Even though it is a totally convenient service for day to day insurance, very helpful there. Nice, friendly and truly caring operators. Where they really lack sadly, is when it comes to a special circumstance. No flexibility. When your a member for 46 yrs and they wont extend, as special circumstance, the extra milage, when my family and I were stranded 300 miles away from home. I feel that, that is a bit on the cold side. Maybe they could think about that if it were their family out there.

Horrible Customer experience at the front desk. I am not a AAA member but I went in for a international permit. When I arrived there is one lady being held at the front desk. I waited in line as the only person in line. After about 5-10 Minutes another person got in line behind me. The lady who is being helped was finished I approach the desk and spoke to a lady with the first initial of her name with a C. She asked me why I need help with and I told her in a international drivers permit. Then she asked the lady behind me what she needed help with. The lady said to pay her bill that was The reason she was there. The lady at the front desk told me she would help that way first. I thought nothing of it thinking it would be a five minute transaction to pay your bill. The lady spent 20 minutes talking to her about applying for a loan or credit card and then doing small talk. The lady who is paying her bill asked the gentleman behind me that I cut in front of it still waiting. The lady upfront said that is OK we can take our time. Fast forward 20 minutes and finally the lady leaves about paying her bill. I asked the front lady with her first name initial is C why did you go and pick the lady behind me even though I was here first. She said because she’s a AAA member and they come first. I said I think it’s first come first serve it is not right for me to wait in line and get cut in front of each and every time someone comes in as a AAA member. The lady was rude and apprehensive to the whole situation. I asked to speak to the manager but I was told she was not in today. I will never sign up for AAA after that service. Someone so oblivious and cannot respect a customer or potential customer will never get a dollar from me.

Went in there a couple weeks ago to get my international drivers permit, I was in and out less then 10 mins. The gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful. Would recommend and will come back for an updated one once my current one expires next year. Great service

Sent my Verification of service request form to their ERS Admin department on December 3rd and still have not heard a word back from them!! Would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional, as I have called several times and they still have been unhelpful!

AAA saved us loads of money on our car insurance. Our agent is Wayne Cross whom is very friendly,professional and would go the extra mile to ensure the best deal.Not only cheaper than other insurance companies but nice to be able to speak to a person every time not a machine.Best and most hassle free policy we have ever had

Service is pretty good, and rates are low, but when we went to requite for a new home we were buying, they gave us a quote that was way below everyone else, but it was because the insurance was below the standards required by lenders. Ended up going with Travelers instead. The price was a little higher, but Im covered properly.

The only reason for the 3 starts is the reception agent who has always been very attentive. The insurance agent literally raised his voice at me for no reason, and wouldn’t listen. Very rude behavior. Hope they can improve.

This is the worst place to call about your auto insurance the guy representatives are rude, they dont check your account they assume things that they dont know and they just hang up the call on youSo dont get any type of business in this location if you dont want to have a bad experience.

On Oct 18, 2018, I stopped by Frisco AAA office on Preston Road. I was assisted by Mervat Hazahza for my insurance needs. I noticed she is well suited for her job and displayed a strong customer service skills as well as good sense of obligation to her job and accomplished her tasks efficiently.

I wish there was a way to put zero stars... I have never been treated so poorly for Insurance purposes. I tried calling the agent (Damon to Clinkscales)who by the never answers the calls and when the VMs are left .. does not call back either. When i was looking to buy the insurance I use to get atleast 2 calls and an email everyday until i bought the damn insurance. I never expected this from a AAA representative and it is really frustrating. I have paid for whole year for Auto as well as Renter Insurance so i am stuck but this is really ridiculous.please dont waste your money.. you might pay slightly more but state farm is 100 times better.

Dont even go in during rush hour if you are not a member. You will have to wait til all members are done no matter if its a drivers license or insurance quote or whatever.
