Scheduled service with them twice. Infiniti offers to pick up your car with their service. They called last minute or actually after the appointment time to let us know no drivers were available. I understand people are short staffed, but they should be aware of this at least a day before the scheduled date.
Took it in to change the battery and we left thinking they did. They never told us they didn’t do what we came in for since and the service took hours. The next day the car broke down again and AAA told us they never changed the battery and it was taken in again and it finally was changed. Child was almost late for school because of them, had to call a friend. Don’t waste your time or money, all they do is give you a laundry list of things to get “fixed” so they can make money. I would give 0 if I could.
This is my 5th QX56/80 and ive had Troy Dunn since 2010 as my service manager, he is one of the main reasons why Ive stuck to this make and model. Troy makes it easy to schedule, easy to drop off, fast pick up of a loaner vehicle, and an email of my suv report card on what I need done or not done. with a simple text or call, we communicate on what I approve, and it is all done.. I had my bi-annual zaktek detailing done, and it always looks and smells brand new... love the continued service and professionalism...
Worked with Alan LaVeau and would highly recommend him for his great customer service. Overall the price for maintenance was fair compared to non-dealership auto shops I got quotes from, plus you get a loaner car and free car wash out of it.

Tech could find the issue.Brought my redsport q50 with 24k miles with a suspension noise/ rattle which occurs EVERY time I turn. Miraculously it didnt do it this time so they gave me a quote for 2700 for other services instead none of which included my main complaint. Picked my car and it made the noise on the way out! Will be taking my CREST INFINITI to another dealer. I do not trust this service center due to past experiences here, and now this.
Incompetent Infiniti service! Took our Infiniti SUV in for air conditioning not working. Crest Infiniti Service did NOT fix it. Returned the vehicle to us with no A/C. Crest claimed it was working fine. Took it to Sewell Infiniti in Dallas, they fixed it correctly the first time.
