I highly recommend this body shop. They recently did an awesome job repairing a large dent on the drivers side of my car. It was completed weeks before the original estimated completion date. The owner was great to work with. And not only did they repair my dent but they also detailed my car inside and out.

I recently had my front bumper fixed by Royal Auto Body. The bumper was not damaged in an accident rather the original fastners had weakend and some had failed. This resulted in a bumper that was barely hanging on. Barry gave me the options of either repair or replace. I decided to have him repair the bumper. The cost and duration for the work to be completed was accurately assessed and compeleted to my complete satisfaction. Barry was uprfront, very friendly and easy to work with. He has earned my future business.

Had radiator and condenser issues. Loved that they looked at it free of charge and gave no obligation we quote. The estimate was good for when i could get the $ together too. They saved me $ and were upfront and transparent every step of the way.

Royal Auto Body did an excellent job repairing the front quarter panel and other damage on the passenger side of my 2014 Ford Edge Ltd. I drove by on a Saturday when they were closed but Katerina who happened to be there was absolutely professional. She said they would work with my insurance carrier and cover half the deductible. I picked up the vehicle yesterday 3 days ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the finished results. In addition to half the deductible, Barry had the vehicle detailed inside and out. The customer service is amazing. They are closed on Saturday. I called to see if they were open and they just happened to be there so they did the work right then. I was only there about 30 minutes getting dents repaired. Super nice people and fair pricing

I wish I could give 0 stars. These are the “repairs” they did. Also, apparently they cover your deductible. They did not offer that to me. They made $13,000 from my insurance company plus the $500 from me. Absolutely unsatisfactory.

Found these guys on google and decided to try them out because they had good reviews. Best decision! The owner and his staff are super personable and took great care of me and my car. They even helped with my deductible which was super exciting. The car looks great finished. I’d recommend come here vs some of the larger body shop companies as they can’t come close to offering the personalized service they give at royal.

I needed some work done on the car. I got quotes from multiple people. I was told I have to drop off the car might take a week or two, and the price may go up.Then I went to Royal autobody had a quote within 10 minutes. The quote was much less than the other guys. I asked how long I would have to leave my car for. They said keep your car will call you after the parts come in and everything‘s ready to be installed. After the parts came in I dropped off my car at 10:30 in the morning and I had a back by 1 PM.The work was great the professionalism is perfect the timing was unbeatable and who can argue with the price. Searched for the highest rated shop in Frisco/little elm. Very happy with my choice. They worked very well with my insurance and were able to update me step by step. Were kind enough to help with some of my out of pocket costs. Will definitely be coming back for further body work.

Reliability and quality matters to me! Recently my wifes BMW X5 was severely vandalized, the vehicle was keyed. The scratches were very deep. I met with Katrina who was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I was overwhelmed with the finished work on my vehicle. It literally looked like new. I was involved in a hit and run sadly and I was actually on my way to take my car somewhere else and then I saw Royal. They are down the street from me so very convenient. I got my baby back on Tuesday and she looks beautiful!! Both Johanna and Barry were wonderful especially dealing with me. I’m not the easiest to deal with and Johanna handled my “episodes” like a true professional. Great place and great people!!

I walked in with a door binding issue. The person on duty checked out my truck and said she would tell her boss about it when he returned to the office. Before I could get home, they called to say the boss would be back within the hour and could fix it. I returned and before I could settle down on the sofa with a magazine, he came out and said “it’s done!” Fast, friendly, efficient. And most reasonable. They are sorta hidden away on Old Witt Rd, but if you look ‘em up, you, like me, will be glad you did.

I found this place, as the only shop close by that was willing to help and not put red tape around what they will or wont do. The service was friendly helpful and extremely affordable. I just got my car and it needed body work front fenders and a paint job and a few small adjustments. I had to choose between service king, Collision caliber and Royal autobody which are in close proximity. I chose royal. If you are new to the area and want a neighborly feel to the service you require. Youre not a number there!

Due to personal reasons, I decided to tow my car instead, even though they offered a very cheap and low price for Out of Pocket repair.The customer service is beyond amazing. She took care of me personally, and was very understanding.Best place to come to for when your car gets into a wreck! Better than the big companies!

They do great work. I gave them a call and they had me send pictures of my car and and other details over IMessage which was very simple and easy. I needed to get a part replaced and they were very helpful in getting me the information I needed to go and get the part. 10/10 would recommend.
