Having looked all last week at area dealerships in Syracuse, Cortland and Ithaca and unsuccessful finding my elderly Dad a new Jeep Grand Cherokee we found Judy at Par-K Jeep in Fulton, NY. By far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Gloria was very helpful and professional. Absolutely no pressure to buy. And there was no need for crazy back and forth over the price. Because a lot of their vehicles are fairly priced. Not 5k above fair value like other dealerships. I traveled almost three hours to purchase a vehicle here. And I’d take the trip again in a second. A++
Deserves ZERO stars. Had a great beginning. This not about price, vehicle, nor sales person. Deal came to conclusion, sales manager would not take a deposit until my personal financing matters were resolved. He would not give me a sales order to give to my bank. He told us three people were also interested in the same vehicle. Extremely unprofessional, and personally discriminatory to my needs as a customer. Spent an hour there, plus drove an hour each way to get there.

Sadly I have to say that I was not pleased with procedures during and immediately after the purchase of our second vehicle with Par K. First experience 5 star plus! Second not so much. After signing the contract of sale, handing over the monies for the purchase and just as the plates were being placed on the newly purchased vehicle, oops forgot to tell us only 1 key/ fob for this Renegade. When we inquired why not disclosed at the test drive, the signing and even at the presentation of the vehicle no good response was offered. We could order one at our cost. Well of coarse a second set of key/ fob was requested. Only a fob was available to us and so we opted at that time for that. At our cost! Unbelievable ! It only gets worse from here, we set off with our shiny vehicle to land at home an hour and a half away to notice that the rear tires were not matching, in fact were weather checked and even splitting. Upon the discovery we sent word to the salesman who referred us to the service dept who refers to the tires as fine and those splits are nothing. What??!! We speak with local shop in our area who recommends we request dealer to reconsider the inspection of these tires as satisfactory. Upon speaking with Tom, manager I was told“ it’s a damn used car, what did you expect”. After chatter back and forth regarding our dissatisfaction and more importantly our concerns for safety I was again spoken to in an unprofessional manner and subsequently hung up after 3 requests to confirm the speakers name . We bore the cost of replacement to matching tires as per manufacturers recommendations, as well as replacing lugnuts that were also deemed in part to be potentially faulty due to their condition. I again requested just reimbursement for the cost we bore to make the vehicle sound and safe I was rejected - reason being we did not return with the vehicle on its splitting tires for them to review and determine if the status was unsafe. What??? They inspected this vehicle prior to our taking ownership............ it’s too bad. I enjoyed our first experience with this dealership just under a year ago, this is how you treat the returning customers. Sad

I have the mopar maximum care warranty and they wont honor it ....so now I have to drive it to Carbone jeep where I bought it. Gives jeep family bad name....my wifes aunt is currently looking to buy brand new and wont be going there.

My entire experience with this dealership was AWFUL! I called days in advance to look at a certain vehicle, when I got there they had no clue were the keys were to come find out they had it in the service department getting a light fixed, they had no clue what was going on in there own dealership. I drove an hour to come look at this vehicle and was told I might not be able to test drive it. They were able to pop the old light back in and let me test drive the vehicle but it only got worse from there. There were multiple noises the car was making and I expressed them to Gloria, for instance the engine made a loud humming and vibrations while stopped at light or stop signs while idoling. When I brought the issues to her she attempted to tell me it was completely normal mind you I grew up at a car dealership I know what is normal and what is not. She basically told us they weren’t willing to fix the vehicle or come down on the price. Gloria is super unprofessional,rude, and has an attitude. Definitely do not recommend dealing with her at all it was a waste of time and money to drive an hour to deal with this type unprofessionalism!

Was happy with the purchase of my Jeep., but it had a ding that wasnt supposed to be there... tried relentlessly to get it fixed never happened... tried to call for service appointments (recall) and became a big bag of work... I ended up finding a better dealership Romano Jeep of Fayetteville, NY
I can tell you pretty fair place to buy a vehicle. Sales people are very down to earth .Very fair place for trade a little better than I thought. We couldnt be happier. They have helped me with paint, car issues from the warranty and I special ordered a new Jeep. They are always polite, but lose one star on the service side because an oil change should not take an hour and half. Period. Joel is an excellent salesperson and you cant go wrong with him, no funny business and he will make you feel important while going through the ordering and buying process.
I myself have worked for the dealership a few years ago now. Its a great place to do business with. The staff and salespeople are friendly, and they will go out of their way to help you find, or get what youre looking for. You just cant go wrong while there. You will be glad that you stopped by.

Id give them 0 stars if it would let me. My wife and I had an appointment to look at vehicles and i got a call the day before to tell me that they were going to be closed the next day and opening back up on Monday. I asked the guy when they knew they were going to be closed and he said earlier that day. I asked him it took that long to let customers know about this who had appointments? He asked who i had an appointment with and I told him it didnt matter cause they lost a sale. Horrible customer service.

For being a Jeep dealership you would think they could properly diagnose a problem with a Jeep. But instead gave the run around and told me it was something else. I had to go to another place to have the problem fixed right. When confronted about this they were unapologetic about the whole situation.And they were confronted about it from the other mechanic and myself. My suggestion would be to get a second opinion and also have VIN numbers checked since they will not let you know if any of their vehicles were in an accident .

A small dealership, but lots of variety in stock. Kind of typical in the way they deal with customers (writing lots of numbers on the offer sheet, conveniently forgetting your trade details, and not always wanting to give a clear answer), but they were honest and honored my discount in the end. If you can stay patient with the dealer games, a great deal can be had. They were even willing to take my lease on trade, where some other local dealerships were unwilling to. All in all, Im glad I went here to purchase my vehicle, because I got a much better deal than I was offered elsewhere.
I’ve have had one issue after another to the point where I need to forewarn future customers now. I purchased a Jeep from Rick at Par-K in August 2018. We made a deal with floor mats and 2 years of oil changes. Off the bat, we were skeptical to purchase the vehicle because we noticed it was rigged with extra trailer breaks. We were afraid the previous owner pushed the limit of the vehicle and added extra wear to the vehicle’s engine. The salesman and his manager assured us that the vehicle only towed a small boat. We purchased the vehicle later that week with this understanding. Shortly afterwards we learned that the jeep had been towing an RV that was riding the threshold or slightly exceeding the towing limit of the vehicle. We confronted our salesman and his manager. The manager refused to apologize to my husband for this lie. In case this wasn’t enough...it took 3 months to get our floor mats after they were given to someone else the first time and they were ordered incorrectly the second time. And the cherry on top? Rather than 2 years of oil changes, we received TWO oil changes. The disrespect from the sales team at this dealership is unreal. I do have to end this with one positive note. The service team is really great. They are professional, courteous, and do great work. Oil changes are done within 20-25 minutes with tire rotation and they do a great job. I would return to this dealership for service, but not to purchase another vehicle.

I went to Par-K to test drive my dream vehicle (Jeep Wrangler Sahara) There was literally no pressure to buy a vehicle (unlike my last purchase from a different dealership and now Im stuck with a vehicle I dont love) They even counseled me about my financial situation with trading in my other vehicle. These people didnt care about scamming me or forcing me into anything. They legitimatly cared about me as a human being and not a dollar bill. I didnt purchase a Jeep today from Par-K but I will be when my finances are more in place. Thank you Par-K!!! Best dealership hands down, 100% recommend!

Shopping for a jeep. Dave an informative, no pressure sales person. Took time to explain and answer all questions. Going to buy my vehicle here . Shopped other dealerships felt most comfortable here.
Vehicle was leased as a previous demo unit- was delivered with warped rusted rotors (i did the whole deal over the phone) and a damaged emblem (as well as some other superficial scratches etc) and without a fresh service.was took 2 weeks to get a saturday appt to get this resolved, where I waited 1.5 hours AFTER my scheduled appointment to be taken in. I was not offered a loaner or other consideration. 4 hours after I arrived, my vehicle was completed with new rotors and pads, but another damaged rear emblem installed, now with adhesive visible around it. The guy that installed it tried to tell me that its better than it was, and I should not let little things like this bother me.expressed displeasure to sales associate and all they could offer is to mail me another emblem, I guess for me to pay someone else to install or something.I have purchased nearly 20 cars at different retail establishments in my life for myself and loved ones and this was by far the most disappointing experience that Ive had with a dealership anywhere.

When I pulled into Par-K I saw this jeep I wanted. I go back the next morning and I get told I couldnt get the jeep, but I was showed a Kia Sportage . I fell in love with it. Its the best vehicle Ive ever owned. The representative I worked with was Judy Rood. She was extremely nice and cooperative. She was able to get me into a nice vehicle that met my price range. If youre looking for a car, I suggest Par-K.

I just left the dealership by getting told to get out by the general manager. I asked for paperwork on past work that was done which I have a right to ! Obviously they have been ripping off my veteran grandfather in law for a while.They knew the transmission was bad and still insisted on fixing other problems that have nothing to do with the transmission at all! I have an appointment set up with the headquarters of Jeep in Ohio. So don’t let this dealership rip off your grandparents to!!!
Great service dept taking care of a major repairs on my daughters jeep while she is at college and covering another repair of a defective part under warranty. Worked hard to get parts and repair done so she could come home for Easter.
