My rating is based on their promise to have me at work by a certain time, and ended up running 2 hours late. But dont let the rating dissuade you from coming here. I will be returning to them as a client in the future, I just need to plan better so that my personal plans are not at the mercy of their agenda.Maybe a lot of my experience came from lack of planning on my part. There was a location by my place of work that mightve been better for me to go to under the situation. I needed a tire rotation, oil change, and a issue to be addressed regarding a thermostat replacement for my Challenger.These guys are really nice and they have a shuttle system that helps you get to where you need to go while they service your vehicle. I dont know of any other car service that does that for you and it was super considerate of them to do at no additional charge.I scheduled a 9:30am appointment to get my car serviced and was told they would do their best to get the service done in time for me to get into work by noon. Their service was great, however I didnt my car back until 1:30pm, and wasnt able to get into work until around 2, which means I was 2 hours late to work. They were very nice and professional outside of that situation, but next time I will definitely use the location closer to work so that I am not late in the future and dont have to worry about how long they will take.

Can’t say enough great things about Frisco Paint & Body and their staff. The process couldn’t have been any easier from start to finish and I am EXTREMELY happy with how the repairs came out and the time it took to do them. Louis was upfront and honest and communicated great. I will use them for everything moving forward and also recommend to my friends. You will not be disappointed if you choose them for your work.

I have used Frisco Paint & Body on two different occasions, both for some minor paint and body repair. Both times they did excellent work. If you are expecting a 1-2 day turnaround like one of those high volume shops, thus increasing the chances of not doing a great job, then this place might not be for you. However, if you are ok with a 4 day or so time for completion after you drop off your car, then I highly recommend this place. They will inform you up front, that they are not a quick turn around time shop, but since they are not, they have more time to make sure the repair is done correctly. Good communication with Louis Molinar, and everything was completed within the time frame first estimated. A lower profile gem of a paint and body shop on main street in Frisco that does excellent work.

Wanted to take the time to review Frisco Body & Paint. My front end repair was nothing challenging for Louis and the team. That, I was confident was going to turn out well. It was Louis that worked with me during the UAW GM strike, where my parts took a total of 2.5 months for the last piece to come in. He was able to put together the vehicle with the limited parts that came in and make it look presentable so that I didnt have to pay for a rental as my Max coverage ended only after 3 weeks. He then disassembled and put it back together with all the correct parts. He truly cares and I will miss going to visit and chatting with him. Thank you!

I have to admit, at first I was nervous to take my most prized possession that I have worked many years for, my like new BMW M3, to Frisco Paint and Body to have some door dings repaired. A voice in my head kept repeating, This is risky. You should take it to the dealer.But from the beginning, Louis alleviated my fears. He calmly answered my many questions, and patiently described what his shop could do to improve the defects. Not once did I get the feeling that this was just going to be another experience of a shop over-promising and under-delivering.I picked up my car today, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The imperfections that were huge in my eyes are now practically invisible. And the turn around time and price were both much better than expected.I wouldnt hesitate to take any type of vehicle or issue to Frisco Paint & Body.

I recently took my car to Frisco Paint & Body for repair. I was in a minor accident (someone backed into me and damaged the side of my car). This was my first accident since moving to Texas so I had no knowledge of reputable body shops. However, based on Google reviews I opted to use Frisco Paint & Body. I received stellar service from beginning to end. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and polite and so were the mechanics. Frisco Paint & Body booked my rental car in advance, so I didnt have to place any phone calls or make any prior arrangements. They had my car for a full week and it was worth every minute. My car is absolutely beautiful. It looks like it is brand new. To say they did an amazing job would be an understatement. Furthermore, they thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car. I am very satisfied and recommend them to anyone :).

We recently got some bumper damage repaired on our van and Louis did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They are family-owned for 20+ years, if I remember correctly. He was very friendly and I highly recommend this place.

A family held body shop thats always busy. People are really friendly but you need to wait a more when compared to other places as they are busy most of the times. If you have enough time and want a better service then this is one of the best.

Spoke with Joel Fixed and they fixed my front bumper on a dodge challenger everything they did was great and would highly recommend them you are going to get way better quality work then any other body shop

I am so happy with the service I received! Their office staff is so friendly and the work they did on my vehicle in a matter of days is amazing. You can tell these guys do honest work - they don’t upcharge you or try to give you a list of things you need to “fix” to try to get an extra dollar like most places do. Excellent workmanship. Had the rear bumper cover painted and it turned out great. Final invoice was inline with the estimate.Only gripe was that Id to call on the third day after not getting an update on the progress or an ETA on when the car was gonna be ready for pickup.

We have interacted with Frisco Paint & Body twice now. The first time was when we needed an estimate for one of our cars. They were honest and professional and gave a very reasonable estimate, much lower than other local places (chains especially). We ended up letting the ins. co have the car (totaled) but we would have chosen FP&D for sure.This past week, we had a friend go there after getting a $775 estimate from Service King (Frisco). We sent them to Frisco Paint & Body and the estimate was $225. Our friend was very pleased with the work and it saved him a BUNDLE. Id highly recommend them!Marie

I cannot recommend Frisco Paint & Body enough! They really made it easy to have my car repaired. I did need to make an appointment (understandably) to have it checked initially. They quoted me a price that was a couple hundred less than another well reviewed body shop in Plano. ( I didnt even bother to check with a dealer for pricing. )They ordered my part and called me when they were ready for drop off. After essentially a day and half they had my car repaired and were ready for me to pick it up before the Thanksgiving Holiday, looking great and freshly washed!The shop is small with a local staff that seems to really care about their business. The paperwork process was also very simple (did not use insurance) . If you are thinking about using Frisco Paint and Body, dont hesitate.

So far I have not been impressed. The front desk lady is completely rude and seems annoyed if you call to ask the status of your car. My car was here 3 weeks and they didnt call me once for the first two weeks. I finally called and was told it would be done sometime next week.The next Tuesday, I got a call from the front desk girl saying my car was done and to come get it by 5oclock that day. They called me about 10 am. Such little notice! So, I picked up my car, and when I got home I realized that there was a chip on the corner of my van that wasnt there before I sent it to the shop.Now they are saying there is nothing I can do about it because we have no proof (the picture of the van when it was in the shop didnt have the chip on it...)And, to top it off, they called me the NEXT day, saying a part for my car was in and I would need to stop by to get it installed. Seriously? You sent me home with a missing part?So so disappointed. Will never recommend this shop again.Update: the owner and I spoke and he is going to fix the chip on the car, and apologized. He also explained that the front desk girl is new, so they will be working on that. I appreciate his honesty and willing to work with me. I like to support small businesses so was pretty upset at everything, but because of how he handled it, I will recommend to others and use them again.

Joel gave me a quote and a timeline to fix my Suburban that had been damaged (we rubbed the side door on a tree). The Suburban came back in the timing he promised and it looks brand new - couldnt be happier - thanks to the team at Frisco Paint & Body!

These guys are the real deal - they make you feel at home and well looked after.
