I was impressed with the service, the facilities and the prompt services provided. They answered my questions and advised me of maintenance issues I should be aware of going forward. They did not put a high pressure sales job on me … which I appreciate. Their facilities are second to none.

Great experience. Prices are reasonable, and the service is exceptional. If you need heavy work or just an oil change give them a visit.

Took my car here to get an inspection. They said I needed to get my front tire replaced and my windshield wipers replaced. They said I should actually get both front tires replaced. I knew my tires were great so five days later I took my car to another place right down the street for another inspection. I had replaced my windshield wipers myself for $17, not the $39.99 I was quoted by caliber auto care. And if they charge $20 for labor for the 30 seconds it takes you to put on windshield wipers what else are they charging you for? So my car passed inspection at the other place that is honest and after passing I asked the guy about the tire that failed inspection at caliber. He measured it in front of me and showed me my tire passed and was in great shape. After filling out a survey caliber emailed me about my visit I received an ignorant voicemail from someone that works here, he didn’t leave his name. So now I’m posting on google.

We tried Caliber Auto because we had good experiences with Caliber Collision. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They sent me pictures of the various things they were checking to help in determining if I wanted other services performed. Josh was our service manager and was great in updating me on the status of my car and talking me through the services they were recommending. Price wise, they were less expensive if I had had the work done at the dealership so we were pleased with that as well.

Went there for state inspection. The facility is top notch, waiting area is very upscale, comfy and kept clean, unlike any regular auto store. They also have play area for kids next to waiting area.The first thing you notice will be that staff is courteous and pumped up for what they are doing, which in my opinion is a positive sign of a good shop.Service was fast and you get notified on your phone on every stage of where your vehicle is at. Towards the end you get a complete bumper-2-bumper complimentary vehicle check-up report with photos on your phone. This is an unique and much welcomed feature that i have seen in any service shop.And the best part is - the service tech, although advised me to get the urgent things taken care of, BUT did not push me to go go about it right away. Only and only for this reason I feel comfortable going back in there in future for my other car service needs.Towards the end too, the staff was very courteous, held open the door for exit and valet my car infront of the door.All in all, they beat many large dealer shops in their professionalism, speed of work and quality of work.As you can tell, i was very impressed.Highly recommended!

Setting the online appointment was easy. When I showed up, they were very courteous, and quick. The technician and service advisor were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike other local automotive repair centers that are very pushy for add-on service items like brake flushes etc. I did not experience any negative pushy sales suggestions. I think the staff here is honest and try very hard to do the right thing so the customer receives a great value for the money spent. I will return for additional service or repairs as needed to this location.

I have been coming to this Caliber location since it opened. I have been struck with the professionalism of the technicians and the overall excellent service. They do my oil changes while I stay in my car and send the thorough inspection to my email. Yesterday they installed 2 new tires. I was driven home and my car was dropped off at my house after the service. Wow! I strongly recommend this Caliber location.

Caliber is taking auto service to the next level. First, friendly, prompt when you walk in they were personable and interested.Second, and I can say this enough, this is not a waiting area that you have ever experienced. Plush seats, work area, charging area, and a Kids play ground. Bathrooms were well decorated and clean. Free Starbucks coffee and assorted teas. You don’t mind waiting for you car.

Always use these guys for my general automotive needs. They are fast and efficient, offer a great warranty on repairs, and have you in and out quickly. I also like they do a inspection and provide you pictures of anything they feel may need attention. I will continue to take my business there.

The staff here are very personable and provide a very thorough report when having a state inspection completed. I have been here twice now, and I received satisfactory service both times.This time, Stacey Wilcomb was the associate that explained everything on my inspection report to ensure that I understood everything. I left with all my questions answered.This week I had a horrible service experience at Crest Nissan and they offered to help me troubleshoot the problem that I was experiencing with my car. I will certainly be coming back here for future maintenance work. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone that asks.

As on a I walked in I was greeted by a friendly counter serviceman. I was asked what I needed and I said an inspection, he took my keys and asked if I was going to wait, I answered yes, he proceeded to offer me water, coffee or tea. And took my paperwork to the bays, he came back and asked if there was anything I needed and said that the car would be done promptly and did I change my mind I would like something to drink. We received the pictures of our car on our phone when they were done working on it, came back with our keys, we paid And one of the team members walked us to the car and open the door for me. I love going there because I feel like they treat me like a person not just a customer

Got my state inspection done here. I love how they check the car thoroughly and provide options to fix any problems they find with cost right there and then.One of my brake light bulb was out. So, they just fixed it and got me the Pass.Sp convenient.

Caliber Auto Care is Awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto repair. And their waiting room is astronomical and they have drinks and snacks and even a charging station for phones and laptops and a workstation. And they keep you updated as the repairs are being done. Shop cleanliness and peaceful waiting area were impressive as well. The work time expectations were set and reasonable, and they hit it out of the park by getting my truck back to sooner than quoted. Talk about customer service! This location would get a 12/10. Their interior is beautiful and has a coffee bar/water, charging stations etc if you have to wait for your car. I brought my Jeep Patriot in for 60k mile service.Prices are good but more importantly their Costumer service is unbeatable. Ran into a bit of an issue after my service. I called them to let them know, and they stepped up and took responsibility. Really cool to know that there are good businesses out their that take pride in their work.Definitely a local favorite but if your moving out of state, look to use a national franchise or national dealer until they start expanding.

My 3rd time here in a year for multiple reasons and all three times everyone goes above and beyond! Super professional and super nice and friendly!!! They do phenomenal thorough job and I’ve never been there for more than 20-30 minutes regardless of what I’m there for. Super clean and comfortable environment cold bottled water and great coffee! Caliber Auto Care is by far one of the most professional Auto Repair shops I have ever been to! I came to the shop for an oil leak, and was impressed with the services from start to finish! The manager greeted me when I pulled up to the shop a few minutes prior to them opening and walked me in to help check me in. Once I was at the front desk, I believe it was Joshua H. who assisted me and he was very thorough on everything. As soon as the diagnostic test was finished shortly after I received the full report via text message that showed me everything including where the leak was coming from. They came to me and sat down and went over the repairs needed.I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for just your basic oil change to auto repair concerns.Thank you very much Caliber Auto Care! They checked my tire with low pressure and gave me a free air fill. Service was immediate and fast. I tried to pay or leave a tip but they wouldnt have it!

I was just in the facility & got amazing service from every single person I came in contact with. I was only there shortly possible 30-35 minutes & got a state inspection done. The visit was smooth, the facility was extremely nice & again the service was outstanding. Thank you all again for the experience I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here again if just to sit in the lobby for some coffee or tea ;)

This place is my new go-to for auto care. Stopped by for an oil change on my way home from work expecting nothing more than the run of the mill experience. I was pleasantly surprised. Their service level for such a simple thing was through the roof. That welcoming feeling you get at Chick Fil A is one of the only things I think I can use to compare. The facility is top notch. Beautifully designed inside and out. Waiting area chairs are next level comfortable and all the staff are attentive and check on multiple times while you wait offering various drinks, including Starbucks coffee. Bathrooms were extremely clean. They also vacuum out your car every time you come through which is a nice little addition that sets them apart. Their prices are on par with just about every other place in the area too. Highly recommend for sure.

The staff is very professional and the waiting area is nice. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with the actual car service. I went in the first day so they could see what parts needed to be ordered. Josh gave me a call the next day to come in because they had the part. This was for a simple heat shield change (under an hour). I waited for an hour in the waiting room. I received a text with a link to additional service recommendations (photos included, which is a nice touch). Josh walked me through the extras and I agreed to get my windshield wipers changed. At the end of the hour, Josh came by to tell me that the wrong parts were ordered and I can come back the next day. I understand mistakes happen, but my recommendation is to tell the customer right away when that happens. I wasted an hour in the waiting room only to be sold an extra service. The next day Josh called me to tell me the part would be in at 12:30. I got there at 12:30. The Honda supplier seemed to be running late. I kept asking for updates and I was told the parts would be arriving “any minute” multiple times. I waited an hour before finally having a friend pick me up. It was done at 3:30, so good thing I took the day off. This doesn’t seem like an issue with Caliber but the Honda supplier. Josh was great and tried to keep me updated throughout the process. I would recommend letting the customer know if there was a hiccup ASAP and perhaps looking into the Honda supplier issues.

I scheduled an 8am appointment for and oil change and inspection. I was there a little early and they went ahead and pulled my car in anyway. Service was quick, friendly and I was treated like I was their favorite customer of the week. I love that they included pictures of every step of the inspection process and texted it to my phone before throughly going over everything with me visually. Prices were reasonable and what I expected. Will definitely be going back for our regular service appointments.

This was the best car maintenance experience I have ever had. Everyone was helpful and knowledgable. I was given great information and options for my car maintenance. The waiting room is very pleasant and comfortable but they also offer shuttle service to and from your home.

I brought them my 1963 Nova which had been to three shops already, each of which said they could not do the work. Josh and the team at Caliber not only did the work, but they did so efficiently, professionally, and affordably. The waiting area was comfortable, and they provided cold water, coffee, and WiFi. Ill definitely be back...in fact, Im taking my 1972 Opel GT to them today for service, too!

Went in for my annual inspection and have never been cared for like I was here. I dont remember his name but I think it started with an R (I learned that he was from NY) was exceptional at taking care of me as a customer and his service is the reason I intend to use them exclusively for service on my vehicles. I have been waiting for 3 years for a place like this to open up in this area.Their prices are by far the best. Their service is tremendous.They give you a well documented inspection report with pictures of everything inspected whether it needs to be replaced or not.They truly are a trustworthy mechanic shop which is hard to come by these days.I have done 2 services done and will be servicing all of my vehicles here as long as they are in business.

Calibre Auto Care has the best service I have ever experienced. They are very professional, helpful. This was my second visit and certainly not my last. Originally I stopped by because of a cupon in the mail. They are still the cheapest by far for semi synthetic oil change. Just call around. Each time I was greeting with a professional, walked into their outstanding waiting lobby, full of refreshments, and given good, better best car care option with being pushed. They also take pictures of my car to review any issues that are not visible, which is a huge benefit over other car maintenance facilities. I will be buying tires as well and I feel, I found my go to maintenance care facility for our family. Well done Caliber!

Got my car inspected here. They were very straightforward and told me what I might want to fix without trying to upsell anything like other places might. I loved that they sent me pictures of what everything looked like so I can go back and see exactly what needed to be done in my own time.

Had new new brake pads installed & rotors resurfaced. Caliber was able to complete brakes along with oil change, new wiper blades & a couple of small item fixes, all in one day after I brought it in 11:00am. Their customer waiting area is the Hilton Hotel of waiting areas! Super nice & comfortable area to work, watch TV & have free Starbuck’s coffee!

1st try-Service was good, but did not pay attention to details and required me to engage mechanic to make sure vehicle was serviced properly. Not totally terrible. I am uncertain if I would return. 3rd try- I gave them another shot. 2/11/2020-Saved me time and money replacing a headlight bulb. Much better than going to the dealership. Prices are reasonable and the guys are fair. Waiting room is nice and convenient for work. I will be using for future services.

If you’re on the fence about trying out Caliber Auto Care, let me ease your mind. Today, I found myself stuck in the garage because my explorer would not start. It was the second time it had died in two weeks. I called this place because it had come highly recommended by several of my neighbors. I spoke with Ashleigh and explained what’s going on. She immediately offered to drive over with a technician to jump my car and bring it back with them - free of charge, I might add. I was completely dumbfounded when they showed up at my door just 20 minutes later. I was contacted an hour later by Chris and told I needed a new battery and they would run diagnostics to ensure nothing else was going on. 40 minutes later, it was all done and ready to go. They even drove it back to me. For a timeline, I called at 3pm and my car was fixed and in my garage by 5:30 without me ever leaving the house. What’s even more impressive, I checked their hours after my car was dropped off and they had delivered my vehicle after already being closed. They could have easily kept it overnight. I received a full report with pictures via text of everything additional they looked over with recommendations of what I should do next visit but with zero pressure on the phone to do them. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed. Customers FOR LIFE!

So good! First time here, and came from another location after poor service and fraudulent prices. This place had very new and comfortable setting, excellent services and transparency with very complete diagnosis. Theres coffee and Starbucks bean coffee,, even a play area for younger kids....yes, a nice one ....at an automotive spot = thoughtful. Excellent experience and definitely recommend compared to other competitors, dont jiffy lube or anything this is well worth it.

If you want a group of knowledgeable, honest professionals to help you maintain your vehicle, Caliber is the place!My initial review:I recently got some work done on my car at a dealership and, a few days after it had been worked on, I noticed that the car was leaking oil. The dealership is a bit of a drive for me so I called Service First to find out if they could look at the issue. When I called I talked with Christian, who was personable, professional and upbeat, and he was able to get me in immediately. I headed right over there and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes! They quickly found the issue, explained the issue, and fixed it, and the experience could not have been better! I normally take my car to the dealership to get worked on, but the crew at Service First was great and I might have to make this my new service location. Thanks for everything!

I had my oil changed and inspection done on my car and they did a great job. Very professional and attentive to my needs. They are very reasonably priced. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. There is coffee and water if you’re thirsty also to top it off they have a play area for the little ones. The play area was not open because of COVID but it is nice to know for future visits. Everyone I encountered was great.

Very clean, prompt friendly service. Everything they said had an issue was true and I was appropriately charged for my inspection and oil change. The photos they took off items (wipers, tires, filters, fluids etc) were accurate. I would definitely recommend!!!

I had a saga before I even called Service First - basically I tried using my emergency roadside assistance to get a tow for about 5 hours the night before, decided to leave the car for the night and deal with it in the morning. I called Service First first thing in the morning, and spoke with the manager, David, asking for a tow company recommendation. He gave me a recommendation, and then followed up with some questions to see what the situation was. After explaining, he said he was willing to go out to the car to see if he could get it started so I wouldnt have to pay for a tow. I was super excited about that, and he and a mechanic went out to my car, got it started, and drove it to Service First. At the end of the day, they fixed my car, but what obviously stands out is the incredible customer service I received. After the frustrations from the previous evening, working with David and Service First was a breath of fresh air. Youve earned a customer for life! Thank you!

Went in for a state inspection for my 02 Corvette and was told that their machine was not connecting to the owenby of the Corvette which meant that they couldnt do the emissions part of the state inspection

I was going in for a routine oil change and knew I was going to have to add some other things to the list. Since Covid happened I hadn’t been driving as much so knew I had a little more work needing to be done. Ashleigh McCreary was able to get me an appointment. And greater me with a cup of coffee she made herself. STARBUCKS!!! I needed some shopping done so they came and picked me up at Walmart while I was waiting for my services to be done. My car was still being worked on so they allowed me to out things in their fridge as well. Just like i was a part of their family. They went over and beyond and for a great price and gave detailed explanation of what was needed vs suggested instead of ripping you off. Their service is amazing and they sent me pictures of all the after results. I will make it my number one place to go.

Absolutely amazing service! Went in to get a state inspection and was so impressed. The facility is the most gorgeous, relaxing, and comfortable place I have EVER been to get my car worked on. Between the huge kids playground inside, the Starbucks machine, and the multiple large comfortable chairs in the waiting area, I was so happy. I almost didnt want to leave!The staff was amazing. Dennis greeted me as soon as I walked in. He gave me a tour and made me feel right at home.The pricing is what I wouldve paid at any other shop around here so to be able to get this level of service and comfort for the same price is incredible. After doing some research around the area to get an oil change on my Corvette for a good middle ground between dealership prices and gas station oil changes I ran across Service First Automotive who looked professional and reasonably priced. I showed up on Saturday morning at 11:20 and pulled up to the Lube drive through and a service rep came out and I told him I wanted to get an oil change. He told me there was a couple cars ahead of me and it would take probably an hour and I could wait inside or in my car. I wasnt in a rush so no big deal, I told him Id be back in 40 minutes, well before an hour in case they got done early and he gave me some differences between the shop synthetic oil and Mobil1 too. I came back at 12 and pulled into the same lane and the same rep told me to park the car and head inside and theyll take care of me. I went up to the desk and told him I was here for an oil change and the guy told me it would be an hour or so because there were a couple cars ahead of me. I told him I was just here an hour ago and one of the service guys outside told me that last time and I just came back after waiting. He said more people showed up while I was gone. I dont understand why I was told it would be an hour and after coming back they told me theres more people ahead of you now, what is the point of giving a time frame if it follows no standard procedure. Instead of arguing I just left, if they cant figure out how to organize their schedule I would be worried about how they handle car maintenance.

Great place for car care. The waiting area is comfortable and even has a play area for your kids.Beyond that, they genuinely care about their customers. They treat you with respect and ensure you are satisfied. The manager is a great guy and even the people I have referred have told me how great this place is.I am loyal customer now for sure.

I would give them a 0* if possible. Most unprofessional auto care I have dealt with. Took the car in on Sunday and received a call on Monday notifying me what the repair was and how much it was going to cost. At the time I was told the total cost was $200 and some change, not a big deal was expecting it to be that much. Went to pick up the car today and was told the total cost was now going to be $315. Told them that that wasnt what I was told on the phone when authorizing the fix and they basically said well we dont know where that number came from but its $315. Nonetheless wont be taking any of our cars here again.

New residents of Frisco. Received an advertisement for this new company for auto service. Scheduled an appointment for oil change. Every aspect was handled with professional precession. Business planning and execution you dont expect on a normal oil change. Facility was spotless all employees professional and friendly. We found a place to handle our automotive needs.

I dont usually write reviews, but have been to Caliber twice now and so impressed with their service. How many shops leave you a thank you note in your cup holder when you leave? Keep it up Caliber and I will keep coming back.

Super nice people! They are taking Covid-19 very seriously and I feel safe going inside their building. They are incredibly efficient and professional and I absolutely plan on coming here when I have car issues!

Stopped by to get an oil change. Was greeted as soon as we walked in and given all the information we needed. They changed the oil, vacuumed the car, inspected all the lights, tires, air filters, and windshield wipers to ensure there wasnt any other issues. Also gave recommendations of other maintenance but was not overly aggressive about it. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. Will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending to friends.

When my AC went out in my Yukon XL when I was headed out of a town on a 6 hour road trip, I kinda freaked out... rightfully so! I pulled into the first place I saw and went in to see if they serviced vehicle AC systems. Alex greeted me and assured me that they could help! I proceeded to unload my 3 kids and Alex explained the process of determining the exact problem and the cost. He then shuttled me and said kiddos to my sister’s house to wait it out. He called several times to keep me apprised of the situation and was great about breaking down the cost of repair. Although I don’t recommend your AC going out mid July I do highly recommend Service First Automotive and Alex!!
