This place was 15 minutes from my job making my estimated arrival time 6:00… literally closing time. I immediately called the location explaining my situation. I really enjoyed how professional the service was here. My family and I were visiting from Maryland and our car broke down. After calling a few different places, we called here and Allen was so helpful and understanding that we were in a hurry to get the car fixed to get back home. Last Saturday I was in town for my brothers wedding. I had a rental car and my tire blew. I called around 4:30 and nobody was willing to take me on a Saturday. Good thing I called Goodyear in Frisco. Nardin was be able to help me. He told me not to worry and that he would help me. He said he wouldn’t let me miss my brothers wedding. That was a huge relief. He stayed after hours and installed the tire for me in 20 minutes. Because of him I made it to the wedding. I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond and helping me when no one else would.

I was from out of town and had tire issues….they got me in and out the very day I called and aligned my car as asked, but rotated my tires to make my trip home safer!! I was so impressed with them! Came across this shop in an emergency situation with a slow leak from my front passenger tire on my Porsche. They had great reviews on Google so I gave them a try. I pulled up and with a few high-end vehicles in for service (Tesla, Mercedes S-Class, Audi Q7, etc.) I felt more comfortable with the decision. Allen, the owner, and his son where both very nice, welcoming and eager to assist me immediately. Luis, one of the technicians, was also very helpful. That having been said, they identified very quickly that my tire was fine but that my wheel had a small crack. At Allens suggestion, I brought it back a few days later to have the wheel repaired. I picked it up the following day and so far, no issues. His entire staff was awesome and if you have a high-end brand, this is your place. Allen also followed up with me the next day to see how things were going. The shop was clean and organized and I was greated with a smile every time.. A genuin, dedicated team. Have made this shop my go-to moving forward. Thank you, all!

I’ve been going to this shop since 2018 because of its close proximity to my job and all of the positive reviews online. The former owner owned the business for many many years. Unfortunately he sold in the last year or so. However, the new owner upholds and maintains the same quality of services. Also many of the employees are still there too. I go to this shop for any and every little issue with my vehicles. I do because they are honest which is very hard to find. In addition, they provide a great quality of service and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend! 👍🏼

Had one the best experience ever. Nardin at the front was very helpful and Knowledgeable. I always had little anxiety at car shops thinking they might come up with things not needed to fix and charge more. It was not case here. He actually helped me save money and as a courtesy told me to see them for any issues at no charge. Which I think guaranteed service they performed and also put me at ease. 5 stars. New tires was fitted. Didnt balance them properly,so I gave this place a shot. He gave me all the bells and whistles of how good they are. Once he was done he showed me a sheet of how massively unbalanced ny tires where and that hes now balanced them correctly, Car got worse then it was before and was shaking massively at 55mph plus Seriously this is your fix?Anyway I took it to a friend of mine who knows a mechanic. He balanced the tires and put the proper inflation on the tires and now it runs smooth again. 85 dollars for an issue you only made worse.But this is how I find out good mechanics from scam mechanics, by having small issues and letting them fix it.Embarrassing. Would never come here again.

I initially went in for just an inspection. Right away I was greeted by Nardin and Allen which was very nice. I informed them that I needed an inspection. I told them there may be an issue with my tire tread depth and was worried I would not pass due to that. Mr. Dargalayi quickly went and inspected all my tires and the rear tires were in fact too worn to pass. Both gentlemen really understood my situation of needing to save money for my up coming vacation but also took my safety first. Instead of just passing My inspection and moving Me along the way or raking Me over the coals and charging Me a price for tires and services, they were more than accommodating and understanding. Allen did His very best at being competitive and reasonable and the whole staff was friendly and the service was fast! Would I suggest Preston Road Tire and Services? Preston Road Tire and Service went above and beyond! I have a 23 year old daughter living in Frisco and last week her car overheated. Since we live a great distance away I had her take it to the local Chevy dealership. The car sat there two days and no one touched it, and they could give us no timeline on fixing it. Since we had purchased tires from Preston Road Tire earlier in the year I decided to reach out about this issue. Allen helped my daughter get the car picked up from the dealership and made sure it could make it to his facility. They had the car fixed and on the road the next morning before noon with a new water pump. He followed up after the repairs to ensure car was operating properly. I have been in the automotive industry for 28 years and these guys are pros! I told my daughter to take the car to Preston Road Tire and Service for all of her service needs.

I called ahead to see if they had nitrogen for tires. They were gonna fill my tires for free, but we found out there was a nail in my tire! Nardin and the rest of the crew were really helpful when it came to explaining and helping me out with my tire. Due to Pandemic, have been staying home and did not drive. Found car, Mercedes Benz, was not starting, and battery lost charge. Needed help. When trying for services, Allen immediately offered to come home, check the battery and fix the issue. I thought that was very friendly and caring customer service. In couple of days, I called him for help. He sent Louis to my home. Louis came, jump started the battery and made sure I was able to take car to the shop. Allen took personal care, to make sure that new battery installed, state inspection done .I appreciate the caring customer service, and recommend to others. I was there on Sunday morning, July 18 and I was greeted by Allen and Nardin. Both of the gentlemen were welcoming and helpful from beginning to end. I took a Fleet vehicle in for low tire that started on Saturday. I live in Celina and I was turned away by the Goodyear in Prosper. They wouldnt even check my tire! Allen and Nardin took care of an oil change and my tire in a hour. This is the ONLY Goodyear I will take my vehicles too-even if I live further out. Allen and Nardin provided exceptional customer service and did a great job on my car. This is the BEST Goodyear in Collin County.

I had a tire get shredded the other day on 121 at ~5:30 in the afternoon and went here. had called on my way there and allen was already there and ready for me. they looked at my tires and offered to replace them all (making them stay after closing even later) and had it done asap. thank you so much yall are awesome will def be coming back.

I never write reviews or share much of anything online, but these guys truly deserve it. Professional and extremely ethical. They changed the front axle u-joints, and both front cv-joint assemblies on my 2005 Nissan Xterra. It had a terrible vibration and we thought it was an unbalanced driveshaft when we took it in, but they diagnosed the problem and solved it for less than we anticipated. Additionally, we returned the next day to have the brakes bled (pedal seemed a little soft) and they performed a complete brake inspection, but said they were functioning properly and charged us nothing (as no maintenance was required). They are trying to do right by the residents of North Texas. One of the owners is a former USAF F-15 pilot and I can honestly say it shows in the quality of the operation they are running. Well done! We will definitely be back again.

The associate working was acting as if I was bothering him and that he did not want to help get my tires repaired. I left there and went to discount tires and they where happy to help to me. They lost my business for the day.

These guys are awesome! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and are always super hospitable. My last visit was due to my car beginning to shake and my check engine light coming on when I was halfway to work. I got it to the shop and had to get back to work. While I was looking for an Uber, one of the gentlemen that was coming off of his shift offered to drive me the 20 minutes it would have taken me to get there. They are all real gentlemen there and it made my day!

What a great experience just before closing!!! An hour before this Goodyear closed I came out of my home to discover I had a flat tire. AAA came out within 10 minutes to put my spare on. I usually go to the dealership for most matters but they were closed for the day. I drove a couple of blocks to Goodyear 15 minutes before their closing & the technicians took me without hesitation.This really makes me feel good & gives me peace of mind to not have to try & figure this into my schedule on a Sunday. Spare tire blew out at the gas station next door to here so I went over to Goodyear tires and the owner was very determined to assist me. They did not have my tire in stock so he took me to Walmart to get a tire and they put it on. Customer service here was great and my son and I was treated with respect. I live in Frisco from 8 years and i use this shop few times being very close to my house and my experience was a awfully with the old Management very rude and overpriced but being in a hurry today i stop again here and i was nicely surprised to see a New management that offer me a unexpected Welcome plus a Unbelievable service and fast job done, Very Professional and Excellent customer service, ! Went here for a routine oil change and spent $82. When my car was done the check engine light was on ( it wasn’t on before the oil change). I called them the next day and explained that the check engine light was on and ask that they look at it to make sure nothing was missed with the oil change. They told me I would have to pay $120 to have a diagnostic done. I asked if they would waive the cost since it only came on after the oil change was done, they still said no. Not only was my check engine light on, my fan continued to run even after turning my car off. I continued to ask many more time that they look to ensure they did everything correctly and I was still told I have to pay $120 to see what was wrong. Long story short, I took my car to Autozone for a free diagnostic which indicated air temp sensor issue. After taking it to Autozone I took my car to Kwik Kar where they identified the problem for me and said the person who last did my oil change never plugged the sensor back which was causing the check engine light and the fan to run even after the car was shut off. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND CAUSED ME A GREAT DEAL OF STRESS TRYING TO FIGURE THIS ISSUE OUT BEING A SINGLE WOMAN.

We take both our Mini and Mercedes here for everything. The guys are trustworthy and honest. If you dont need it they will tell you. They do great work and are reasonably priced.

My 2001 Lexus IS 300 had a dead HIB low beam bulb. Took it to a special Lexus auto place in town, the estimate was $1550, with tax included. I bought the bulb and ballast on Amazon for $75, and took it to this auto shop, and the labor cost was less than $300. Amazing saving❗Thank you❗
