor.

Ikea is Ikea. If you know, you know. Id you dont, then you have to go to understand. Everyone should visit Ikea at least once. Youll probably get hooked. It was busy on this visit. Sunday afternoon is probably not the best time to go if you want to avoid crowds. You can also order online and just pick up at the store.

Sometimes you just need a cheap piece of furniture. In this case, I needed to elevate a large color laser printer. First I tried to Container Store, then I tried Nebraska Furniture Mart, but I only found what I needed at IKEA, and the best price of any of those places as well.

IKEA has great customer and user experience platforms as well as superb meatballs!

Larger updated cafeteria and great display showcases set up for all the furnature.It makes a great walk thru the whole to find things you werent even looking for. Or a fast and easy pick up.

So many good things to say about this store! Great location, plenty of parking, and great prices. They have a free 1st come 1st serve play area for the little ones. Get there early to take advantage of it! The food court is located about halfway thru the store on the second level. Talked to several employees and they were all kind and helpful!

This review is to primarily review the staff, cleanliness, and efficiency of this Ikea, and this Frisco Ikea has met or exceeded all of those categories. I know that some things in Ikea arent great deals, some furniture might not always be the best, but the overall experience and quality for price of the goods is pretty great.Always friendly and helpful staff, never a long wait on even the craziest of days. No complaints here!

I have always wanted to go to IKEA, finally my husband took me, and I was not disappointed. So much to look at. So much fun as a person who has ocd I was so excited 😆

Good place. Staff is friendly, food court food is great. Its really big, which I really admire about IKEAs. Only problem is the crowds. It was pretty crowded, very hard to get through the place. A few more people, it would be considered a concert over the IKEA staff talking. I think it would be better for the safety of others and the comfort of others if people wouldnt be so closely packed there, no masks or masks. Anyways, this place is great, great place to get furniture at a reasonable price.

My go-to place for all my home needs. I’ve been here many times in the last few months to get all the pieces for my apartment. Priced competitively, only downside is all the time building but over time you can become an IKEA master builder!

You have the worst home delivery service ever! I bought some items two months ago and at first the delivery was estimated in a month, they sent me the things in several boxes and in the end one was missing, then on their page the status said that the complete order had already been delivered. I spoke to their customer service phone and after waiting 50 minutes someone answered me and asked me for all my information and to explain my problem then they transferred me to one more person who asked me the same and then they communicated me with a third person and He asked me again for all the information. Then they simply placed the order again and told me that my product would arrive within 10 business days at the latest and when the promised delivery date arrives it simply did not arrive and now has an estimated date within 10 more days! It will be 2 MONTHS since I ordered my articles and they have not solved anything for me !! TERRIBLE service

Whenever I go to IKEA, I enjoy my time getting new ideas and finding unique ways to use common items. Today I gathered ideas for kitchen options. FUN time!! ;) I like the lighting in cabinets and drawers -- they come on when cabinets or drawers are opened. I also like how drawer and/or multiple drawers on bottom of countertops have replaced cabinet doors. Really cool/great ideas. Also, upper spice rack over lower, thumbs-up!

This store is great if you are trying to buy half pieces of furniture or looking at them without being able to buy them as, and this is a piece of advice, MOST OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF STOCK!!!So, if you have to buy something, do not do as I did, drive about 2 hrs, get there and seeing that none of the products I attempted to buy, including several 2nd choices are not in stock. So you have to spend your day writing up those codes to come down, look for them and find out they are out and will not be back until several weeks later.Look for yourself, the registrers are empties as no one finds anything and have to leave with pity stuff and accessories as that way you do not feel like you stupidly lost your day.If something if not on stock and will not be several weeks later why not to tell your customers and instead pretend that you could buy it or even design it.Just save yourself time and life and go somewhere else.

May 29, 2021 Review: the place is wonderful however only about 15% of the people had masks on and it was very crowded... I even heard a woman cussing aloud about how she wasnt going to wear a mask🥴 bottom line: the pandemic is not over but, wether or not you choose to wear a mask, be respectful to others. Good manners are always the best way to show we care ❤

It was my first time in an Ikea. Very interesting place, lots to look at and decent quality stuff for good prices. My issue was once you are in there is really no way out but to walk through the whole place. Zig zagging back and forth. Overall worth the one time visit

Meet my needs and expectation! I love IKEA for how they operate to how they service to what product they carry for the great value!!! Parking wasn’t too crowded for the weekend visit and I didn’t see too many of other customers with bad manners. Check out line was long but cashier was smooth and quick, and polite for pleasant experience. I had one table in mind I wanted to purchase but this location was already sold out. Other items were all fun to shop!
