Good service always for my fleet vehicles. Took a bit longer than usual, short on mechanics that day but nowadays hard to keep employees when they run out for more money. Hopefully that situation gets better soon. Id recommend them for thier service and straightforward attitude about everything.

Horrible customer service. Customer service recommended the wrong tire for my truck. Three months later tread starts wearing out a little and tires are spinning and and truck actually did a 360 while turning in rain. Spoke with manager about it and said you are the first issue I have had with this, and you need to buy a better tire. I told him I spent $1100 a few months back and he said he would give me a $30 credit per tire if I purchased new tire through them. This was the first time I have gotten new tires here after previously using Discount Tire. Big mistake and I will never use NTB again. Do not go here!

Nice helpful employees, honest competitive prices, good selection of popular brands. The only reason theyre not 5 star is the sometimes slow service. I still go there for almost all my automotive needs because theyre very accommodating.

Reservations made online were not honored; reserved 4 tires for 3pm appointment with buy 3 get 1 free deal and they did have them in stock @ the store!!!So I bought new tires $400 over the original online ‘lure’ anyways ~ 3pm expecting car to be ready in 2 hours…came back 2.30 hours later (Uberred) - they just started working on the car…mind you no call, no nothing…it’s 6.30pm on Saturday afternoon. I have better things to do.

These guys are not helpful at all. Go to a different location or just go to discount tire. Terrible customer service. They also take a long time to greet you. Until then they’ll walk around like you don’t exist.

Appointment set for 7:30 AM arrived at front desk 7:25 no worker present. Checked in shortly after 7:30 no communication as to expected time of completion of oil change and tire rotation. Services were not complete until 9. It took a hour and a half to complete an oil change with an appointment. Had the price not been so reasonable I would have been more upset ($41.??) For the Synthetic blend.

I have been a customer here for the past couple years and will remain a loyal customer for life, thanks to Brian Horn and his team. They are professional, courteous, timely and ethical (they never try to upsell unnecessary products and services). You truly feel appreciated as a customer here as they greet you the moment you walk in, and thank you on your way out. The store is clean and the waiting area is always stocked with beverages to make your wait as comfortable as possible. Im always amazed by how quickly they service my car. I will drive out of my way to ensure that my car only gets serviced here. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!

Absolutely worst people to deal with.I made an appointment for simple oil change in the morning and was given 3:00 pm appointment on the same day.When I reached there the guy on the desk told me that I don’t have an appointment!!I explained him that I called earlier to make an appointment.He told me to show the proof that I called!!I felt extremely disappointed but still I showed him the call history.He still said that I called but there is no proof that I talked to someone!!!At this point, I felt humiliated with this kind of unprofessional behavior and I left their facility.I think, the management/owner should step in and stop this kind of treatment towards potential customers.

My car had an air leak so I took it in to get looked at. Khalil was the rep behind the counter when I arrived. When I described the issue to him, he had an idea what the root cause was. He didnt want to waste time bringing the car into the bay, so we went out to the car to look. Two other reps were passing by and lent Khalil a valve core tool, Khalil tightened the valve, and everything was fixed. And I was on my way within a few minutes. Great customer service! Friendly reps! Thank you!

I got to NTB around 5:00 on Saturday. There were two people there waiting for their cars. I told the Manager Stephen Underwood my tire light was on and asked if they could check to see if I had a nail in my tire. Sure was his reply. A man came in around a half hour after me to get a new battery. His truck was taken back right a way. I asked the manger why he was taken in before me. Was told that is another part of the shop. At almost 6:30 my car was taken back by the same man who put in the new battery into the truck. So I was lied too. After 15 minutes in the back I was told the tires only need air. I had already been there an hour and a half. I hope this was not the reason but I was the only women in the waiting. The store manager is terrible and lies.

I had a great experience in store, employees were anxious to help me and had all my questions answered. I got a nail in one of my tires and it was replaced with no issue, since I purchased the road hazard insurance.Over and above what was required...I will purchase any tires needed from them.

I booked an appointment for 11am to change 2 tires. I thought since I booked an appointment, I would be taken care of right away. Instead I have waited 2.5 hrs for to service to be provided. People that came in after me, had left before me. My guess is that NTB was taking care of cars with quick services. NtB provided bad customer service and show cased a bad business model. On top of that, i am already furious, these folks are trying to upsell me things I dont need. You guys need to either change the business mode or hire better management. It was such a bad experience that I dont think I will give my business to them again. DO NOT GO HERE OR YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

This place has zero respect for people when it comes to making true on their scheduling. I had an appointment for 12 noon and was told that it would take 2 to 2 and a half hours. So I said that I would be back to get it at 3:30 to be sure. They said that would be plenty of time. Here I am still sitting here at 5pm after my wife dropped me off at 3:20. The guy at the front desk could care less when I told him that this is bad business. Didnt even apologize. I had to be back to work. This is completely unacceptable business practice. I also have found out that there was no extra issues that caused them to take longer. They just need to learn how to give more accurate time phrame estimates. I can under being off by 30-45 minutes... But more than DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL TIME PROPOSED?! Thats just ridiculous! 100% never coming back here!

This location has an issue with getting vehicles in on time. I had a scheduled appointment and I waited almost an hour and a half and my vehicle was still not in. I had to leave, there was no concern and a vehicle with a scheduled appointment after mine was brought in before. No explanation from the girl at the counter, just that they would get to me soon. This place needs assistance, better supervision and customer service.

Awful service. Slow isn’t the word. Booking an appointment is a waste of time. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and to plug a tire. Price is one way online but when you get in there, there’s extra charges. I came here regularly. 3 months before the virus hit they didn’t charge me extra. You pay for what you get. Booked an appointment at a certain time for 2 new tires. When I arrived they told me I had to wait until they had an open bay and it would be an hour and a half. It ended up being 2 and a half hours. I also paid over the phone and asked them to lock the keys on the console so I wouldnt have to come back in the lobby. They took payment but kept the keys inside. All and all a pretty bad customer service experience. Also, if you have a flat tire, put your spare on, bring the lose wheel and tire in for repair, come back a few days later to pick it up, they wont put it on your vehicle for you. You just have to go home and do that in your driveway.

I brought my daughters car in because the passenger side front tire went flat. I asked to have that tire checked. They asked us to leave the vehicle saying it would be between 2-3 hours to get to it. This was at around 3:15. We called back around 6:15 to check the status and was told it had not even been into the shop yet and it would be about another hour. We finally get called a little after 7 and get told they found a nail in the tire and it was not repairable. Fine, have them replace the tire. Get a call its ready at 7:45 (they close at 8) and my husband goes to get the car. They had replaced the DRIVERS SIDE front tire. When I talked to the service person when they called about it, they had told me they didnt see anything on the outside, but when they broke the tire down they found a nail on the inside. The tire they were SUPPOSED to be looking at is flat AGAIN this morning and I have a new tire ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE CAR. So now I will be taking it to a different shop to get the bad tire replaced. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AS THEY OBVIOUSLY WANT TO JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE REQUESTED WORK. The tire they replaced was basically a brand new tire with minimal wear and no damage.

After buying 3 sets of 4 tires in the past several years I would expect just a little service. Went there with a screw in one of the tires. All I got from the tech is we can’t patch that and it will be two hours for us to look at it. All I wanted was to know if it was leaking and if I needed a new tire. Each employee there I found to be rude and impatient.This is the second poor experience I have had and will not buy tires there again

Had tires delivered via Tire Rack as the store did not carry tires that fit my car. Took car to store a day prior to my appointment to ensure they could perform the work and was told it would not be an issue. Arrived on time to my appointment and had the store manager tell me they would not perform the work as he was afraid they would damage the Pirelli tires. These tires are replacements for hundreds of SUVs and sport car models. The customer service and ability to do what they are supposed to do (put tires on a wheels) is beyond sub-par. Look elsewhere unless you drive an Accord.

I have been to my Frisco location 2x since moving here to Texas. The staff is always super personable, knowledgeable, and quick to assist you. They ensure you have been heard and provide the best customer service I have ever received. They communicate well, and ensure you understand the charges for every item they recommend. Newly relocated to Frisco and needed an oil change. Ive used NTB many times before in other locations so I was fairly confident I would get good service. I schedule online (which I love because its so easy) and everything was great.It was a Sunday afternoon and they were busy but the gentleman at the counter was outstanding in handling walk in customers along with the appointments. Also when it became evident they couldnt take any additional appointments (or walk-ins) for the day he was very kind and accommodating in trying to help them schedule for another day.I will definitely return to this location and appreciate the great service.

Helpful location staff, and good value for an oil change. Beware of the online scheduling tool, however. I set an appointment online, then needed to rescheduled. When I called the store, they had no record of the scheduled appointment, and they had appointments booked up in the times the website said were available. The employee Khalil was helpful in explaining that and recommended we just call the store to make appointments.

I wanted to buy one matching tire for my vehicle. Get this, the representative tells me that they will not install only one tire. I need to buy two.My other three matching tires have 3K miles on them. Get this he goes on and on about it can damage my transmission, blah, blah. When Im trying to buy the exact same tire (the fourth one had a puncture not repairable) that matches the same vehicle.Im in the automotive industry for over 20 years and this tops the most absurd of it all. The skill set at this shop is bad.

Took an Element fleet vehicle in for a slow leaking tire. Turns out it was a nail puncture and slow leak.Dropped off the car at 4:00 PM and never received a call. I had to call later that evening to find out “I was on a list of people to call because my car was ready”. I show up 30 minutes later and the car is still on the lift.The very next morning the same tire is flat. Apparently there was an “oversight” to a second puncture.The team made room for me to come in for another “repair”. After nearly an hour and a half, they decided to replace the tire.Poor experience overall. The bathrooms are filthy, the lobby is run down and dirty, and the shop is in an inconvenient location overall.Take your business elsewhere.

I will never do business with this company again on anything outside of tires. Even a little iffy there. I purchased a high end interstate battery here for $200 and was charged $15 for installation. Long story short, it was a bad battery and I needed to warranty it. I called the location only 2 months after purchase and they stated that in order to warranty it out, I had to pay $103 for installation of the new battery. Not only that but they couldnt guarantee that they would warranty the battery.... thats a scam ladies and gentelman. I instead went straight to an Interstate Battery store in Garland and they not only warrantied the battery, but didnt charge a penny for installation. If you need anything done to your car, please go to a more reputable and honest shop.

I had a nail in the tread of my tire. They said it could not be repaired I would need a whole new tire. I just had a new one put on Sunday, because they said another tire could not be repaired. A nail was in that one to. I went down the street to discount tire,they patched the tire free. No problem

Dont bother with an appointment -- it wont help. I stopped at NTB at 8:30 on a Thursday morning for a slow leak plug. I was told there would be a 2 - 3 hour wait which was not possible as I had a Dr. appointment at 11. I decided the best solution would be to schedule an appointment thinking this would offer the shortest wait for this type of service. Took the car back at 2:30 which was my appointment time and was then told the wait would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours. With an appointment, it still took 2 hours. Im not really sure what this company thinks appointments are for.

He checked in with the customers in the waiting area and kept us updated on estimated time left. Jenny Cao also was there and has impeccable customer service skills! I usually take my vehicles here just for new tires and alignments because my mechanic does maintenance on them and fixes whatever is wrong. I gave them a try a few times to fix other things but had no good experience. They installed wrong spark plugs into my van and two of those new ones where broken, they installed A new oil pan the wrong way and many other things.

I had a terrible experience at this NTB location. I regularly took my last truck to the Grapevine mills location and was highly satisfied with their service, timeliness, and quality of work. This location exhibited zero characteristics and a quality business. They were very unfriendly. I walked to the desk and stared at the guy for 5 seconds before I actually said something to him and then he was very short back to me. The team hardly talked to each other the whole time i was there, just tossing keys onto the desk to each other in sloppy fashion. I came for an oil change and tire balancing. They claimed they rotated them however i watched from the side of the building and know that they never took the wheels off! The oil change took an hour and 15 min and the place wasn’t even busy. I was highly unsatisfied and will most likely never return. I hate to be ugly, i just don’t want anyone to have the same experience. Go to a place that cares.

I had a nail in my rear tire and came in as soon as the shop opened but NTB already had a 2 hr wait based on appointments. The service rep informed me of the wait but said he will take it back quickly to take a look. They said it was a small nail and could fix it pretty quick- I was out the door within an hour. Need to amend my previous 5 star review. Yes good product, good customer service and still great deal. Main problem is, the mechanic does not properly give times on jobs. So what went from a 3 to max 4 hour job has now turned into a 6hr wait. I solely blame the mechanic. The gm quoted me 1 hr left just after 5pm before he went home. Its now almost 730 and Im still waiting. The mechanic is making everyone else up here look like fools.

Went to get a single rear tire changed (I have a lead foot). I gave the exact tire I wanted with size and speed rating, I knew what I wanted and needed. The gentlemen behind the counter was helpful and friendly but accidentally entered the wrong tire size. My vehicle has staggered stance, the front tires are smaller than the rear. They put the wrong tire on my car! It was dangerous and I was in a rush so I couldnt pull over to see what was going on. After stopping I see its the wrong size... I wasnt happy, Im a busy person I didnt want to drive back and wait in the lobby again! But I took the high road and went in calm and didnt request a discount. Ultimately it was a mistake but not an intentional one. If this happened on a regular basis I could see someone getting into a wreck over this mistake.

Rip off artistry must be required as part of training. We specifically asked for battery replacement...ended up with the full job and over $1k song and dance. Had it towed out of there. Found workers phone in the trunk and their testing tools still attached to the starter whos wires were unattached.

No customer courtesy! Called to enquire their oil change price, was put on hold right away not even before asking what I was calling about. Kept holding the phone for several minutes, finally I hung up. Store manager and store owner, if you need more customers HIRE more help, in order to run a good business and to earn good name! This place is full of a bunch of jokers who have no business touching a bicycle let alone a motor vehicle. I bring my car in and drop it off at 11am requesting an inspection and oil change. They said it would be an hour to an hour and a half and they’d call me when it was done. So at 1:45 I call them and ask if it’s done. So the guy decides to let me know that their state inspection machine is broken and it’s been broken all morning. What? Why didn’t you call me and let me know that? You were supposed to call anyways. Or better yet, don’t take peoples cars in for inspection at 11am when your machine isn’t working. They didn’t even start the oil change. I grab my keys and walk out.. I decide to look in the Bay Area only to see a guy sitting on the fender of a brand new looking car while talking to two other guys.. none of which seemed to care that he’s sitting on a customers car. Go to the ntb in Allen or any other shop on Preston before ever trusting this poorly ran franchise.

First time I took my Honda Pilot here about 3 or so months ago, it was for some simple repair, can’t remember what. But the guy comes out and tells me that the ABS sensor was accidentally disconnected in the process. But it’s a really thin wire that comes disconnected super easily, apparently. So they’ll fix it for free, but they have to order the sensor, which means I have to drive around without functional ABS for a couple of days and then bring it back in another time for them to fix. Weird. But I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just a normal human accident.Then I brought it in again a month or two ago because my battery light kept coming on. They confirmed we do need a new alternator (yay $500) and that they could for sure have the repair done within an hour and a half. I say are you sure because I need to leave to pick up my two older boys from school at 2:45, which is in exactly an hour and a half. They reassure me it will be done by then. I have my preschooler with me, but I decide to have them do the repair while we wait and I’ll just do my best to kill time. Well 3:00 rolls around and it’s totally not ready, and I’m getting antsy.Manager ended up giving me the keys to his Jeep to go pick up my boys, which felt weird but obviously I can’t just leave them at the school. I come back, now with all 3 of my crazy boys (age 4, 6, and 9). An hour later it’s still not ready, so I ask for an update and they said it will be another 30 min. Apparently (they finally decide to inform me) a couple things were inadvertently broken in the process that they are having to fix. So we went from 1.5 hr estimate to what ended up being 4.5hrs wasting my day at NTB while my boys lose their minds from boredom and cause me to lose mine in the process. And I’m thinking wow, I brought my car in two different times for different repairs, and both times they accidentally broke more things in my car in the process of “repairing” it. Maybe the first time wasn’t just an abnormal thing.Fast forward to today. I need to get my state inspection done. I wisely decide to take my car somewhere else. The mechanic at the other place informs me that the AC valves were totally uncovered, and the caps were just sitting loosely under the hood. Also the power steering fluid reservoir was completely disconnected—not attached to the line, and not secured into the built-in stand for it. Also a couple weeks ago I had found the dip stick resting on top of the hood, down behind the wiper blades. It’s like someone who was completely drunk was working on my car—I don’t know how they didn’t even glance at my car before shutting the hood.Y’all. Avoid this place. Had a bad feeling the moment I pulled up. Store looks very dirty and not maintained. As a mechanic I don’t trust many people with my car and thought this would be alright. Walked up to the counter and was told they couldn’t “order” my tires though I know they can, they are on the website and they told me over the phone yesterday they could. Cmon you guys need to do better. Called store down the street, ordered tires no problem in 3 mins.

Took one star away because of the wait. David checked me in and gave an honest and reasonable estimation of the wait time. Also quoted a reasonable cost for an oil change. NTB actually had my work done approximately 30 minutes before the estimated time. David was freindly, courteous, knowledgeable, and does an excellent job managing customer experience. One minor comment is that they placed a mileage sticker into my window but didnt write anything on it. Minus one additional star as I rely on it to time my next oil change. Ive brought my vehicle to this location on multiple occasions and Id come back again.

Wow! Talk about service! I recently had an oil change at NTB and had the pleasure of being helped by Jenny. Not only was she knowledgeable but took them time to not only help me understand a part that needed replacing soon but helped me work on getting financing and ultimately beat a service offer I found at a different business. Im not someone who understands much about the needs of cars but she really upped my comfort level and I would totally trust bringing my car back for whatever needs it might have in the future.Thanks, Jenny!

Im going to sound like a broken record compared to all the other reviews posted here, but if you value your time at all, do NOT go to this place. I know this place is slow, but theyre about the cheapest around for oil changes, so I arranged to have my car dropped off there today. I dropped it off today at 1pm for an oil change and tire rotation and was told that it would be ready by around 6pm.6pm rolls around, and I call them... they tell me that they have been very busy and havent started yet, but that it would definitely be ready by 7pm. Guess what, 7pm comes and goes, no call... I call them, they pick up after one ring and say hold please, and I proceed to sit on hold for five minutes. My girlfriend then takes me there, and there is no one there and maybe 2 cars in their garage at maximum. I go in, say Im there to pick up my car, and the guy is like, Oh, we havent started yet, were going to get to it right now. I ask for my keys and leave... an entire day wasted, with my girlfriend having to take me to and from work, for nothing.Long enough story already, but the bottom line is DO NOT go here if youre expecting prompt and courteous service.

Im giving 3 stars instead of 1 only because of the customer service efforts of managers David and Steven. Im highly disappointed in the overall service at this NTB. The workers constantly fail to complete the full service order and it seems as though the staff has a critical problem showing up to work. Thank you David for remaining professional and helping customers in the lobby. Thank you Steven for coming in on your off day to change my husbands tire that was supposed to have been dealt with during the oil change yesterday. To the staff, GET IT TOGETHER AND DO BETTER.

Awful service, I went there for oil change, it took them 45 minutes, cars meter wasnt showing any oil change, I contacted them and a rude receptionist said, I didnt go to their location when I assured her I will bring my receipt, she said, okay then bring your car back (very rude tone). I told her I will escalate this issue and started explaining the situation, she hung up on me. I contacted their corporate office then their manager contacted me and explained that the worker was having hard time resetting the meter. I have never had this problem anywhere else. Laziest people no courtesy. Please dont go there its worth spending more money elsewhere then there.

Very friendly, honest and quick as you can expect when beyond packed. Made an appointment and was in and out in the projected time.of about an hour and a half for 4 new tires installed! Definitely recommend!!

When you buy new tires and pay for alignment, its to protect the new tires from wearing out unevenly. Just because the alignment is good for one year it doesnt mean NTB can charge for service they promised and do not do the service. That to me is nothing short of scamming, and leaves a bad first time impression. Store manager tried to make it right by offering refund and doing the alignment for free the next day, but damage already done. If you ask for alignment to be done, make sure to ask for before and after computer print outs. If they cannot provide it then they didnt do it.

I was on my way to visit my disabled mother at assisted living when my tire pressure light came on. My left front tire was very low, so I quickly detoured to this NTB for them to look at and patch, if necessary. The guy behind the desk said the soonest he could give me an appointment is Friday. Today is Wednesday! What the what! To check a tire? So much for helping a damsel in distress. Ive never experienced that at an NTB. Ill never go back here or recommend them to anyone.

I had a flying visit as I wanted to ask about my car for future, but there was no one at the front and I couldnt wait. I was impressed but the information at the office and the presentation. That I saw but as there was no one there and I agreed for a good ten minutes I cant say much for the service, but I understand that it was not a busy time and I was in a rush, so I will give them another chance because I expect them to be a good service....thats grand power for you!

Walked in for a tire replacement, and was nearly scammed out of over $100. They saw that I was young and took advantage of the fact that I have little knowledge of cars or repairs. My father (who is much more knowledgeable about these types of things), came in to help me, and the price was immediately lowered to 80-something dollars. I am appalled at the way these people took advantage of me, but I am also deeply saddened by the fact that they knowingly tried to trick me. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

I brought my Explorer in with a flat tire, and 2.5 hours later they had it plugged and aired up. As I left the parking lot I realized they had not latched the hood. So glad I realized thus before I got on the highway! (and what were they doing in there, anyway?) Fast forward 24 hours, and the tire was flat again. Some patch job. No new punctures, just a poorly plugged tire. The credit I will give them is that they were very polite. Now Im at another locating trying to get the tire fixed again. Disappointed with how long it took, the carelessness of not latching the hood, and not fixing the tire.
