Here’s an honest review from someone who is a new customer of Always Open and is also a business owner who can relate to reviews and customer service.I was working on a project out of town when, of course, my garage door failed. So my wife called and asked me to find someone.So I look up some companies online, checked out some reviews, and came across this one.What’s interesting is how many glowing 5 star reviews there are but then of course there’s always that “one” customer that is never happy. If I’m being transparent, I made the decision to call Always Open because of that 1 star review, and I’m glad I did.I called on a Saturday afternoon and Mark called me back a little later that evening apologizing for not calling sooner. I explained the situation and he said he’d have a guy out there the next day. A Sunday!As promised, Zach shows up and determines that the opener needed to be replaced. I have installed an opener before so my wife asks Zach to call me to discuss the details to confirm if I wanted to just replace it myself or go ahead and have him do it.Zach quoted a fair price to do the complete install with quality products so without hesitation I asked him to proceed. Let’s be honest, with me out of town it would’ve been at least a week or so before I could’ve replaced it myself, it was a no brainer!Zach was detail oriented, did the complete install, hauled off the old unit, installed a new button by the door, programmed the remotes, the smart button in the car, and was off and running to his next call.In short, if I need anything done again I know who I’m calling! We run a local trucking company and sometimes run into some issues with damaged garages and these guys are our saviors. The customer service is like no other. You can’t find better people to deal with. Top notch company and if I could give 100 stars I would.We have used this company for some years now on all of our garage door repairs and fixings. I can NOT say enough great things about them. So professional and right on top of any issue you have. Zack is wonderful to work with. Fantastic service! These guys are the real deal. I called one night recently at 8 PM, thinking I would just have to leave a message and hope for a call back in the morning. No, the owner of the company picked up the phone while he was working out at his gym and arranged for a repairman to be at my house at 8 AM the next morning. They always show up on time, and they always do quality work. Their pricing is more than fair. This is the only service I use for any garage door needs.

Second time I have used these guys. Both times came same day. This time came at 10 pm at night. Great guys and did great work.

5 Stars! I cannot praise these guys enough! I had 3 garage door companies give me a quote for installing a double and single garage door. I knew after speaking with Mark, I wanted his company to install them. His quote was great and he installs the upgraded hardware-what a relief! His son came out and installed the two doors and they look and function great. There was a bracket piece I wanted off the old doors and forgot to ask beforehand. I called Mark and he had his son remove it and drop it off. Can I say great customer service! Im so pleased and would recommend Always Open garage Doors to anyone!

Zach did an AMAZING JOB!He was courteous, patient, respectful, and honest. He was able to answer all my questions and let me tell you, I had plenty. He even offered to help my wife carry something as she was getting home. That was very nice of him.He did awesome work and was very professional! We love our new garage door.Thank you, Zach!

Ben was great! He came out to program a remote and ended up having to install a computer board into our old opener. He went above & beyond and set up our key pad and programmed our cars. Even cleaned the button on the wall opener. Great customer service!!

Being a single mom this company was a god send. I woke up in the morning to take my kids to school and the garage wouldnt open. I tried every thing to get that door up and it wouldnt budge. I hopped on google and read some reviews and thought id give Always Open a try. I was so surprised by the enthusiasm I received on the phone and the fact he said he could have his son over in 30 minutes. Dan came out and gave me a good price without any extra charge for being so early. He even lifted the door so I could get the car out and my kids to school. By the time I came back he was all finished and had my door working better than when I bought the house. Talk about Quality work! Being a single mom Im always worried of getting taken advantage of. When we had an incident on our 16x8 garage door on a Friday afternoon, we looked online and found Always Open Garage Doors. Dan promptly answered our call, and arrived at our home before the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional, and fixed the main garage door and made it look and work better than weve ever seen it. We were so impressed that we asked him to look at our 8x8 door. He did his magic on that door, and I watched him closely. It was clear to me that he knew his craft and was very experienced. He moved with fluidity and knew how to work with his tools as if they were natural extensions of his hands. He made short work on that door, and its amazing to see and hear the difference on our garage doors. It may seem expensive, but for the work ethic and expertise I saw and experienced, it was worth every penny. We ended up tipping him for working so late into the evening, being so prompt, and doing an incredible job on our doors. He was open to teaching me how to maintain our doors, and shared the secrets of his craft while I watched. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company that is so dedicated to prompt and courteous service. It was clearly evident that he took pride in his work. Oh, and he cleaned up after himself at the end also. Just amazingly good work.

Ben came to fix my garage door at 9pm. Did not finish tell 1040. He did a great job. I did not expect anyone to come today since I called at 4 pm. Great company. I Will refer them to any of my customers who needs their garages fixed. And they Are extremely affordable. Id give them 100 stars if I could!

OUTSTANDING GARAGE DOOR SERVICE The Angies List reviews caught my eye and the BBB A+ rating was very important to me. From the very first moment I contacted Always Open until the time the technician walked out my door, I was impressed with the ease in which my garage door repair needs were handled. My garage door was falling apart. When I called Always Open, the phone was answered promptly, I was told Zach would be out within 2 hours (wow, unbelievable!). He arrived in about 90 minutes (even more unbelievable!). He assessed the job, then explained everything to me, gave me a couple of different options, and the cost of each. I felt very comfortable with Zach and trusted his advice. Instead of replacing the door (which would have obviously cost more) I opted to do an overhaul which included springs, rollers, etc. What a great choice! My door works wonderfully. I have told all my friends about this company. They have integrity, something rare in todays world, unfortunately!

I am a home owner that takes great pride in my home. When my wife came home and the garage door did not go up do to a broke spring, I did not want just anyone to work on my garage door. I ended up finding Always Open Garage Door. I called around 530p and had a repair at my house by 7pm. I was greeted by Zack who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was amazed by his attention to detail in making sure my garage door ran smoothly. I asked Zack to also replace my weather seal since he repaired the spring so quickly. There are few things as annoying as not being able to pull your car out of the garage in the morning. These fine folks let me know how to get myself out so I would not be late for an appointment and then met me there in the afternoon (same day) and fixed everything. They even programed my car so if I ever forget my clicker, I can still get in and out! Would recommend this father son company to anyone!

Our garage door broke on Saturday night. These guys were here by 3:00 on Sunday. No charge to come out to assess and estimate. Same rate as they charge midweek. Prices were really reasonable and the door is working better than it was now than when it was brand new. Earned my business for life and my recommendation.

These guys didnt have time but found it and squeezed me in between calls. I wasnt even able to open my garage door because of a broken spring. They were quick and courteous and reasonably priced. This is a father and son team I would highly recommend to anyone!

As a homeowner, Im always looking for companies who practice their trade with value and integrity. Mark and his sons run that kind of company. I have called them twice with issues pertaining to my garage door, and both times they responded promptly, provided an honest assessment of the issue, and performed the repair at extremely fair costs.Tonight I called at 8pm because my garage door would not close, and I had someone here within the hour. After watching the door try to close once, he quickly figured out that there was an obstruction and cleared it. Then, he went ahead and did routine maintenance on the door, and flagged a potential preventative issue for me to watch for in the future. And then he would not take any payment other than gas money, even after I insisted upon paying him for his time and effort.I will always call Always Open for anything involving my garage door (including, apparently, an innocuous obstruction), and would gladly recommend them to anyone.
