Got a great deal on my new F150, no scam and no upselling. Brady is a very honest albeit a little less knowledgeable salesman. Max was a pleasure to deal with considering he was there to take my money. π The whole process was completed in 6 hrs, a first for any car Ive bought. Definitely coming back to AutoNation.
I have great experiences here and not so great experiences here. My last service visit was flawless. I had Spencer as my service advisor and he had everything done as stated in time. 5 stars for him!
Absolutely terrible. Wouldnβt even give them one star! Had my car for 5 days before they even looked at it. Claimed they found the issues, βfixedβ it in 2 days. Never offered me a rental even though itβs covered in my warranty. One week later same issue is back and they didnβt even put my dash back in place. 10/10 would not use them.
This place is an absolute joke of a service center and Austin is the most unprofessional associate Ive ever encountered. They did none of the work I requested be done (to include a simple oil change) and I dropped my vehicle off at 7am on Saturday / picked up Monday afternoon. They never called or texted me about my vehicle, I eventually had to reach out to them and then was told I needed over $5k of work, but nothing I requested was completed. When I did finally get my vehicle back and was headed home, I noticed they had left my rear passenger door panel completely removed on the interior of my truck (see photo). I was lied, ignored and flat out disrespected.
Very professional. Got the sunshade repaired under warranty to my Ford escape. Courtesy shuttle was provided both directions. Would suggest complementary car wash like provided by other dealers to my understanding.
Great deals and excellent service! I would have never thought about purchasing a Lincoln. Love it.
Such a waste of my time. Took my truck in twice for the same issue (leak in the turbo)... They said they replaced it the first time, but thatβs obviously not the case. How often does that happen twice in 6 months? It doesnβt...or the job they did was shoddy. They bent my arm for a 5 star rating the first time...so they could βget paidβ. Not deserved.I wouldnβt go there again for any reason.
The staff is well prepared to handle any customer but the wait time for maintenance service or to get a sales person is difficult. I do wish for a little better organization of employees and for better time management within certain areas.
***Sales guy was super friendly and helpful. Elder gentleman cannot remember his name, he was very professional.***The tuning personnel was very quick to come to sell me upgrades, I politely declined and he was also professional and not pushy. As for the sales/floor manger, he was a very typical car sales person, can be a bit arrogant.Finance person was very impolite and stubborn despite how many times I stated I did not want the extended warranty. In the end, I did not purchase the extended warranty but the experience was very uncomfortable. In addition, he was later contacted me and stated -I needed certain information like yesterday. Firstly, he was so pushy to sell me extended warranty and the car, but somehow forgot to ask me to provide certain information. Secondly, I returned the next day and quickly provided signed documents but I still waited for almost a week before I even received any paperwork on my car. Last, but not least, he was quick to ask for what he wanted, but could careless about what information that I needed.***Overall the experience was a very typical car buying experience, lengthy, uncomfortable, pushy environment. Final sales price that I got was fair but I wish the experience was better, especially during the office hours. Also, be aware that the sales price online was solely from Ford Motor Co., expect to pay about $1000-2000 more of add-ons that you cannot decline.
Came in to get another key fob programmed. The service was nice professional, fast and reasonably priced. While waiting, I spoke with Don in Parts about fixing my driver side mirror. I thought I had to replace the entire mirror assembly. Don pointed out it was a much less expensive part and even put it on for me. Now thats service! I live in Dallas but will drive to Frisco for service for my F150.
Took forever to get my truck back. They are professional and courteous.
The first positive experience with ANY Ford Service Department in the last 5-6 years. Thank you Fred Guiette for providing me with excellent service and the kind of service a Ford customer should be given.
I came in looking for a car that was showing online available still. When I came in the car was not on the lot after the internet salesman said it would be. The salesman I talked to didnt know about the car being on the lot of where it was. I waited about 15 mins and he came out and told me the car was sold. I think keeping up on the cars being sold online should be better. I drove all the way up the there for a car that was already sold.
Great place to buy a truck and get service
Very nice people always get the job done efficiently
Maybe Im too sensitive but if you are carrying an Asian face please dont show up.And if you want to experience drama this is the right place - before you sign the contract you are the king, and 1 second after you sign your name on the paper they will treat you like trash. Seriously.
My experience was truly outstanding. My service Advisor was Zachary Ballas thank you sir for being so professional when it came to my needs.
Called to inquire about having a ford service technician install a leveling kit to ensure my warranty remains intact. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then told I was being transferred to Corey who takes care of the leveling kits, Corey then hung up as soon as he received the call without saying hello. I called back another person said they didnt know who Corey was and put be back on hold for several minutes.Find another Ford dealer who can respect your time. Customer service is not a priority here.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Bought a 2012 Nissan Murano online from their Houston location on Gulfport Freeway. It has been a nightmare from the start.1. They got my name wrong on the title and had to fedex new copies of everything. When I say they got my name wrong I mean they got it really wrong and made me worried about the future.2. The car was delivered to me in Garland and then taken to my mechanic who found several things that need to be addressed while Im on my 90 day warranty. Specifically the wipers which wont push fluid. I cant inspect the car without the wipers working properly.3. My salesman told me to take it to AUTONATION FORD FRISCO and assured me that now that Im part of the Autonation Family I would be taken care of.4. My car has been with them since the 9th, today is the 22nd.5. Terrible communication and a terrible experience all the way around. And this is a very condensed version leaving out the horrible phone service and excuses.
Don Randall and his team are top notch! Ive taken my platinum superduty there for 2 years and have received platinum service! I would highly recommend this service center to everyone!
My truck runs good so they do good
Sadly, I had a horrible experience at this dealership. Went in to buy my first car ever, and the staff definitely tried to take advantage of the fact that I was a young female. I came in to check out the Ford Escape and my salesman had little knowledge of the vehicle. I then had to wait 45 mins - 1 hour for an estimate. During this time I could see my salesman just hanging around in an office with other salesmen. The offer they told me they could give me completely disregarded the offers on their website. The store also ran my credit 5 times while I was there in an obviously lame attempt to bring down my score. On top of this, they were trying to rush me into signing something that was obviously a horrible deal. The whole situation felt belittling and disheartening. I will definitely be reporting this dealership due to their poor ethical behavior. If you are looking for an outstanding Ford dealership in the DFW area, I would highly recommend Ford Grand Prairie. I went the day after my experience at the Frisco Ford. The staff there was wonderful and seemed to be willing to work with me and find me the best deal. Ron, my salesman, was open and honest the entire time. I even got the 0% APR offer and a nicer vehicle, both of which Autonation told me I was unqualified for. And they only ran my credit once! So happy that I didnβt give in to the salesmen at Autonation that tried to get me to sign paperwork because βthe ford financing office is closing in 2 minutesβ after giving me 5 minutes to look at their offer after having me wait an hour.Good luck to anyone who tries out this dealership! Hope you have better luck than I did!
Mr. Cody and Jeff were fantastic in explaining everything we asked. They took the time and informed my 19 year old daughter of all the maintiance needs on her level of understanding. A fantastic buying experiance.
Despite what the automated system says about how ALL employees are required to wear a mask, handful of employees (that I saw) dont wear a mask and nobody is making customers wear a mask in the building.
Had to go into the store to get the paperwork that was supposed to be emailed to me. Still friendly.
Took my truck in for a recall to fix my navigation system and some simple maintenance. Kept getting excuses about parts not coming in over and over for over a week (9 days) over the Thanksgiving holiday. When I finally did get to pick up my vehicle, I went to get in and found my drivers seat head rest laying in the back seat with the plugs that are on top of the seat missing. I had to go in and ask them to fix it before I could leave. After I did leave, I tried to use my Navigation system and it still did not function. Ends up the module they changed was not compatible with the old map SD card so I had to take it back. They wanted me to pay $150 for the new updated card that I would not have needed if the had not had to replace a failed unit. CRAZY!! I argued with the Service advisor and he took me over to the parts department and he repeatedly told me I was wrong and I should have to pay but said I would have to work it out with the Parts guy. After explaining what they did to fix my navigation, parts guy got mad but did end up giving it to the Service advisor for no cost to me but made a big stink.I have a premium warranty and premium maintenance package on my vehicle and should not have to pay anything.I also asked that the windshield wipers get changed but they didnt do it. They also never reset my oil life counter after changing the oil. Makes me wonder what was truly done and if I can trust them.I never made them give me a rental vehicle which I was entitled to with me warranty which saved them hundreds of dollars, but no one cared. I felt like they did not respect or care about me as a customer.
No communication, for got a cup there and called to get it back and no one knew where it was. Called about getting some work done and there were never any call backs.
Long, long wait times and Iβve never had my service done in the time frame theyβve given. Obviously things can run longer at a garage but simple oil changes, tire fixes have taken hours! Staff Iβve encountered has always been cordial and nice but itβs frustrating waiting so long. Had somewhere to be and was told car would be done for sure at a certain time and it was 45mins over that which altered my plans and appointment. Total time was 4:45mins after online appointment
Cory and the rescepist A re true professionals
Got me in a car and repaired timely when issue occurred thanks.
Had our vehicle one week.....battery died on us. Brought to dealership and had to buy a new battery, they wouldnt pay for it.
So helpful
Total waste if time. Completely unprofessional service. The salesman ignored my request for a specific vehicle and wasted my time trying to sell different vehicle to me. Then after he took my driver license prior to go and get the test-drive truck, he made me wait nearly 30 minutes before he returned. After all, I bought the Ford truck I needed at Bob Tomes Ford for $3000 lesser than Autonation
Nicole the best sales person ever
Great place ..they treat you like family !! Especially if you ever stok on not knowing whats wrong with your car go to the PARTS MGR..DON he is the BEST on knollage!!
This is For Micheal the sales guy,Started out bad but we ended with a bond,So happy in my Mercedes Benz, thanks
Excellent customer service from the service center and Jordyn in particular.
Worst service and the wait for a diagnostic is 2 days with a scheduled appointment, diagnostic is 180 an hour and the guy was laughing telling me the price . I laughed and shook my head what a terrible dealership and service center
Horrible reception, no knowledge of how to deal with customers. Bad attitudes.
