An amazing selection of hobby products are available, and on display at this location. The salespeople are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. The store is very clean, and well organized. Theres plenty of space for tabletop gaming. We are very happy with the purchases that we made, and will happily return again.

Might be redundent as most of the other comments mention him but Matt was amazing as soon as i walked in he treated me as if i was a old friend made me feel welcome and could tell right away i was new to warhammer and was patient and helpfull when it came to helping me find what i wanted. Going to the store and meeting him made my day 5 stars would recommend.

Matts a really friendly guy who greeted me the moment I walked in and made me feel welcome. This store specializes in Warhammer and ONLY Warhammer. But they got great starter set for you and can really teach you all the basics.Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in Warhammer

As someone just getting into warhammer, and tabletop strategy in general, it feels daunting at times. Matt is awesome, got me focused on what I was looking for (since I wasnt certain to begin with) and familiarized me with some of the techniques for painting, assembling models, etc. Best customer service ive ever seen, great selection of products, will return!

Fun game store that sell models for warhammer & warhammer 40k & the lord of the rings game. Very fun games but very expensive. Best paint money could buy. I enjoy building painting & playing. My partner & I have been enjoying Kill team a smaller game from 40k. Fewer models & shorter game. Only takes about an hour to run. Teach your kids to build paint & play & they will never have money for drugs or booze...

Staff helped me pick out a gift and recommended some really great combinations within my budget. Gift was a hit and well be coming back.

Ive had a great time learning to play Warhammer 40k and meeting people here. Matt is awesome and really helped me get into the game. My only issue, and its really not the stores fault at all (most likely a corporate decision), is that it can get cramped with its two gaming tables and it closes pretty early.That said, its a great place to get started with fantastic staff and fun, inviting events. You just might want to migrate to a home game when youve met people to play with.

Their customer service is second to none. It go there with my grandson, and the manager, Matt, made both my grandson and myself welcome a part of the Games Workshop family. Their knowledge of their inventory is first rate. We drive over 70 miles to participate gaming in this store.

First time warhammer player here, Matt, the manager, was super friendly and engaging. Im from out of town so he knew I could never be a repeat customer, but nonetheless he guided me through my first game, painting my first miniature, and picking up something to take home. The store regulars are also friendly and engaging, I highly recommend dropping by.

Played a game there with my son, the employee did his best to locate an opponent for us and helped facilitate the rules. Mostly guys in there 20s and early 30s, but all were very respectful and friendly to my 9-year-old son. Kinda of a bummer that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday though.

Best Games Workshop I have gone to. Everyone is very knowledgeable in the games and there is always one going on. A lot of supplies for everything you need for the game and a lot of paints. Definitely visit.

Feels like your at home because of the friendliness, professionalism and amount of comfort that is given along with the friendly competitors and hobbyists that go there. Went previous weekend, Matt the store employee, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the WH40K setting. He answered a lot of my questions regarding entering tabletop play, and what I would need to get started. Bought some Black Library books as well on learning more about each Primarch.

Very friendly staff. He spent time helping my wife with questions she had about her army and gave great advise for painting. Highly recommend.

For almost every visit to the store, it feels like you are going to meet some good friends . Its a welcoming staff and they are ready to help you with any questions you may have for the games they have inside . whether it be warhammer 40k, age of sigmar, necromunda and the horus herasy books . but if you are more into audio books they have a small selection of cds for 40k and horus herasy, i think even for age of sigmar. Paint and terrain can be purchased here, i hope to go more often becuse its cheeper then my local hoppy store .

Super helpful, even with a busy store.

The staff (Single Operator) here is very knowledgeable in Warhammer 40000, Warhammer Fantasy / Age of Sigmar, and the Hobbit game. He is always friendly and will assist you in finding the right models to expand your existing collection, or start a new one.For over a year (before he was an operator) I watched him paint an entire Grey Knights Army; during that time he introduced me to several techniques that have improved my own painting skills. He is great with children that come in and want to learn about the hobby and is very patient while giving them demonstrations on painting and playing the games.The only con I have found with this store is that the overbearing passive aggressive behavior of many of the players can be exasperating, more-so then the last GW location I played at; especially when they are interrupting your game constantly.I can’t wait to see what events and games he comes up with; while he was working with an operator at another GW location they created some of the most memorable campaigns and great painting contests.
