This place was recommended to me by a trusted acquaintance when, my car was severely damaged during the hail storm that hit Keller back in April. I called and spoke to Aimee and right off the bat, we clicked, scheduled my appointment and started the work on my vehicle. During the couple weeks they had my vehicle, Aimee communicated with me via text and phone call on the current status. 2 weeks later, she called that my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived, to my surprise, my car looked great...you would not have guessed that it was in any form of hail damage. Dent City Hail Repair did an amazing job! I had a leased car that had hail damage & was due to be turned soon. I filed the claim with my insurance company & after that Fred handle all the communication with my insurance agency & their 3rd party adjuster to get my car repaired quickly. When they were done with my car it was beautiful again & I was $0 out of pocket. When turned it in to BMW the service manager said he would never have know it had hail damage if I hadnt mentioned it. I highly recommend them for your hail damage repairs.

I decided to try Dent City Hail Repairs services after my truck was hit around 10-20 times with baseball sized hail a few months ago. I cannot even begin to describe how smooth and enjoyable their team made the entire process for me. Every single person I came in contact with was extremely helpful and professional. During my whole experience, I received constant updates with exactly where they were in the repair process. Once I was told my truck was ready to be picked up, I was truly amazed at how perfectly every single dent was repaired (keep in mind, I had big, deep dents and some were even on complex body lines). The truck seriously looks brand new again. Just amazing! Dent City Hail Repair was great! They took care of a few minor dents on the hood of my car from hitting something on the highway. I made an appointment the week prior, and because it was a couple of minor dents, I waited in their lounge area. Everyone was very friendly and professional and I was in and out in 30-minutes and the car is good as new. I highly recommend them!

This is absolutely the best place to take your vehicle for hail damage repairs. They have the best customer service. My vehicle was severely damaged and now you can’t even tell there was hail damage on it. They go above and beyond. Would 100% recommend to my family and friends.

I didnt end up using Dent City because the estimate they provided for three small dents was $275. I had them repaired elsewhere for $180. On the plus side, the technician at Dent City answered his phone over the weekend and offered next day availability after we spoke again on Monday. They were talking about putting me in a rental car for what the other place did in an hour, though. I thought that was weird. Overall, the man I talked to was really nice. I would have used them if not for the price because they were really responsive and quick to schedule me.

Dent City Hail Repair provides the best customer service I have ever seen. First, they did an amazing job with the hail damage on my mustang. Can’t even tell it was damaged. Second, Fred provides AMAZING customer service, he will take care of you and your car. This is a place you can trust.

I Never post bad review on people’s site because I am a IBO myself and know the effects of it but my experience was terrible . I made a call regarding a dent in my car due to this company being recommended. The man that answered was extremely rude, I asked him for a quote and he hanged up the phone, only for me to call back and get forwarded to voicemail. If this is the kind of customer service you get on the phone, what good is it in coming inside the office.

Fred was AMAZING! The sweetest guy ever. This was my first time doing an insurance claim, repair, and renting a car through enterprise (My insurance covers a loaner, but they have loaners here for people who do not have that in option in their insurance.) by myself and Fred helped guide me and advised me on what was going to happen. Originally we thought my car would only be there a week, but when your car has 5k more damage to it than expected, 2 weeks isnt too bad. Fred made sure to answer anytime i called. This is the second year in a row my car had been hit with hail and Dent City Hail Repair was way faster, nicer, and honestly i think my car looks better than it did before. Would recommend using them any day!

I had a ton of hail damage done to my brand new truck from the last storm and was worried about the replacement parts and colors matching correctly when it was finished. The guys here are amazing they made my truck look brand new again. They got all the dents out on the bed rails and even the tough spots around the roundings of the roof. I expected my truck to be in the shop for several weeks but they had it finished in less than two. On top of that they gave me a loaner truck for no extra cost. They also covered my deductible. This place is amazing and I will continue to recommend them. I’ve already sent one of my coworkers over there as well.

We had our vehicles repaired at Dent City in Frisco, Texas for Hail damage. Fred was awesome. He gave us detail info on what repairs were needed on our vehicles verses what our insurance quoted. DentCity provided the ride to the car rental from day 1 to when our cars were ready to be picked up. You would never know there was any damage to our vehicles. Overall the service was smooth from start to finish. Hopefully we won’t have to deal with any other type of damage but if we did we will be right back at Dent City again.
