I bought two new tires from you less than a month after I bought the van I asked you to check the balance on the rear tires because they felt off and was told that you did check on them still felt off had them check today and all four tires were off balance.The passenger sliding door lock doesnt work and I didnt discover that until after I had it two months.theres no spare tire and the check engine light came on within a month of buying it and you wanted to charge me $200 to replace a thermostat even though I bought an extended warranty.I am not a happy customer and will not be sending anyone else your way.And the rear wiper does not workI had a credit score of 830 and the bank that you used did a 5.5% interest I have since transferred it to another bank that has given me 1.99% Interest

She even connected my phone to the system and downloaded apps I would need for the services I wanted. I went in looking for a possible upgrade to a F150. I explicitly stated to the salesperson that I did not want to have my credit run until the last minute because I did not want too many hard inquires in my credit report. It was getting late and we had our kids with us. Leaving and wanting to sleep on any decision, I woke up and found that they ran my credit even after I told them not to. Be careful how much information you give these people.

I had a wonderful experience with Fulton Ford. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Impala. Got a great price and good payment plan. I drove it off the lot in a couple of hours. I couldnt be happier and would recommend them highly.

All that really needs to be said is I will driver the extra miles rather than use this dealership again.

Just got a brand new car today. I was promised the sunroof would be completely resealed before we got the car. The sunroof was not resealed like promised and now we are being told that we will have to pay to get what was already promised. The dealers act like they will do anything to help, but they cant even keep their original promises. Im truly disappointed with Fulton Ford. I thought a small town dealer would treat their customers better, but I was wrong. Jameson is the WORST person to deal with and basically called us liars when we gave our concerns about the sunroof still leaking. Save your money and your time.Update: They lost our spare key that was promised when we dropped off the down payment.Second update 9 months later: had to take the car into the shop because the catalytic converter needs to be replaced. Was also told Fulton Ford but on a tire that isnt the right size and the other 3 tires are all different wear. I cant tell you enough to NOT go hear and to go somewhere else.
