First and foremost let me start this saying that Im not an apple user but my wife is, so we went in there to look at the current phones and tablets. 1. The store is always full with people just using the products like a playground 2. The products arent priced and 3. Its apple....lol....just joking about #3 but still with all the money apple makes, fancy up your stores.

My overall experience here was delightful.We went in to make an exchange but got a bit annoyed once we saw how long that line was. To our surprise, the line moved very quickly.Brian was the person that handled our exchange and he was very very helpful and knowledgeable about the brand in general.The only thing about this location is that its always crowded but you cant expect any different in a mall this popular.

Walked in to buy some airtags. The line arrangements were confusing so I asked an associate where I would stand to get airtags. She proceded to berate me in front of another customer in the process of telling me where to stand. I apologized to both the associate and the customer who I had accidently jumped in front of. I stood in the proper line until another associate could help me. While checking out, the same associate proceded loudly complain to another customer about how unbelievable it was that I would do such a thing, making me very uncomfortable. I understand that I need to stand in line but if your associates have a problem with customers they should complain about it privately not loudly making me feel as though I didnt belong there.

It is a very busy store and appointments are recommended. We went there without an appointment but the staff was really helpful. If we waited we would be late for a reservation. The staff helped us order ahead for pickup next day and get all the discounts applied. They are well stocked so we got what we were looking for.

Store a mess prob only one person that truly helped he was great! the other guy on the hand didn’t know what he was doing messed up the transition with over a $1000 dollars and the money not in my account. the manger was pretty rude no help kept telling me basically it’s on me to get my money back when her employee messed up now i gotta wait 2-5 for my money back when all i wanted was an ipad and apple pen with a case so yeah :)

This Apple store in the mall is apparently incapable of accepting walk-in customers ready to spend money. We needed 30 seconds of time from a “Genius” to decide the size of the Apple watch we wanted to buy, but with 45 min remaining until closing, and many employees standing around idle, there were no available appointments to help us. Seems like a mall is a bad place to put a store if you’re not interested in walk-in traffic.

We went Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall to repair under AppleCare my daughter’s iPhone 11 with a broken screen. The check-in at the appointment time was very smooth. We only waited for a few minutes to get the person assigned. As soon as he checked the broken screen, he ordered a replacement phone. 5 minutes later, my daughter got a new device, all set up. Very efficient.For those who visited the store without wearing a mask, they are giving a mask for free, which is nice.

A worker from this place let me inside the store when i told him i wanted to purchase an apple watch. Once i had made my selection, they simply said “you need a reservation so you need to come tomorrow”. A reservation to buy something? Unbelievable. Never coming to this place again. Wasted my time.

I was treated poorly at this location. The workers at the Genius Bar lack professionalism and hospitality. I waited 40 minutes before someone acknowledged me and 3 people came in after me and was immediately greeted and tended to. It took someone that had finished up with a customer to ask of if needed help which is sad.

This place is always crowded, takes too long to be seen and they mostly never fix anything and always want you to buy a new device instead. This place is good if you want to buy a new device or computer but not good for fixing your exsisting device unless its the current model.

Went there yesterday for a repair on my laptop. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was taken into the store on time and the technician, Jose, was amazing. He had my laptop running again within minutes. He was incredibly polite and respectful. He used hand sanitizer prior to touching the computer. Jose didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing what was wrong with my computer and I very much appreciated that.

Bad apple i sent one of my resell workers into the store to pick up a item and they they told her that it was going to be her last pick up from any apple store around the state while mean while in min manhattan picking up 30 phones each day they also said that she picked up 6 phones which is not true i sent her 4 orders 2 of the orders to this store the other 2 was to another so i dont know how they got the number six really do not recommend people going to this store

Sales associate DON, did a wonderful job in helping me through great struggles in figuring out what was wrong with my phone and helped me through the process, there was another individual that help me too i wished i remembered her name, (white female) she was also wonderful as well and helped in the end . Their both kind, professional and solved my plethora of issues . First time ever visiting an apple store and will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

Good afternoon,Your newest update for Mac and the iPhone, caused my wife’s iPhone X to crash. The update “Big Sur”, did away with the use of iTunes, leading to an error code. This update clearly caused the phone to crash and as a result we have to decide between 600 dollars for repairs or 1,000 for a new phone (since we can’t trade it in). This isn’t okay and is exactly the type of thing that caused Apple to lose a class action lawsuit. I want to know what Apple will do to cover this cost of 1000 dollars, otherwise we will be seeking legal action. We have already found several others experiencing the same issue. I look forward to a expedient reply.The manager - Caroline at this location was extremely unhelpful. Apple’s iPhone update fried the iPhone X and they couldn’t offer anything. They wouldn’t even offer to have it sent for repairs! They only said they would sell the same phone for 500. Such crooks and I will be pursuing action against this store and the genius manager. Unacceptable.

Disappointing visit.Poor customer service at an Apple store can ruin you entire experience.As an avid Apple user, I was disappointed that the Online Pickup desk person was rude and told me to check in by entrance. I explained when I entered nobody was in front.Out of nowhere after 10 minutes to even get help, several Apple check in people were in front checking people in.I guess the holiday bought more people in.Rude employees need to be dealt with.

Gross incompetence on the employees at this location. Showed up for a 7:45 PM appointment to pick up a new phone and trade in an old one to be met with two uninterested employees. Provided the phone and instructed me that I was able to set everything up at home because she was leaving soon since the store closed in about an hour. Failed to mention the necessary trade in kit or the trade in process and I am currently outside the window of return.

I purchased iPhone on the apple official site. However, the phone cant be activated and was associated with someones apple id. I called apple support, and they told me that I can return it in store. When I came to the store, the staff told me that the iPhone I got was modified and thus they wont accept it. I was shocked because I didnt know that, and didnt do anything to it. The staff implied that I had purchased the phone from a third party and tried to return it at an Apple shop and take advantage of the RETURN POLICY. He said “You know what Im talking about you just pretend you dont understand. This is disrespectful and unprofessional. I dont know what is going wrong with the purchase, but I shouldnt be treated as a suspect.

First off I want to thank all the wonderful staff at this store. It’s not it easy dealing with thousands of customers a day during a pandemic. Let alone keeping calm and courteous under extreme stress. I came here today to have my son Johns phone serviced. Was told I had to go to a different part of the line for Genius Bar appointments. Once there your information is confirmed and they take your temperature while following social distancing guidelines. I waited near minutes on line (that’s why you need an appointment) and I was eventually ushered in where I spoke with Scott at the Genius Bar. Scott was funny, smart and awesome to deal with! He gave me an exact estimate on when my sons phone would be ready for pickup ... and it was ready exactly when they said it would be! The hard workers at the Genius Bar need to be applauded for this. When paying my deductible the Apple staff member look at me when I activated my Apple Pay and said “sorry we don’t take Apple Pay “ I must admit he had me for a second before we both started laughing. You see these are the things that make Apple different. I never even told that staff members about the numerous conversations me and Steve Jobs had when I was a manager at a major computer retailer back in the 90’s and how he stressed to me how important customer service was to Apple. Well I hope he’s resting easy knowing that he left the company in good hands. Tim is defined doing a wonderful job running the company ... and it shows 100% in all the wonderful people from every background that Apple employs. So I would like to say a big thanks to everyone at the Apple Store in Roosevelt Field Mall ... please keep upthe great work... it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Store is always packed so definitely make sure to get an appointment ahead of time on the Apple website or you’ll be waiting forever. On the plus side, while you’re waiting, there’s little shops around like David’s cookies or pinkberry so you can get a snack while you wait (you can get a snack literally anywhere since this is a mall). They fixed my iPad the other day (Thank God!) and they are very helpful. As long as you make an appointment, they’re fast workers and will take care of you appropriately. Customer service is a 10/10.

Place is horrible. Told the associate/bouncer in the front I wanted to buy an Apple Watch, he tells me to get on a line outside. I get on line, wait almost 20 minutes, get to the front, and then I’m told I need a reservation. What? To buy an Apple Watch? Why couldn’t he tell me the that the first time? The store wasn’t even crowded because it was a weekday. I left, went to Best Buy, was assisted immediately by an associate who briefly explained all the options, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Why am I getting better service on Apple products from Best Buy rather Apple store itself? Never again.

Theres good and challenging days. I waited 2 hrs (not consecutive) in the store, to have my phone glass repaired, as well to correct my applecare subscription. They had my subscription still being charged to my account, 2 months after Ive traded in my Ipad for the cell phone. Now, I was happy the phone got repaired. But a few days later my account overdraft due to an unapproved exhuberant sum withdrawn from my account. I tried calling the company multiple times to find out where the excess charges originated from. I have yet to find out, matter disputed.

So the sales person and the store manager Sean (didnt agree to provide his last name) refused to do that regardless that I was ready to pay for the service. Worst apple store I have ever visited. The Manager Jack turned his head and walked away from me. No other supervisor was available he said, he was the final word.I bought an Apple TV there last week, and the remote did not work. The told me they had nobody to exchange it, but they had somebody that could sell me a new one right away. I bought it for $60 because it was not worth my time.Please, I am a giant Apple fan going back to the MacIntosh, But please stay away from this location. Better customer service if you do you business online. Ive never had such a bad experience with a product that I was sold and that was defective

Lots of customer traffic in this store. With that being said, the Apple staff has a great system going in order to expedite the flow of people. Upon arrival, check in with Apple personnel and an appointment to be serviced while you wait. This was my first experience and it was great. Everyone I dealt with was highly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. In summary, customer care was outstanding. Great location to receive service for your Apple devices. Thank you.

I have found that the staff are the best and so helpful. I needed help on two occasions with my cellular telephone and with in a reasonable amount of time I was notified that someone would be able to help me. The people that helped me know what they are doing and get the job done quickly and with out charge me. If you need help check out this location with plenty of parking in a very nice area. Also if you need to wait there is a nice food court to get almost anything you want.

Normally I get excellent service but yesterday was the worse ever. I made an appointment for 1:15PM to fix a cracked screen on an iPad. When I made the appointment online, it was clearly noted that I was coming to repair an ipad screen (in fact, it was one of the options offered on their list for support visits). I got to the location early (around 12PM) to see if I could get serviced early because I know the mall gets crowded. I was told to come back 5 minutes before my appt time. When I came back at 1:10PM, they checked me in for coming to repair an ipad screen just to put me on a long line to get in the store. After about 45 minutes on that line they took my temperature to check for Covid, then explained to me that they no longer repair cracked screens. I would have to pay $325 and they would give me a replacement iPad. Why couldnt the first employee explain this to me when I came in, or even better, let customers know this before taking a trip to the mall and wasting all this unnecessary time there?? Total waste of a day.

The people who work there are always nice, and theres always nothing they can do for you. Apple iPhones are just a difficult product, from lame batteries to destructive updates to faulty hardware. The store is always there if you need it though, to make you wait several days for an appointment where theyll tell you they cant help you, they cant recover anything from a faulty phone, and its not covered by any warranty, but if you want to pay a little over market value, theyll be glad to sell you another piece of junk.

There is always a long wait for walk-in service. We were told an hour. Luckily, they offered to text us so we did not have to sit and wait there. We received a text after about 30 minutes saying they were almost ready for us. We were on our way back to the store after another 10 minutes saying they were ready for us. We checked in a few minutes later and still had to wait about 15 minutes for a service technician. So, the original estimate of an hour was correct.The technician was very knowledgeable and explained things well. If we asked a question he was able to answer it. He tried what he could to fix the problem, but also warned us that it might take an overnight repair and cost money. When the initial repair attempt failed, he was able to hold the necessary part for a week, allowing us time to consider the best cost solution.

I visited today to browse their ipads. If it wasnt for specialist who helped us, I would give 0 stars. Their waiting process was extremely disorganized. Multiple waiting lines outside, without signage, so you dont know where to go. You wait in one line to make in appointment to wait in line again. My appointment, made after 15 minutes of waiting, was at 1:45, but I wasnt seen until around 3.However David, the specialist we met with, was extremely kind and patient, and made up for any frustrations we had up to that point by being so pleasant! He was super nice and informative and spent a lot of time with us answering questions without rushing us into anything. David set an example for what good customer service should be like -- 5+ stars for his support!Edited to lower the rating because their Genius Bar specialist gave me incorrect information about how to fix my MacBook by myself. I wound up purchasing new RAM and going thru a nightmare of trying to open the back myself. lo and behold my MacBook model didn’t allow for replacement RAM
