At first I was worried about the price of my wifes car repair. A single (but kind of nasty) dent repair was way money more than what I expected. Since the reviews are so good I decided to give them a try.Google reviews are fine. The dent was repair was so good that I could not correctly pinpoint its original location. Not the cheapest but I would argue they are certainly among the best. So good that I took a second car to be repaired.

So I had a stack of flyers and researched all of them because if I’m going to take the time to get my car fixed then it better be worth it. Dentsquadusa had the best reviews and I have to say that they definitely lived up to the review hype. Seth, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I had a similar rental car ready for me, kept me up to date on the process with the insurance company, and progress on the getting the car fixed. He even helped made deal with my kids’ car seats! I’m so glad I went with this local company to help me get my car back to perfection. Great experience all around and would definitely recommend to everyone!

They were very mean!! I took my car to get dents out!!! They told me it was going to be perfect no imperfections at all!!! They told me my car would take 4 hours it took them 1 hour!!! They picked me up from my home which was great!! But u want me to pay u $350 for 2 little dents?? And then my paint is all bumpy!!! I asked for a manager no one came!!! He was to sick to talk but he called the cops on me!! Wow!!!! I went ahead and paid 250 but I still have paint messed up on my car never again!!!!

THESE GUYS ARE TOP-NOTCH!!! Recently, my wife was at a local service station getting gas for her 2016 Toyota Highlander. As she was opening her door, a gust of wind blew the door handle out of her grasp causing the door to slam into one of those concrete poles that surround the gas pumps. Since the vehicle was so new--and my wife being so particular, I made an appointment with Dent Squad. First impressions are everything--I even critique how the receptionist answers the phone. Brenda at Dent Squad did not disappoint. She was very polite and was willing to accommodate my schedule. When I did arrive for the scheduled appointment, the guys there stopped what they were doing and totally focused on my issue. They were very polite and did not try to give me the runaround BS I have encountered with other body shops when Ive needed repairs. Luckily, the damage was not going to be as involved as I thought it might be (removing the door, drilling to access the damaged area, etc.). They told me they could fix it on the spot--I was there literally less than 30-minutes!!! I could not be happier with the results!!! My wife could not even tell where the damage was!!! No question about it, the next time I encounter small damage to one of my vehicles--Dent Squad is where I will take my vehicle.

Wow. What service! This Frisco Dent Squad was so great to work with and quick. They even met me at the rental car place to pick up my car! No other shop treated us so well. And when we had questions about the repair they were so willing to answer and give us explanations as to the work done. When I picked up my car it looked better than it did before the hailstorm. I was originally going to go to Herbs Auto Body Repair in Frisco for my hail damage because my insurance recommended I go there. Unfortunately their customer service, or lack of, was terrible. I found Dent Squad online and made my decision to take my vehicle there based on their reviews. Well, Im glad I did! The entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Gabe walked me through the whole process and explained exactly what they would do to the vehicle and what I should expect and when to expect the vehicle back. When I got the vehicle back I was absolutely amazed with how it looked. It looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. If my vehicle ever gets damaged again by hail I can guarantee that I will definitely take it back to Dent Squad.

Dent Squad was GREAT!!! I had a good amount of hail damage from a recent storm. I called Dent Squad based on a recommendation from co-workers. I dropped my car off the next day. Didnt have work done here. Was told, come on in anytime for an estimate. Arrived mid day on a Friday, they couldnt get me in to get an estimate because they were full. However, one of the technicians looked it over in the sunlight. He was telling me about all the work that would have to be done for 4 hail dents. Was starting to talk in the $1000s of dollars.Guys down the street did the same work in an hour for $200. You be the judge.

I had a bad dent in my left rear quarter panel where someone had backed into my 2009 Lexus RX 350. I was amazed at the skill level of Joe. He is truly a magician! He repaired the dent (about the size of a grapefruit) in about an hour and a half, and it looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend Dent Squad USA. My car had a lot of dents and I mean a lot! They were not deterred and completely confident that they could get the work done. When I got the car back it looked like it had never seen any hail damage ever. It looked almost as good as the day got it new. Although they couldnt help me because my damage was too severe (sheets of ice fell on my hood), these guys were professional, took their time out to help me understand, provided a lot of options and information. They did amazing on my car and i was very impressed. However, they took it through the tollroads to get the paint job done, and didnt tell me. So now have to pay for it and i dont have a toll tag because i always find ways around them, like they could have. I also called several times about the process and was told two separate things. Once the boss called to let me know what was really going on everything went smooth from there.

The were very easy to work with and the seamlessly worked with my auto insurance. On both occasions, the owner personally thanked me for my business before I left with the car and also to check and make sure the car was repaired and returned to my satisfaction. They wash the outside and clean the inside of the car before returning (nice touch). Needless to say, living in north TX, Im sure Ill be working with them again soon enough. I took my sons car in today because he had mashed his drivers side door on a pole somehow and the door would not shut easily. I had a 10 AM appointment and showed up a little early...no problem. They came right out and assessed the damage, and even though its not something they normally fix, the technician pounded out the dented area and while its not completely perfect and wont be without purchasing a whole new door panel, its better than it was. They didnt even charge me. They definitely have my business in the future (even though I hope to never have to use them, of course.) They were recommended to me by Kelly, at Automotive ER, also in Frisco, and also a highly reputable place. I really appreciate places that operate the way these 2 do!

AMAZING !!!I went to Joe after initially talking to him on the phone and sending him a picture of the car ding I had got. I was very happy in the service that Joe provided. He took the time to explain what he was doing while he was repairing the dent. He worked on my car as if it was his car...which is hard to find in the present time. His work is extrodinary and made my car look like it did not go through the accident with the ding. I very highly recommend Joe for any work that you may have. Worst customer service. Took forever to fix my car. And when car was fixed they refused to release my car till insurances check arrived, despite insurance having a proof of mailing check . They keep hostage a customer for very poor office coordination with insurance company.

Great experience! We had multiple cars done by Joe due to the recent hail storm and they look great! We got hit with golf ball sized hail and I thought my car was done for, but with paintless dent repair it was affordable enough that I was able to keep my car. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do and did it quickly. His staff as very nice over the phone, they answered any questions I had, took me to the rental place as well as picked me up, saved me my deductable, and on top of that did a great job. If I ever have damage again (lets hope not!) I will definitely be bringing it back to Joe!

If this was solely based on hail repair damage and the savings on the deductible, I would have given this establishment a 3/3 hands down. The work was fantastic, and the staff made the experience pleasurable, even volunteering to drive you to a rental car place upon drop off AND pick up. My vehicle had hail damage all over it, and the repairs made it seem newer than ever.However, when I picked up the vehicle, an employee took me to my vehicle and showed me that my dome light housing /sunglasses holder was broken due to normal wear and tear/heat exposure/etc... and that it was like that when I brought the car in. I know for a fact that it was not broken before, because I use it on a normal basis (grabbed my sunglasses right before I dropped it off). Upon further inspection, there were shattered pieces of plastic where two screws had been ripped out of the housing. I would have definitely noticed this... In any case, they agreed to repair the damages for free, but still insisted that it was my fault. Someone there knew they broke it, and the blame still came down upon me. Since they replaced it anyways, I only deducted one number on the rating.Overall, Dent Squad does great work.

To be honest, I did not expect to write a review - especially not a bad one. I went in after letting a Geico adjuster give me an estimate on some light hail damage. The Dent Squad guys took my car, estimated the damage to be some four times what the Geico adjuster had alleged, and they began repairs. I got my car back and everything seemed to look just fine.Then I scheduled with them to look at my wifes car. Remember - I scheduled. I called two or three times. These guys had told me that I should have the adjuster just meet me at the shop next time. They said it would save the hassle of doing multiple estimates, correcting the blatant errors of the Geico adjusters. They had told me on multiple occasions that, at their shop, they would be able to inspect everything properly under a hail light, while otherwise a Geico adjuster would just be doing a daylight inspection. So these guys suggested that I get my car in, let them look at it, put it under the light, circle it up, and let the Geico adjuster come inspect and approve. So I did.I scheduled with them. Called ahead. They wanted to make sure that there was room in the shop when I arrived. They knew our schedules - we didnt have too long. I told them when the adjuster would be arriving. I told them multiple times that I would not be leaving the vehicle that day - we had places to go and my wife still wasnt sure what all she wanted repaired. And this is true. But when I arrived, they pushed. They made my wife sign Power of Attorney. They kept trying to make us leave the car. I kept telling them that I just needed an estimate for the time being. An estimate - as advertised on their website. As we had discussed. But there lay the problem.My wife and I waited outside, just chilling and talking. We waited. And we waited. I became a bit nervous. The adjuster would arrive soon, but nothing had happened with my wifes car. These guys had merely washed it - and did a VERY BAD job! I had just washed the car recently and it was cleaner before their wash. : S Other than the wash, these guys really did nothing. What of the inspection? The lights? The circles? The estimate? No, nothing. Never. The adjuster came. The guys left for lunch. In the end, the adjuster had to do a daylight inspection.Liars. Frauds. Driven only by money. Again, I never would have wished to write such a review. Honestly. But now my wife is concerned even about my car. You see, the damage on my car was very light. Supposedly only the hail lights revealed the real damage. But thats the problem - I wouldnt be able to see now if they actually DID the repairs. So my family suggests that I take the car elsewhere for a re-inspection, to see if this shop actually repaired all of those microscopic dents.Its horrible. I dont know - maybe they do an okay job. But they lost our business FOREVER. They are LIARS. But they are GOOD liars. They will try to dance in circles until one becomes dizzy trying to follow their lies. Look, they simply promised an inspection. An estimate. A proper inspection and estimate. We scheduled. We confirmed and re-confirmed. But they would not have with seeing the car go. Once they finally relented and realized what I had been telling them all along - that we would be taking the car and returning at a later date - they gave us the boot. Their concern was only for how quickly they could fill their pockets. Unfortunately for us, this later date would obviously not fill their pockets quickly enough for their tastes.No, I would not suggest that anyone go to these guys. Find another shop. Find honest guys. Not these liars. Sorry, again, I wish that it had turned out better. I wish that I could write a better review. But this is the truth in the end.
