Appliance World came to the rescue! Friendly service and quick to assist. Delivered a new fridge and hauled my old one away in a jiffy. I would definitely shop Appliance World again.

I moved to Orange county 10 years ago and my girlfriend recommend this place. Bottom line, cool people, great service, customer service, prices and overall attitude. My parents oven quit and Im heading there now to get them one. Got a washer/dryer set (still working), vertical freezer/fridge...had a couple of issues, which they quickly fixed. Hope the stay I business forever ❤️.

I needed a new electric range at my apartment, Sean called me, made all the arrangements, hooked me up with a really nice new stove and oven combo. It was delivered right when they said it would be, hooked it up, and they left everything clean and tiny. I recommend them highly.

I got a washer and dryer from here and they warranty their machines. A week in a issue came up and they came and swap it out and it’s been working for 3+ years ever since. Would recommend again.

Sean was excellent. I called them to check stock on a speed queen washer as it seemed the rest of the city was sold out. They had it in stock and ready to deliver the next morning! They took care of me remotely (during COVID) and kept me up to date via text and email to help me surprise my parents! Amazing customer service and glad I found Appliance World!

Perfect buying experience and delivery. Bought a new washer and needed it ASAP. Delivered it to my home within an hour on a Saturday morning. Delivered and set it up and made sure everything was good to go and we knew how to use it. Couldn’t ask for better customer service or experience.

We just bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer set from Appliance World and are delighted with everything. Sean and his father are friendly and professional. They came and removed the old set and set up the new Speed Queen set. You cant get friendlier or better service! It is nice to support a local business that cares! We highly recommend them!

Great work and fast install

I have purchased several appliances from this store. Had rebuilt washer and dryer for 15 yrs no problems actually gave them away still working when we moved. A year ago I purchased a new fridge from them and 13 months later it died, a month out of manufacturers warrantee. Sean went out of his way trying to get the manufacturer to help us but they wouldnt. I purchased another new one ( different manufacturer). He fit us in so we got it the same day. Everyone who works there is very nice. I will always purchase my appliances from here. Good prices great people!

I recently purchased a used dryer from here. The service at the store was good. There was no BS and Sean was straightforward with the information I was requesting. The dryer arrived on time as scheduled, my old dryer was removed and replaced with the new one in less than 15 minutes with no issues. After my experience with Appliance World, Id definitely recommend them.

The owner was really nice and his father was very knowledgeable and kind. I bought my washer and dryer from them for a good price and they have worked very well and are still in good working condition .

The father is nice, but the son Sean is rude and tackless. He kept asking personal questions in a haughty commanding tone, about my ethnicity, and yelling out guesses when I refused to answer him. He insisted he was correct in behaving this way because he knew others of my ethnicity and said he could guess along with other questions he could guess.What made it worse was we bought a new Speed Queen washer from him and he told me he cant run a whole cycle, and he was going to leave afterwards. That would have been fine, but he commanded me and not asked me if it was okay. After I called him for an apology he said that he did not do anything wrong. When I asked him the same line of questioning he was uncomfortable and made an excuse to hang up. All the while he kept insisting he was right.Please bark him orders about his ethnicity, family business, etc and make random guesses because he says he thinks its normal.Update:On top of that, I specifically told Sean I would not be there a second time because he was the only one who had a coin lock box we needed ASAP, and paid him for it. He said a credit card over the phone would be ok. But, for some reason he did a strange performance in front of my staff asking for payment and acting like some kind of victim, as if we had not paid him.
