HIGHLY recommend for any cell phone repairs. I have been extremely impressed with the great service and good prices. Mo has been so friendly and has gone above and beyond for me multiple times. Just took my iPhone SE due to charging/low battery issue. The employee took less than 5 minutes to diagnose and resolve while I waited. Problem was a VERY dirty and packed charging port. He cleaned the port and the speakers at no charge. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He provided tips on improving battery life. Because my battery drains so quickly now, I ordered a new battery through him. I was extremely pleased with the service provided and his politeness.

I called about getting a new charging port in my iPhone 7 - they quoted $65. Id read about trying to blow it out to clear debris, etc. I tried several times before taking it in with no luck. When I arrived at the store, they were super friendly and took my phone in the back. 2 minutes later, they gave my phone back - fixed. They were able to blow out the issue - no repair need and NO CHARGE! Wow!!! The next time I have a phone issue, this is the place Im going. Thankful for honest, friendly service!!!

My work phone got ran over by a vehicle and Mo helped me in a pinch. They had a very quick turn around 45min and I was able to get back to work. My Iphone battery was constantly dying on me, its an older model(6 plus). Could not leave it for longer than an hour as I need it for work (MFA tokens). I took a couple of old phones in to see if either one of them would be functional as a first phone for my son. They did a complete analysis to evaluate the functionality of the phones. They helped us figure out which one was still functional and would be the best fit for what we needed. Since they didn’t have to do any repairs they didn’t even charge us anything! I feel like these guys were honest and did not try to take advantage of us when they could have! I even tried to pay them for their time and they declined since they didn’t have to replace anything or actually do any repairs (beyond just a free evaluation). These are totally the types of people we should all want to do business with!

Went here to get my Iphone XS fixed, neither cameras were working and Apple wanted more than 250$. So I took it to a Batteries Plus Bulbs in the area and could not fix it, they said the parts they would have may not work because they are not genuine apple parts. So I found this place, I talked to Moe over the phone he said could get it done and would check it out first and replace only what needed to be replaced. He was very professional and courteous, when I got my phoned back with the working camera, he was completely honest and told me he only had to change one camera and it was about 50$. He could have easily said I had to replace both and charge me more but he did not.If you want your phone fixed by a professional whos not trying to just a make buck and who actually cares about their customers go to Moe

My phone wouldnt charge after getting it back and he cleaned all the lint I got stuck up in there out for free and it worked again, the plug barely fit in anymore before I brought it in, can hardly blame them for that. Everything was amazing, I had 2 iPhones both with cracked screens and the employee who worked there repaired them both in at most 45 minutes. The employee was very friendly and respectful. I would go back without hesitation if I ever needed any more devices repaired.

MY little son broke my iphone 11 display so I searched on google and found this place. I visit today in the morning and Jimmy perfectly fixed it in only 15 MINUTES!!!! He is a real professional. Found this guy on google. Called to make sure he could replace the cracked glass on my iPad. Dropped it off Saturday afternoon, he told me he would have it done in 2 hours and would call me as soon as he was done. That worked perfectly. I never got a call, showed up right before they closed and he told me that he didnt have the parts for it and needed to keep it until Tuesday. I waited until Thursday and went back. It still wasnt finished. He made some BS excuses about parts not arriving, busy with other things, blah blah blah.A week and a half later (a FULL 2 weeks after the first Ill have it done in 2 hours! promise), I came back in Saturday and he acted like he had been trying to reach me and thought I disappeared. He replaced my Home button without me requesting it. Paid (too much) and left. Discovered that night that there are dead spots in the screen and there is dust between the glass and LCD. Took it back to address the issue. He took the ipad and, while constantly jabbering with other customers, ran his finger across the screen slowly for about 5 minutes, declared it was fine and handed it back.All in all, this guy is a lot of talk. He carries a good conversation, promises the world, but runs a garbage business. His business skills are almost as bad as his tech skills. If you need repairs, youre better off finding a homeless guy under a bridge.

Went to this store after having a TERRIBLE experience at CPR repair. The screen replacement we had JUST paid for, stopped working. So we went to a different store to see what the problem was. Turns out they had used an after-market screen and that’s why the screen was no longer responding. They were able to quickly replace the battery and screen AND gave a us discount, screen protector and 1yr warranty. Amazing and fast service!

Pretenders. I called to ask if they could replace a cracked bezel on an Apple series 4 watch. They assured me they could do the job in 24 hours. The watch was fully functioning, it just had a cracked bezel. Numerous longwinded phone conversations and one full week later, they returned the watch un-repaired, AND it no longer works. They said they tried installing 2 different screens but could not get the watch to work. No apology, just a bunch of attitude in response to my disappointment. They offered no compensation for breaking the watch. I called Apple and we agreed on a mail-in repair. The first thing Apple had me do is unpair the watch from my iPhone. They said there is a security feature which shuts the watch down if someone tries to work on it while it is still paired. The Pretenders at Repair Guy never mentioned this, and clearly did not know this. Do yourself a favor, do what I should have done - a google search for Apple Authorized Repair You wont see this companys name come up.

Excellent service and much better iPhone repair prices than you’ll get at an Apple store. Full screen replacement took 30 minutes and came with a free screen protector and a 1 year warranty. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable phone repair in Frisco that uses quality parts.

I ask a friend how much it would cost and he recommended this place. Later on I accidentally overcharged my phone causing my battery to not work properly. Then when I went in for just the battery, the guy on the front desk (based on his reviews think his name is moe) told me how it could be risky lifting up the screen Because of how damaged it was. Then he did something that shocked me..........he told me he would discounted it up to $75! This dude is awesome! The only thing is that I had trouble convincing my parents it was a good deal to pay for (their not that tech savvy and barely know about about phones and such) :/. But once they decided to do it and i went here, they completely fixed my phone! I could not be more happier with this place than I already am! Checked around and the Cell Phone Repair Guys had the best price for replacement glass on my iPhone. The guy behind the counter was friendly and quickly took my information. He said my phone would be ready in 30 minutes (on a Saturday morning). I went next door for a donut and then took my dog, who came along, for a short walk about the area. 25 minutes later I went back and viola, my phone was ready to go. Great service at a great price. Couldnt have been more pleased. Highly recommended.

I went out of my way to drive here in spite of closer cell repair stores because of the unusually high star rating. When I got there, I was looking to replace my phone screen and battery.Unfortunately, they were out of my phone models battery and correct screen color when I got there. The guy at the desk was kind enough to temporarily put on an incorrectly colored screen so I could still use my phone and swap it out when the new shipment was to supposed to arrive. Ended up keeping the off-colored screen because I thought it looked cool.My battery was replaced promptly when I came back the following day (at a much lower price than Id anticipated), and they threw in a complimentary car charger and a sturdy screen protector. The extra driving distance was well worth the quality of service.

Mo was great to us. He helped my husband when his iPhone needed a new antenna and then he helped me when my poor old 6 was on its last legs. We will be going back to see him because hubby dropped his phone and the screen is cracked. Mo is our go-to for cell phone repair.

He removed the screen protector and told me the screen wasnt broken, just the protector. He could have told me anything, and I wouldnt have known the difference. I had my iPhone screen repaired here and Mo did an excellent job. I also got a tempered glass installed on my Note 8 but it was too thick and wasnt responding to my touch properly. When I told them about the problem, they ordered a new tempered glass for me, kept me in the loop during the shipping process and installed it for me when the part arrived - all free of charge. I would definitely recommend these guys for all phone related issues.
