I found this shop about a year ago when my grandson recommendedsince then i have not been dissapointed.Cameron the owner is fair and upfront about the cost of services.Michael, the mechanic is one of the best in the business!i have had everthing done their from rebuilding my suspensionto replaceing my a/c compressor to oil change and inspection.i would not go anywhere else.if not for them i would have paid 1200.00 dollars at the dealership for something that wasnt even wrong with the car.Go here before you go anywhere else!

I went in for an inspection; they got the inspection done quickly which is the ONLY reason they get 2 stars but when it came time to pay I gave them my card and they went inside the shop where I couldn’t see them which I felt was a little suspicious but I ignored it. (ROOKIE MISTAKE) The next day I check my account and I see a purchase at a store I never even went close to that drained all of my money out my account (luckily it was a secondary card so not much on it). NOT SAYING IT WAS 100% THEM BUT WHEN YOUR GUT TALKS YOU SHOULD LISTEN.

I had a problem with one side needing a rotor and brakes. I couldnt remove the bolt, so I decided to let them (IVAN) finish what I started. Ivan is very professional and knows what he is doing. It is a long story because the parts I had didnt fit and the owners son took time to drive me to Autozone to replace the part and Autozone took a long time, however, we got the parts and took them back to Ivan who placed the rotor and brakes on my SUV in a timely manner. The price was exceptionally lower than most mechanics. I will definitely return to A-1 Autos at 3901 Broadway when I have any car or SUV problem. Because I trust them, they are ethical and get things done in a timely manner without complaining. I will tell anyone going there to ask for Ivan, he is a great person that knows all the ins and outs about tires and wheels, as wheel as mechanical situations. Plus, they have 2 full time mechanics on duty that have over 40 years experience to say the least. Give them a chance to show your car what it needs.

These guys are the best I can call on them for anything and they will help they have repaired all things that where wrong with my cars at a fair and cheap price I refer friends and will continue to do so THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AND ARE VERY EASY TO TALK WITH. THE BEST IN TOWN

My uncles own this place. They started off a year ago obviously by the past reviews it was a rough start. I saw some reviews about my uncle staying he’s a scam artist. First of all no he’s not, second y’all who did post the reviews probably don’t even know your own car very well. My other uncle is now working there also and is a very sweet man. They had just started off last year which didn’t make them the best but I they are doing an amazing job now and building their business 😊

I’ve been going to A1 for every little thing wrong with my car. I have a 2014 Dodge Dart! Don’t ever buy this car first advice! Luckily I’ve had so many issues with this car and A1 have been able to resolve all of it at an affordable price. From shift gear replacement to brakes and oil changes. I will continue to come to A1 auto! Customer service is great no complaints at all.

I took my truck there to replace a water pump. Hector had the pump replaced in a very short time. Good service, Good price.

Tried to take advantage of a situation, I needed a single tire and he wouldn’t sell me just one USED tire. Wanted me to buy 2 but not 1 with the claim that he has 4, it would make it hard to sell the others. But you can sell two of them? It makes no sense if it’s a used tire..

I left my car there so they could “fix” my transmission. Edgar the guy that said he could do it said it was an electrical problem, so I believed him. He gave me 2 weeks to fix it and told me it would be 1300. I said fine. Well he never started on it, I took my car elsewhere and it’ll be done in a day for 350 dollars and turns out it WAS NOT THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. Edgar broke my transmission. THE OWNER ADMITTED TO ME HE DOESNT CHECK TO SEE IF THE GUYS THAT WORK FOR HIM ARE REAL MECHANICS OR NOT. They had a guy named Hector there that caught a car on fire and the owner said “these guys come with their tools and act like mechanics” ... so you never know who is working on your car. They’re all a bunch of liars.

The owner is very very rude went in for a state inspection 3 times and kept saying it failed I have no problems with my car it’s in very good shape had someone look at it and he even said there was nothing wrong with it but every time we go he fails it and says come back in a certain amount of time and it will be good and it failed again. I suggest not going to this place at all the owner is just a scam artist trying to get your money. If I could give no stars on here I would.

Owner was very friendly and honest mechanic with reasonable pricing was able to fix my broken down car within one day. I would recommend this repair shop and will return for anything I need in the future.

Fast, friendly place that misdiagnosed my issue 4 times (an issue another shop got on the first try). Bought tires and breaks here and was ecstatic about the price for them for a solid two months before they had to be replaced. Like metal wire showing in the tire NEED to be replaced. If your looking at nothing but the immediate price tag, this is your auto shop. Any real fixes should be taken somewhere else.

🚨🚨🚨DONT GO HERE 🚨🚨🚨If I could give them NO stars I would. They seem like nice people but the owner scammed me. I went in for a state inspection, oil change and new windshield wipers. I ended up only doing the inspection but I had paid already. Have them cash and said they would refund me the money. They never did. I went to my bank and they disputed the charge so they took my cash and my accounts money. Owner is rude super rude .....Offered me a 10$ discount for 1 windshield wipe.

Scam artist. Went in for a simple flat tire. Tried to charge me $40 in labor alone and doubled the price of parts (my studs broke) than on the internet. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went for an oil change that THEIR sign advertises for $25 (which Ive done before) and went there today to get one done, and they told me SIGNS WRONG, ITS $35! I asked to speak to the manager to which they replied YOU CANT SPEAK TO HIM HES BUSY, SIGNS WRONG, ITS $35! False advertising, and bad service. Wanted to say so much more but I just left. TERRIBLE SERVICE, FALSE ADVERTISING, JUST ALL AROUND BAD!

They are scam artist they sold me a car with no title said to get a bonded title only for me to find out I couldnt get a bonded title because there was a lean on the car I took the 2004 BMW back and they are refusing to give me my money back have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now I also have messages where he tells me he will sell the car for even more money before giving me my money back.

Apparently they dont have the tools to adjust the camber nor do they believe that bad camber could cause the car to pull to one side, they only adjust the toe on front tires for a 4wheel alignment.
