Looking for vehicle took $350.00 from me refuse to give it back as I decided to not buy vehicle within a week. Now they tell me Ive got the wrong number when I call. Ive called the owners personal number twice the other day trying to get my money back. I called again and I get a recording saying phone disconnected. He kept hanging up on me prior to that.

The gentleman I talk to seems very nice, but Just within a few months later. The place is gone and out of business. So Im certainly glad I guess that I didnt try to get a car from them.

Mean staff, very rude, not willing to move on price, most vehicles on the lot require service to even be drivable. The vehicle my girlfriend test drove a few weeks ago didnt make it to the stoplight and every light was on the dashboard, (check engine, service vehicle soon, abs, traction control, and the airbag lightUpon asking about the lights being on, my girlfriend was told that the car is fine and was just driven by someone else a few moments before she didI will never recommend, or even pull back in that parking lot.

This guy has another place in Lyncourt called Lyncourt car care. I brought my car there and received a call that they were unable to fix that day. I walked over to pick up my car and as I approached I saw the owner hit my car with a truck on his lot. I was standing right there. He was beligerant and hostile refusing to give me any insurance info. He is lying to my insurance company and now hanging up on them. He is denying he hit my car even though I was literally standing right there! I just had to fork out $500.00 for a deductible.

It took 2 weeks for Len to actually deliver the car I had purchased. No heat from the beginning and major issues from the engine. Finally took it to Kia at Drivers Village, where they had a record of my car prior to it being sold to me stating it needed a new engine. When confronted with this evidence, owner Len told me I dont know why you expect me to help take care of your children for you. When in reality, I wanted him to make sure my children had a safe car to ride in since I had given him 3k down and was up to date on my monthly payments. I finally had the car voluntarily repossessed because I couldnt afford to fix it and make payments while it sat. I owned this car for 13 months, and drove it for 4. Took another 2 years to reach a settlement, with a lawyer before it was taken off of my credit report. Len is a bully and will scream at you if you complain about an issue with the car he sold you. I was happy to see his North Syracuse location empty when I drove by the other day.

First impressions are always something to pay attention to. I made a call to a number posted on a vehicle because #1, nobody ever came out to greet me on the lot, and 2, I was told we are on lunch, give us 20 more minutes. 😳Understandably you have to take a break but Im sorry, have somebody there to cover. That turns away cash buying customers as myself.DEAL LOST as far as Im concerned.And by the looks of the reviews, I guess Im not missing out on anything.....

Was a good place to get a vehicle made a deal with me until it was one day pass due threatened with a repo if I didn’t return it that day, only had for a few weeks, and on top of that vehicle is still registered and insured in my name and they are driving around in it...requested my money that I put down already back sense they wanted it back after one day of being late on payment real banks don’t even do that...they work with you til a certain extent then they take them back so you lose Maloney and they gain extra money

Stay clear of this guy Len Dimaggio aka JD Motors. The guy is a crook like everyone else says. I bought a Tahoe from him that was supposed to have a 100k mile powertrain warranty. Instead I get a check in the mail a month later after repeatedly calling them for the warranty info, no warranty available I was told and I was given a measly $500. Car needed new tires, major engine work within weeks and they ignored my calls. Len and his no good wife had me sit in his shop all day for the tires as my car was just sitting there. He is the definition of a crook and judging by his reviews all over the internet I see he does this to everyone. Where is the lawsuits and Attorney Gen???Lets clean this garbage up NYS.

Len Dimaggio is the king of scumbag used car dealers. He will sell you a warranty with your vehicle for an extra few grand then fight you tooth and nail over everything that goes wrong, he has a hot temper and routinely pushes around and publically yells at his employees and throws things. My car wouldnt pass inspection at one point and he picked up a nys inspection sticker off of the ground from another vehicled and handed it to me...saying that he didnt see anything. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I read some of the bad reviews and took it with a grain of salt and took the plunge anyway with buying a car from this guy Len. Dont waste your time! The second we brought the car home we noticed it was leaking antifreeze and power steering fluid. Len wanted to still stand buy his word and think that I fabricated all these issues. I repeatedly asked before I even came to look at the vehicle if it had any issues whatsoever and if it had done any work to it. He claimed that it didnt and that it was in excellent condition. We took it directly to a mechanic who confirmed our discovery and then some. The radiator was hanging by ONE zip tie because the core support was completely rusted out. There was rust in the radiator and in the reservoir. The power steering gearbox was leaking, the power steering line from the pump to the resivoir was also leaking. There was a brake light out, E brake cable was snapped completely in half, coolant was leaking from head gasket, intake, water pump, and hoses, there was white smoke and water coming out of the exhaust. And to top it off oil was leaking from the crank seal. I called Len back to confirm that our sale was negated and that he could come tow his piece of crap home and how unprofessional and ILLEGAL all this was because this should have NEVER passed ANY kind of inspection. He proceeded to interrupt and talk over me. Of course instead of taking responsibility for his actions, he shouted at me calling me a liar claiming that my mechanic had not even looked that the car yet, and then shouted violently like a mad man into the phone to go F&%$ yourself, then hung up. Even though he was the one that suggested we could negate the deal as soon as problems arised. Clearly he has no customer service skills and completely lacks professionalism all together. Ask yourself this. What kind of a man screams at a woman to go F*&K herself after selling an illegal vehicle and attempting to weasel thousands of dollars out of her? I pity you Len. I pity the fact that you have to live such a dishonest lifestyle with such a childish, immature mentality to treat people that way. Whatever you do, dont buy from this childish liar. I dont normally write reviews but I wouldnt want anyone to ever have to deal with this. FYI Do NOT buy the black 04 Nissan Xterra! It wouldnt surprise me in the least if he put that hunk of junk right back on his lot so he can lie, steal, and cheat off of someone else.

Not only was this the worst car buying experience, But this was the worst overall experience of my life. Lenny DiMaggio Is The most deceitful, corrupt and Lying through his teeth people I have ever encountered in my life. Every word out of his mouth was a lie from start to finish. For the past 2 years I have had this vehicle I had to put a quart of oil a week in it, rear shock mount was broke, front wheel hub went bad in the first 2 weeks, power steering reservoir had to be replaced, power steering pump had to be replaced, I had to personally put in front and rear brake pads, ect ect too much to list here. On top of these problems I had a warranty that was completely bogus. Every time I had a issue I couldnt even contact Lenny or anyone at his shop without them giving me a runaround and jumping through hoops to get it fixed, And some of the stuff never even got fixed. Anyone that is considering going to JD Motors or his Lyncourt auto store or anything that has Lenny DiMaggios name attached to it; I highly recommend you running for your sanity and go find another place. This is the worst unprofessional place that I have ever come across. Now because of this owner not doing the right thing by his company and as a business owner, I have to go through the court system to make it right. I highly suggest that any other person that has had to deal with this problem the way I had to do the same thing. It will be the only way to get the outcome that you deserve.
