I just purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership. I flew in from southern Oklahoma, and expected that I had been made aware of all of the flaws, however, there were several minor issues that weren’t noted in a description or photos(large blemish in the front bumper, very small amount of rust on bottom of door, and several spots where a paint pen was used, hardtop bolts cross-threaded and unable to be removed, etc.) Although, the Jeep did have a flat spare when I arrived and they swapped it out for a brand new spare, so the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I would buy another vehicle from Fulton Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I probably wouldn’t buy another vehicle sight unseen from here.

This was, by far, the best car buying experience my wife and I have had!My wife and I live in KCMO but were looking for a specific 8-passenger 2020 Pacifica that this dealership had in stock. Kim called me within a few hours of submitting the request on their site and we were able to come to a very fair purchase price, all while we were driving to Omaha.It is clear the new ownership is trying to change the perception that was left by the previous owners. Our experience was top notch and we cannot speak highly enough about this dealership.

This is a dealership that likes to play games with people. Funny that several people on my street all got scratch offs for 5k winner. Looked it up on Google scam. Attorney General in several states have issued warnings. Not a company I would want to do business with.

My husband found a used suv to replace my car that was totaled by a hit and run driver this week. He found a Chevy Equinox online that looked really good and was in my price range because I did NOT want to have to make a car payment. I have never owned a brand new car and have always done really well with used ones. My friend and I got there and hey were soooo nice. Very friendly and professional. The KBB said this was a “great price, great purchase” the interior was really nice and it drives really smooth. It even has a remote start which I have never had before and a sunroof which I wasn’t even aware of 😀. The staff was very friendly, professional and I highly recommend them.

Drove a used car with a low tire pressure light. Three tires were low. Half the sales group was in the lot and were dressed like day laborers in a Home Depot parking lot. The other half were inside trying to see how much popcorn they could stuff in their mouths. Manager said it was the best deal of all time and was void if I walked. I walked.

So far I have been treated with honesty and respect. The employees and customers are truly down to earth, hard working and honest people to be around. Its very interesting to me to sit in the lounge area and listen to the dynamic sounds from the entire operation of buying to servicing and selling automobiles. The automobiles basically sell themselves while the staff assists you in finding what you want and need.

I had to bring my car in for servicing at Callaway Chrysler for a on going issue I was having with my Airbag. I had taken it in to my local Columbia Chrysler dealer for the repair, but they were not fixing the issue. From day one, Eric and Paul in service where professional and polite. They kept me informed of what work was being performed and assured me a Master-tech was making sure the work was done right. They fixed my vehicle in a very timely manner and picked it up without any problems. I can not begin to explain how much a pleasure it was to work with such great people who knows what they’re doing. I will be returning for future service!

He was very easy to work with, friendly, and seemed to honestly care that we were happy with our purchases (not pushy, which is what we find at most dealerships). 5 star service. Got a flyer, drove out there, won a smart watch. Cool but never got it. As soon as the lady decided we werent buying a car she completely ignored us. We sat there for 45 minutes. She helped other people right in front of us. Multiple people. Completely ignored me. Not cool.

Matt was very helpful and friendly car sales rep but the dealership has not come to pick up the van I traded in and it is going on four months since I purchased the car despite numerous calls. They have just given me the run around and it is very frustrating. I will never use their dealership again!

They don’t even deserve a star. I test drove a car and they lied about damages that was not even on the vehicle. My wife and I bought a Tesla elsewhere and they got mad and filed an insurance claim knowing nothing was wrong with the vehicle. They didn’t like me from the jump because I’m young black and wealthy. Oh and the best part they filed a Trespass against me because the manager is in fear...

Sent out flyer explicitly stating that you won TV, I read the fine print, I even called and the guy says oh yes yes come in. We drive 1 hr to their location to verify. Come to find out no tv just $100 gift card which is not really a gift card, its a card with $100 loaded onto it that you can purchase COUPONS with. So there is a purchase required to utilize that money. Dont buy your vehicles from a place like this that scams, misleads people and ultimately WASTES THEIR TIME. Do not trust them.

Nice people but the flyer and automated system said I won a tv so I drove an hour to get there. Go through the process and then them tell I didnt win a tv because the confirmation code doesnt match. I wouldnt have gone up there if I was only getting a gift card that doesnt work where I live. I think that is false advertising. I even took the time to call ahead and asked about it. They said, just come on up and claim it. I dont like being lied to. I will be definitely be choosing a different dealer to purchase my next car.

The salesman, Joshua, was awesome. Had it not been for him, we probably would not have bought the vehicle because the manager has the personality of a grape. Not to mention, he was off on our trade in appraisal by $6,000. He claimed that it was a mistake that wouldve been caught. I have a hard time believing grapes.

Brought a car doing one of those promo flyer sale . Hi pressure sales people. got a feeling they only care about is selling a car and wont let you leave til you do. the things that went wrong1. didnt tell me the car was from a rental agency2. FORGOT to give me paperwork I needed to title the car ( and to drive 50 round trip to grab the paperwork)3. FORGOT to send me a check for the sales tax ( had to call and ask)4. SAID NO payments for 60 days / two months ( so that is why I have a bill now due at 45 days after buying the car)

I will never deal with this company again. Although I have excellent credit, (840) I told them not to put a bunch of inquiries on my credit because it lowers your credit score. The salesman assured me they wouldnt, and it would be a soft inquiry. Well, today I got a notice from Credit Karma that there are now five hard inquiries that will not come off for two full years. I was not at all happy with the shady way they do business besides. They were reluctant to give me a price on the car I was looking at, slow to produce the Car-fax, etc. Beware when dealing with this company.
