Dropped car off with 1 inch paint chip. They painted the bumper but left a new scratch. So for 500 bucks I basically left with same issue I started with.

My car was hit by a blown out tire from a semi truck damaging the front passenger side from the front bumper, side to the rear bumper. They were excellent in the repair work, it was ready two days before it was suppose to be done and the staff was amazing!. Kathie the one taking care of my process gave me updates along the way by a personal phone call. Thats amazingly great customer service. Hats off to everyone! Theyre great.

Selected the location based on reviews, at arrival they said yes to all questions, when told the vehicle would be ready they said 2-3 weeks (Actual time 6 weeks). They kept informing me the vehicle would be ready on time but wasnt ever ready, had to wait on a specialist many times and again even more later. A convertible top was involved, they did not seal anything and simply assemble has is, all was off in terms of alignment and water poured inside the car filled up and dripping wet. They scratch the paint in the car multiple times, and even had the audacity to tell me the car died, and put a new one. To my surprised the same old battery was there! Dust and all! How kind!! Car isnt even that old, its a 2011 and was well taken care however they are not careful at all, they simply said whatever and it showed in the work, actual fix is off and does not align. Add even more trunk light was unplugged, and the shift gear console light doesnt turn on anymore!!What kind of work on the side exterior requires unplugging trunk light? Lifetime warranty! Itll only take a life time to fix!

I brought my car in to have the bumper replaced due to a minor car accident. Staff was courteous from arrival to leaving. Service people were on the ball with my repair with daily texts. Mr. Debaca kept me in the loop daily. My experience was great!!

CALIBER COLLISION did a great job of repairing my vehicle. They are the best. They keep you informed on the progress of the repairs and give timely updates. They even finished the repairs earlier than estimated.

My vehicle was hit in a parking garage, so I scheduled an appointment at this Caliber Collision for an estimate so I could tell the other driver the estimated damage. They gave me a written estimate of over $3,000 for the damage. Unfortunately, the driver decided to ghost me, resulting in me having to file on my own insurance. They required the car to come in a second time for another estimate (same location, different employee). This time the new total estimate was $1,316.90 + my $500 deductible. The car was returned around the time they promised, and to be honest, they were super nice. After taking the car home and having time to look it over, I noticed areas nowhere near the damage now looked literally rough. Returned the car and they cleaned off a bunch of overspray and returned the keys. You can definitely tell my shiny new car has been painted over trying to blend the paint in, or whatever it is they do. As far as the body work goes, I am medium satisfied because they did complete it timely, but Im also saddened that its blatantly obvious the car has been painted. Also, the estimate they originally gave, which included the cost to get new replacement parts is only about $6 more than getting used phrase being used, which was obviously a lie. When I mentioned how radically lower the estimate was after they found out I wasnt paying cash, they made me out to be the bad guy and blamed the increase cost on commissions and upsells. Whether or not thats the truth, thats not my cup of tea. Ill choose a different repair center next time someone does a hit and run. Good luck!

I stopped in to have an old door molding attached that had come loose. They quickly put it back on while i waited and wouldnt take payment for this repair. I [was] a Sewell client prior to this but will be back to see Kathie KT Trejo at Caliber Collision for all future paint/collision repairs. Service this good is uncommon, at any price!

Called Caliber 800 number to confirm an appointment. OMG. 12 minutes and then I got an answering service. I called this location directly and they were great! They will give us a ride home after we drop off the car. NICE! The shop needs to kick the 800 call center in the youknowwhat because they give such crummy service and this location gives such great customer service.

What seems to be easy thing to do (changing license plate) got worst as the rear number plate screw head thread were damaged. On reference went here to get the plate removed. Fernando helped patiently as he has to make sure he doesn’t damage fiber cover and scratches as well. Finally he helped in removing license plate after 20 to 30 minutes of effort. Since it was not their main work supposedly, he didn’t charge me anything. That was nice as it still took good effort. Thanks guys! and Fernando.

The best place to reach if you need to do any repairs. I had a front bumper damage due to an accident and they took care of each and everything including collaboration with insurance company. Inspire of holiday season they completed on time and handed over my CRV with cleaned and neat condition as if it has come just from a showroom. They took care of everything perfectly. One of my tire was showing low pressure, I wish they would have taken care of that but believe due to cold environment, the pressure is going down quickly. But still I would give 10 out of 10 on their service, commitment and professionalism.

Caliber collision in Frisco off Preston road did such a great job! I hit a coyote on my way home from a trip out of town on the highway going 75mph. The accident did a good amount of damage to the car, however after only a short time (couple days) at caliber collision the car looked just like new again. So happy with the results of the work they did on the car. The customer service from Rhonda was especially top notch, updates all along the way. Was never left wondering how far along my car was in repair. 10/10 only place I would take my car and would highly recommend others.

Brought my car to Caliber after a recent collision. They were very adamant about seeing an estimate I had already received, and refused to show me the estimate for supplement(s) on the fix outside of the original estimate. Effectively they were trying to ensure I didnt get a 2nd opinion. I told them to put the car back together, and I would not be getting the repair done with themWent and got a second opinion, and quickly realized Caliber was attempting to charge 50% to 100% more for the fix.One of the most shady business experiences I have had to date in Texas. I would highly advise against utilizing any Caliber Collison, I will never bring another vehicle back to them after talking with Jeff the service advisor, and verifying bad business practices.

Had to return the car after the repair because there was clear coat overspray over the entire vehicle. They were aware of the overspray but hoped we wouldnt notice and blamed it on a faulty sprayer. Other cars also were involved and had to be returned for cleaning which took an additional 2 days.

I used Caliber (Frisco location 6440 Preston Road) to repair the front bumper on my car. Initially, they stated that the care would be ready on Monday 4/12; They then notified me that the car wouldnt be ready till Wednesday; On Wednesday, they said we found another part that needed to be fixed and that it would be ready on Thursday; So yesterday, they said it would be ready today Friday; Today, they finally said the worker who was supposed to finish the work had a family emergency and couldnt finish the work!! and that it would be ready on Monday. So, even though we had plans to go out of town using the repaired car, we had to cancel our plans. I would not use this location in the future and would not recommend it.

Andy Ginn went above and beyond when it came to service. On a recent trip a strip of trim on the drivers side door of our van was caught by the wind and blew off. I stopped by Caliber Collision and Andy told me what part I needed to order, suggesting I buy it from the local dealership, thinking it would be less expensive and it was something we could put on ourselves. Ended up the dealership was more expensive. I was able to find it online for almost 50% less. I stopped by Caliber to let Andy know. He said when the part comes in bring it in and he would put it on for me. Today I went in and in just a few minutes he had it installed for me and wouldn’t take any payment for his help. Caliber Collision has been and will continue to be our go to place for help. Service like this is rare these days.

Dropped my truck off Monday, got call on Tuesday saying it would be ready by Wednesday, I told them I could pick it up Thursday because I had to work late Wednesday. Come Thursday I called to check the status and they said they had to “clean up” my truck for me to pick up and it’d be ready at 2 so I show up at 2 drive around the shop to find my truck completely taken apart and they haven’t changed the parts I was told they were going to change nor had they painted the bumper or fenders. I took the day off of work to pick up my vehicle that was supposed to be done the day before and now it’s going to be 2 days late and I’ll have to miss another day of work. And for the cherry on top. They didn’t even fully inspect my steering components. Just a quick “glance” and that was it. And I know something is with with my truck. Just pure laziness. Last time I do business with them for sure.

Neighbors and colleagues agree, my repair looks budget.My car is 8 yrs. old with just over 30,000 miles, garage kept and very loved.Im 50+ and had several cars repaired over the years. By far, this was my worst experience ever and it was just for some mild hail damage. Each time (seven visits over the course of almost two months) I rolled with the inconvenience but I wanted my car done right and was willing to do what I could on my end to make it happen.Through all of this, they were very polite and accommodating, but just couldnt get the job done right.I went here for the Travelers Concierge Service. Unfortunately, each time Caliber and the Travelers on-site adjuster made me feel I was being much picker than the average customer with my concerns. They always had great excuses as to why things were missed or not done right and in the end, Caliber finally told me that anytime they repaired a car it was going to have an orange peel finish in the paint because finishes l was looking for (to match the rest of the car) was a production or showroom finish.My truck had more extensive hail damage and I took it somewhere else and had a great experience and repair job. Now, the same place has looked at my car and assured me that they will make me love to look at my car again with pride after their repairs.If you love your vehicles, as I do, then please take the time to look around and read reviews. Dont get suckered into the convenience of the concierge and repair service combination.

Today I went to Caliber Collision Express, without an appointment just walked in. I was checking to see if I could get an estimate on a scratch I had on the front of my car from another driver doing a hit and run at the airport.Although the protocol was to have an appointment before coming in to get work completed Ron and David offered to take a look at my vehicle. I was provided with a rough estimate and they took my car to the back to write up the quote which I was happy to have it handled right away with urgency. I was going to leave my car there for the week while I went on a business trip.While they took my car to the back 3 other Caliber team members asked if I had been helped and ensured that i had been helped which I thought was amazing.After about 10 minutes Ron and David called me back to the workshop and to my surprise, they had buffed and touched up the paint on the scratches. My car looked brand new, in less than 10 min. I asked them how much I owed and they told me I didn’t owe a thing and wouldn’t even accept a tip as a form of thanks.This team is phenomenal, they took less than 10 min to fix an issue on my car that I had waited to get repaired and did it for me gladly.
