Over at least five years, Alfredo Ugalde of Tecmedia has come to my house to deal with various computer issues. The rates charged for these visits are very reasonable indeed. Alfredo is painstaking and tenacious when he attacks a problem, spends as much time as needed and always has satisfactory results. I have now bought two previously owned computers from Tecmedia and have been pleased with them. The computers are like new, and are considerably less expensive than new. Their phone answering service has no communications except in Spanish. Their business location was locked during posted business hours on May 20, and notices on their door were only written in Spanish. I believe that, especially in this area, if a company has no Spanish-speaking employees, they deserve to lose business from Spanish-speaking people. Likewise, if a company has no English-speaking employees, they deserve to lose business from English-speaking people.
