Drove 45 minutes just for this Verizon, after having her assist us I will counting to use this location and DeMaria as my go to employee!

This location in particular has great customer service. Every time I come in I feel welcomed. D’maria, ken, and Victor always take care of any of my needs. There’s a version closer to me, but I choose to go to this one!

I spoke to Victor when I got here. And let me tell you this is the most pleasant young man you will ever meet. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and plans. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue. And he made sure that I was satisfied with everything before I left. That young man is an awesome salesman and got me the best deal that was available to me. If Verizon corporate office or the TCC franchiseeis reading this my advice to you is to give him a raise in pay and or a higher position in the company because he will be one of the top five reasons why your company made a profit for the year. All in all it was a great experience for me because he was there and to Victor thank you for your excellent customer service and extraordinary work ethic.
