We had our car towed to this location after the battery died. They were able to quickly identify what happened to the battery and got it replaced. Everyone we were in contact with was kind and helpful. Weve also taken our cars to this location for the yearly inspection, each time is the same experience with everyone being very nice.

Really the service was quick.And the person who helped me was very humble and informative. He helped me to take right decisions unlike other places where they force you do certain things that which may not really needed.Will recommend this shop for any auto needs.

It’s not often that you feel a business owner goes the lengths to address a situation. I can truly say I am more that pleased with the way this was handled. After emailing Jack, the owner, and explaining the situation and my frustration, he responded and asked that I go by to discuss the situation. Before going, he had done his due diligence and researched the situation. Not only did he find that what I stated about being quoted a specific cost was right but he took the time to use as a coaching opportunity and implement a process to include written quotes. He also took the time to explain why the mistake could have been made and he rectified the situation by giving me back the remainder of the money I was overcharged based on the initial quote. It was great that the resolution came from his research and review of the situation and not because I asked. I appreciate Jack’s approach and am satisfied with the outcome. To be clear, their work is great. I have been getting oil changes there for almost 2 years and their brake job was great. Extremely disappointed that yesterday I went to get my oil change and the girl at the front comes back and recommends that I get my brake done, some sort of fluid flush and replacing the engine filter. She quotes me $330 for the brakes and around $25 for the engine filter. Less than 24 hours later I return to get my brakes done, after looking at the website and seeing an advertisement that said 299-329 for most cars, which is consistent with what she said. I leave my car there at 8am and return at noon to pick it up to be told the total is over $800, stating that it’s 329 per axle, plus a piece that broke in the process and the engine filter. After back and forth with the manager, he gave 25% off and kept stating that he’s never experienced this and insinuating it was my confusion, which I would expect no less from someone looking to put responsibility on the customer and not take responsibility for anything. Point is, disclose prices up front on the site coupons AND by employees. Fixing something you broke doesn’t make you honorable, it makes you look deceitful and shade as heck! I don’t mind paying for stuff when I know what the price is upfront. Not my expertise so when I get a quote from her and see the attached coupon online that also says 299-329 for brakes, rotors and labor WITHOUT calling out that it’s per axle, I assume she’s being honest and providing the right information.

I have gone here twice on an emergency basis for a nail in my tire on a Sunday. Both times I have pulled up, they fixed my car up in minutes and I was on my way. Super friendly, knowledgeable and you don’t get the “salesman” vibe that most places have. Special shout-out to the blonde Jason that has been very kind and professional with both encounters.

Got my inspection and they answered all my questions respectfully. Love this place. Will come back.

First time here. Had my front end alignment done. Very fast. I was out in less than hour.

Each time Ive come to get my cars inspected, it was quick and easy. Most other Kwik Kar location have small worn out lobbies. The lobby is clean and the staff is friendly.

I had a tire alignment done here about a week ago, I came out of here with my car pulling more to the left than the Democratic Party. When I tried coming back I was asked to make an appointment, so I did. I made an appointment for Friday 3pm because they couldn’t take any later than that so I had to leave work early. Friday came and I had the opportunity to come in even earlier and was told no, I had to come in at 3 pm and no later than that because they closed early. So I moved my appointment to Saturday at 12pm. Well I made sure to come in earlier, got here at 11:30 and gave in my car with keys. 2 hours later I see my car getting driven around so I thought they were done doing what they needed to do only to find out that in the two hours I had been there NOBODY had taken a look at the car, they were just pulling it back in to start working on it. When I confronted the lady up front all I got was a “sorry you had to wait but this is first come first serve... thank you for your patience” honestly I don’t blame them for doing this to me, because there’s really nobody else to blame but myself for coming back here.. but again, I didn’t have a choice since they had messed up the alignment and getting it fixed somewhere else meant I had to pay again.. I hope they learn to respect other people’s time and bring value to their customer. They for sure did not with me, good luck giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Not just your run of the mill oil change place! They also offer a variety of other services any car owner would need. Staff is very friendly, location is always clean, and very prompt service. The manager Jason is always so helpful and knowledgeable. This is our go to place for all our vehicle needs.

I like this place because of two reasons. 1) They are always on time 2) very professional people and they will not push for getting things done which are recommended, but only required or requested service Highly recommend these guys and they will not disappoint you.

This place has great service usually. I’ve been bringing my car here for over a year for that reason, in addition to the proximity to my home. I like giving local and independently owned shops my business. Pulled up today at 2 PM and was informed they were closed, even though it said they were open until 3 on their sign. I asked and was told they’re closing early because the owner is going home. I guess that’s part of the risk of supporting local businesses right now, you don’t know what’s going to happen. I’ll come back for the next oil change, but for people who work at home while taking care of children, the weekend is the only time we can get our cars serviced

Found this particular KKL to be charging more for oil changes than other KKL stores nearby. 36% more on the base oil change service for the exact same oil. I went in for an oil change today, and the young man taking care of me told me I didnt need one. He literally said, Ill be happy to take your money, but you dont need it. This facility is always clean, and the employees are always so polite. Ive been here for a number of services and will continue to use them for my auto maintenance needs.

I had been coming here about an year its been ok upon my last oil change they put filter in wrong when i took back they said it wasnt oil leak but transmission leak but they didnt tell me it was leaking b4 when they done oil they had before when i had oil changed b4 and they done my driveshaft now my truck leak and a sensor is blown and they want fix the problem say they did nothing wrong i didnt take a picture but i know filter wasnt all the way in i could see it easily and i couldnt see written it was white now red written on top i want ever go back there

I received a fast oil change and excellent customer service from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out. No one tried to sell me additional services, like they do everywhere else I go to. This business is above and beyond in other things. They vacuumed my car with a lot of attention to detail. The amazing coffee and tea station is such a great surprise. The waiting area is clean, and it includes the children play area. The bathroom is stocked with womens hygiene products and bath & body works lotion, A++. With all this attention to detail in addition to excellent oil change service, my family will be long time customers here.

I was having a bad day - dropping reluctant toddler to daycare, it was freezing cold and rainy .and I got a flat tire. I was close enough that I turned around and the team said that they would put the spare on so I could go to to work. They checked my tires and said that 3 or 4 needed replacement. The tires were delivered by 1:30 that afternoon.I was unable to go back that day, but came in later and they took care to install 4 new tires. They have plenty of room to charge devices and work on your laptop. Nice coffee station that was clean and accessible.I will return for additional service

My son brought his car in for an inspection. A few minutes prior to him leaving we personally inspected his wiper blades knowing they charge much more than it would cost us to do it ourselves. They looked and worked great. He has the inspection and they conveniently find tears in the blades. I do not like taking my cars to dishonest places so we will bring our 4 vehicles elsewhere. I had the manager Matt call me, which he did, but my complaint was not acknowledged. I would not recommend this place.

The best car service experience I had. Crew was fast in scheduling, proactive in suggesting preventative maintenance items . As a mechanic myself I found their suggestions very honest and fairly priced. The owner himself was involved in operations and customer handling in an very caring way. I am a life customer now.

Great people ! Went in there to look to see if I had to get my skid plate replaced. They worked on my car and in a few minutes it was all fixed! The folks there could have charged me but they didnt. Just overall helpful. Thank you guys. Would definitely come back to work with them for any car issue.

Every time I go there its like the first time. Im always treated like a stranger. They never have a solution for small issues because they would rather say no. One time they told me my alternator was About to go out but they wanted me to return in2 hours for a different service, despite knowing my car may not come back on. No desire to go above and beyond their job. Terrible customer service.

I went in for an oil change and inspection and the staff was very quick and friendly! They helped me right away and it didn’t take long to get everything completed. It is a very nice facility! There is a charging station for your phones, complimentary drinks, nice, clean bathrooms, and an enclosed play area for children.

Nobody likes to take their car in and wait for service. They were done with the full service oil change as fast as I could expect (about 25 minutes) early Sunday afternoon. Their waiting room is much nicer than other Kwik Kar locations I have used.

This Kwik Kar recently opened near my house so I went to get an alignment. They took my car into the shop and put it on the lift. A short while later, Jason came out and told me that I did not need an alignment and that the issue was that I needed new tires. They did a minor adjustment which helped and suggested that I get new tires and then come back for the alignment. They did not charge me but I did enjoy a cup of coffee and sat in their really nice waiting area. Seriously the nicest waiting area for an automotive place Ive ever seen! And the service was top notch to boot! Will definitely be back.

These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to fix the issue with my manifold gasket to get my car to pass inspection. Didnt try to upsell me with a bunch of stuff I didnt need. All around awesome experience!

I was there to check for a oil leak and break inspection when I checked in gentleman told me I should get a quote in 30 minutes, after waiting 2 hrs and after checking multiple times I got a quote and that too overpriced I just told them to clean the breaks ever after no one touched my car after waiting two and half I told them to give my car back they gave me with no service done. Stay away from this place they don’t care about customers and they are over priced I never go back again.

Have been to this place a few times. They have always been very professional. They take care of all their customer. They only request things that need to be fixed. Open on Saturday and Sunday which is a big plus.

If i could give a lower rating I would. The manager is the worst. They cant be responsible enough to take care of incompetence for their employees. They damage my brand new aftermarket wheels. Trying to install 35 series tires. Something that the manager says they do all the time. So they install half way and gave it back to us. What am I supposed to do? So my son pick it up and I ask him to take it to a tire shop. They shouldnt of started on the job if thet couldnt do. They shouldnt even offer service if theyre not capable. Kwik Kar Panther Creek is my go to auto maintenance shop for my car. The location is just one mile away from my home. I dont have any problems when I brought my car with them.

Went there to get an inspection. They failed it due to tread wear. They explained that I had one tread channel that was 3/32” deep which is a fail. Come to find out that the state says you have to have two tread channels next to each other that are 1/16” in order to fail. They immediately tried to sell me tires. Don’t go there.

I took my Tacoma over with it making a strange noise from the front suspension. They checked the truck over and found it was just the tires were worn out. They also found the front brakes were worn which I already knew. They got everything knocked out and everything worked perfect.

I drive a Honda Accord new lease. I use to drive to Honda dealer for a so called speedy oil change that was even scheduled. 2 hours minimum wait each time.Kwik Kar Panther Creek Frisco opened up and I decided to give them a try. Nice new facilty. Best waiting area you will ever see. They should probably rent it out for wedding receptions. Lol. Just really nice all over.Pulled up and immediately greeted. They looked up oil needed on computer and logged your change date. In and out in 20 minutes. Went home and got wifes car. In and out in 20 minutes.Now for the big test. Oil change and State inspection. In and out in 30 minutes.Took sons car for oil change. 20 minutes. All of this in one day. Time saved. Probably 8 hours plus. Staff were very friendly.Each time fluids were topped off, car vacuumed and windows done. That alone is 15 bucks but they do it for free.I am a very happy camper I tried them. They have coupons and take all other Kwik Kar coupons. Its a franchise.Latest challenge I gave to them. Bought new rotors and brake pads for my wifes car. Slotted and drilled. Ceramic pads. I purchased the set off Amazon. Kwik Kar mechanic installed for 125 and offered to flush brake system for 60.Brakes work better than brand new and all was done in less than 2 hours. Adjustments and all. Mechanic use to be a Honda mechanic.I am very picky about who I allow to work on my cars.I am very very very pleased with Kwik Kar Panther Creek Frisco. I will always go there for oil changes and whatever is needed mechanically.Next challenge. Replacing strut kits on my daughters 2007 Hyundai. And rear shocks and tie rod.
