I reached out to these folks over the phone and asked them if they could be my eyes and ears on the ground and do a used car inspection for me before i spent the money to fly down and pickup the new vehicle. They were able to get the truck in the next day and help me over the phone to review every part of the truck. They sent me a detailed report and helped close my deal. I needed a window regulator replaced on my BMW 328i. This is one of the hardest cars to replace the regulator so I decided to have Precision do the work instead of myself. This was the first time Ive used them even though Ive heard numerous recommendations from co-workers who also drive imports and are frequent customers.Needless to say they got it fixed and fixed right. My car is a hard top convertible so getting the window just right and not too high when rolling it up is essential. They spent one day replacing the regulator and after the repair the window was giving them problems with being too high on the track. It took them a whole another day to make it right. A job that typically only takes 8 hours, took about 16 hours but I was only charged with what they originally quoted me. They did all that extra labor at no charge to me and they worked until it was perfect. Kyle was awesome to work with!They just gained a life long customer. Cant recommend enough.

It was so strange, My emergency brakes locked up on me in the middle of the intersection. While I was waiting for AAA officer Hobbs pulled up and offered assistance on traffic control around my vehicle. While we were waiting he told me where he takes his autos for service. I was just going to take it to Ford. Im so glad I didnt. Officer Hobbs suggested Dallas Precision Imports Auto Repair on Alpha St. in Frisco. This place is awesome. Apparently Rodger the Rabbit was having a little dinner on my brake wires. They fixed my problem for $110 no telling what the Ford bill would have been. I would highly recommend Dallas Precision Imports to everyone. I highly recommend Dallas Precision Imports. I get my oil changed here.But last week I went in because my check engine light started to came on & off.They diagnosed my vehicle & Kyle informed me the codes that were coming up were due to a problem with the camshaft & timing chain. But he also let me know Mercedes had extended their warranty on this issue!!! I had no idea. He saved me roughly $3500. He took it a step further & called Mercedes-Benz, confirmed it for me & provided me the name & number of the person he spoke to.The integrity, kindness & exceptional care he shows his customers is rare in this business. I highly recommend anyone having car problems to come here first.The staff are all very friendly & greet you with a smile. We have used Dallas Precision Imports for the past 17 years. They are always friendly and will tell you what really has to get fixed vs what can be done over time. They are popular, so you may wait a bit to get in, but with an appointment, they get to work quickly. Their prices are a fraction of what dealership service departments charge.

This is the only place I take my Infiniti to that can also work on my daughter’s Camaro. They’ve been here a very long time and never overcharge or fix anything without talking to you first. I refer everyone in this area here.

Kyle, shop manager, is one of the most down to earth, honest guys out there.They did a great turbo upgrade, suspension refresh, boost leak test, etc on my Audi with great buttdyno results.They know what they are doing and will attempt fixes that exceed the norms to make it happen.Trust youre taken care of, without the did they miss something subconscious thinking.5 stars.

I took me 20 years to find THE place to take our vehicles, and THIS IS IT! The staff is super friendly, communicative, and helpful. I love that they take the time to explain what is wrong and what is the best bang for my buck on a budget. They also actually check the vehicle before returning it to you. I cant tell you how many other places have returned a repaired vehicle to us and shrugged their shoulders when the issue is still there after paying a large bill. This leads me to prices. This is the best price in town! They offer various discounts, such as for teachers, and I have yet to beat their price or their service. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Price came out to be exactly what I was quoted over the phone. They allow you to bring your own parts (no warranty if you bring your own parts like most other places). I dropped my car off in the morning and they gave me a ride home at no cost while my car was being worked on. Very friendly staff.

This is one of the most honest mechanic shops I have ever done business with. My vehicle ended up being a problem child, and Kyle treated me more than fair. Did the job and followed up with the car after issues arose. I can say wholeheartedly this is the place to take your German vehicle to without a second thought. Also they provide a more than generous military discount. This is where I will always take my vehicle to when I cant or dont want to do the work myself. He even told me to bring it up there and he would walk me through a job he was sure I could handle on my own. Superb job.

1/6/20202002 ML320 - Kyle was my mechanic. I had a unique noise emitting from the rear, drivers side. Kyle determined the cause of the noise was the rear axle. He took the time to find the best price and provided me with options as to replace or repair. He also diagnosed the root cause as broken engine mounts. My experience with Kyle and Dallas Precision Imports was very satisfying. They demonstrated competence and integrity, both of which I have found lacking more often than not in other shops. It is hard to find a good car repair professional in Frisco with all the big chains hyping their services. I am so happy that I found Dallas Precision Imports a few years ago. They fix what is broken and dont waste time trying to sell you things that arent important. They will tell you about things that may go bad so that you can be aware and prepared. This is the only place I will use for my auto repairs.

I called around for estimates one morning for my Audi repair and I wanted to point out how friendly and professional Sandy is from Precision Imports. She even called my later in the afternoon just to let me know that they were still working on my estimate but didnt want me to think they had forgotten about me. (even the dealership didnt do this)I went with another shop whose initial estimate came in lower, but once they saw the whole job- the price ended up being the same as Precisions initial estimate anyway. So I would say their prices are very fair and thorough up front. I would definitely recommend Dallas Precision Imports just based on that. :-)

A stunningly good mechanic with excellent service, fast response times and competitive pricing. They brought my garage kept car back to life after sitting for over 18 months with the least expense I could have expected. In the process they did not try to gouge me for services I didnt need (even in one case where I was expecting work to be done but wasnt needed). Had an incredible experience at Dallas Precision. Took our 2007 Chevy truck into the shop have a fuel pump replaced. Because of some unforeseen events ended up having to have some additional work done. Gordy was very upfront and accommodating to our needs. Cant say enough on how well he took care of everything. Moved out of Frisco and tried other shops local to me. We could not find the honesty and quality which Gordy consistently provides. It is worth the trip to get my vehicles repaired correctly without the fear of being taken advantage.

Great and honest place to get your car worked on! I went to Good Year to get diagnostics work done for an error with my car, and they tried to charge me about $800. Got a 2nd opinion at DPI and they charged me almost $400 less, and said the part that needed replacement DID NOT need to be replaced. Thank God for this place and its honesty, THERE IS A REASON WHY IT HAS 5 stars people!

I have been a customer of Gordys (the proprietor of Dallas Precision Imports) for about 15 years and that in itself should say something. Gordy is one of those rare mechanics who will tell you what is wrong and give you options based on your budget and the severity of the issue. I love that. Once while I was out of town on business my wife had car trouble. She took it to Gordy and told him I was out of town...not only did he fix the problem quickly but he also gave her his personal phone number if she had any other problems. You just dont come across that kind of service any more. Gordy keeps my cars running and he is a honorable and stand up guy. I highly recommend Dallas Precision Imports.

I wont take my truck anywhere but here. For 8 years this is the only place my truck has gone to when it needs work done or a checkup. The most honest, upfront, and dedicated individuals both at the front desk and in the shop. Gerran and Anthony came out to my apartment today to help me fix my electrical issue when my truck died and walked me through every step. Phenomenal service, honest pricing and Gordie is the best. No matter where I live in the DFW area, this will be the only place I take my vehicles to.

Dallas Precision Imports is the best auto shop in the Metroplex. They are very conscientious on your budget but in no way comprise in service and fixing your car. They are efficient and extremely nice. DPI honesty and integrity is exceptional. I am lucky that I have found them.

Used DPI for the first time on my new 03 high performance german sports car. In the past I have only used dealerships for maintenance on my other german sports cars. Went and spoke with Kyle, at DPI, before bringing in car for service. Wanted to get a feel for the level of service and experience on high performance german sports cars. After speaking personally with Kyle and conveying my strong interest in having my cars maintained by only the best I felt good about taking my car in for its first service under my ownership. This was considered a major service for the car and set me back almost $1500 dollars. After picking up the car I quickly noticed a problem. I drove back in another car to discuss issues with Kyle. Without hesitation he asked me if I wanted the car flat bedded back to the shop. I declined and asked that he come back to my house and drive the car back to the shop. Again, without hesitation he jumped in my car and drove it back to the shop. DPI, and Kyle, stood 100% behind their error and corrected, without question, the issues I had with the first service. The dollar amount for the correction ran to almost 50% of the service. They were willing to do this and more if necessary without hesitation. I am in sales myself and know just how important my reputation for honesty and integrity are to my customers. I work hard everyday to build trust with my customers. It is this trust that leads to success. I trust DPI to take care of all my cars moving forward. They stood behind their work and offered no excuses for errors made when servicing my car the first time. In this day and age with all the unscrupulous shops out there that say they can and will over service your car until there is an issue DPI and Kyle have earned my business.

Many times now I dont have the time to work on my vehicles, but struggle ever letting any auto shops work on my vehicle because a) they dont know what they are doing or do shoddy/poor work b) they massively over charge for parts and c) because most of them are flat out dishonest.Before finding Dallas Precision Imports on Facebook by my wife (which everyone just raves about), I had got $1,500-$2,000 quotes from 3 other auto shops in area for an issue I was having with my right front tire wobbling like crazy. All shops told me I needed am entirely new front end for my truck. However, Gordy at Precision said my front right break line had collapsed causing my brake caliper to stick and causing the problem. Gordy is a BMW mechanic the doesnt believe the name stands for Bring Money With.He will tell you what is really wrong and his service rates are excellent. I recently had a BWM shop tell me I need THE Catalyitic converter changed in my car. Problem is theres more than one and they didnt seem to know that. They also completely misdiagnosed a vibration issue. Gordy found the problem that two dealerships overlooked and it didnt even require purchasing a part, just knowing how the care was supposed to be built. Ive also taken other makes of car to this shop and have been treated with respect and as an adult. He doesnt take offense to being asked to explain a diagnosis. Refreshing!
