I called MasterCraft because our door closing safety feature was not allowing me to close the door even though there was nothing in the way.Eric arrived about 15 minutes early the next day. He ran our opener a couple of times and inspected the transmitter/receiver for the safety feature. He quickly determined that one was shorted out, so he rewired the unit. he also performed annual maintenance and tuned a couple of settings.The door runs better than ever and it took him less than 30 minutes. The entire time, he was professional, friendly, and communicative. He recommended that I keep an eye on and maybe replace some equipment, but he never pressured me and told me we could work the door for years without making the changes, so I passed for now.I strongly recommend MasterCraft Garage Door Service for anything you need regarding your garage door! Great experience working with MasterCraft garage door services. My garage door stopped closing and I called them in the morning and they had someone out to assess the problem and fix it by the afternoon. Nigel was great and quickly figured out the issue and corrected it on the spot. Also they are a veteran owned business and offer a military/law enforcement discount which is great. Have been dealing with a couple rooms above the garage being warmer than the rest for years now. They suggested the polyurethane injected door and offered it at a very competitive price. When you realize your garage door won’t open and your car is inside it’s a bit of a panic. We manually couldn’t lift the door either. I called MasterCraft after reading good reviews I immediately called to schedule someone to come out. To my great surprise I was told that Nigel could be here in about an hour, he got here even earlier! He found a way to get the door open and from there took care of things. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, service for a reasonable price!Friday morning woke up to a broken spring on our garage door. Almost could not open the door. Our builder put in a thin cheap door that bent over its own weight, and trying to manually lift it with a broken spring. I asked my neighbor if he had a recommendation for a local business that fixes garage doors. He heard these guys were excellent from coworkers who were knowledgeable in the field. I called them and they offered to come that afternoon but I had some place I had to go. So they gave me an appointment for 8 am next day. I described the symptoms and they new the problem right away. They ensured me they carry the parts on their truck needed to complete the repair. I thought I might need a new door. Nigel came promptly as promised and inspected the door and springs. The door was very thin he said, and since it’s a double door it needs double springs. I knew he was correct because I read online builders cut corners by installing only one spring but they never last. Nigel assured me I didn’t have to buy a new door, which I really wasn’t looking forward too. Instead he said he would put in a double spring, and brace the door! He gave me a very reasonable price on the springs, new bearings, brace and labor. He was very thorough! Installed the new hardware checked and adjusted everything and lubed everything in about an hour! Speaking to him I found out it’s a locally family owned and operated business which I love because that type of business usually cares about their work and reputation and these guys were no different! I gave them 5 stars because they earned and deserved it. I don’t just throw around 5 stars unless it’s true because as a consumer I want honestly when I am trying to get good recommendations! I highly recommend MasterCraft garage doors!

Very pleased with the whole experience. The guy answering the phone was very friendly and was able to set us up with a same day appointment. They had plenty of openings for time slots for us to choose from. Jordan came out to fix our door and was excellent- he was very friendly, extremely fast, and did a great job. Customer service and scheduling was great! However did have miscommunication on arrival time as he was 30 mins late and I had to get to work. He also didn’t have a part and had to run get it while doing job (which I’m understanding of), better right than half way done. Overall good service when job was complete, clean and very thorough.

Late Saturday night July 29th, 2016, my 2 door garage coil spring broke. It was loud! Sounded like something hit the house when that spring unwound! I use Angies List for all my work on the house. I found MasterCraft Garage Door Service, LLC, an A rated top listed Company on Angies with over 700 reviews. I called at 7:30am and had the best call service experience, nice, pleasant and got me scheduled with Korey at 9:00am! Korey called me on the way, was on time and did an excellent job. He is quick, he is thorough and explained everything to me. He replaced both coil springs with a 10 year warranty and made sure the door was working properly before he left. Korey does it right. Nigel came out for the estimate, gave me great advice on the kind of door we should choose; even talked me out of the one I picked, which was more expensive but would have required more upkeep. There was an electrical problem with my garage door. I called the office and made an appointment for a technician to come out between 1:00 and 2:00. The office called me at 1:40 to say there had been a mix up and the technician would be delayed. The new unit was promptly installed. At my request he also replaced the malfunctioning exterior key pad opener. These guys are awesome! Corey came to my home about 40 mins after I called them. He replaced the gears in my opener, adjusted my springs and lubricated the hinges. I called MasterCraft Garage Door on Thursday and they were here on Friday to fix my garage door. As soon as I met Stuart I knew that I would get great service. He didnt try to up sell me,but diagnosed the problem and fix it like it was brand new. Their price was very fair and when I asked for new rollers,thinking that was the problem,he told me it wasnt necessary and it just needed to be lubed and the spring tightened. Yesterday, I was shopping for a new garage opener, springs, cables and bearings (yes, the whole shebang). Sent a Yelp message to MasterCraft and received a prompt reply from the owner; Stuart. He was extremely responsive and very customer-oriented. They were the only company I found to offer a free inspection, everyone else charged a fee. In addition, they had the most competitive price and scheduled install for the very next day!Today was the install, the tech; Korey called 30 minutes prior to arrival and replaced everything in 2-hours. He helped me set-up my keypad, put in new bulbs, lubed up the hinges, explained the warranty and gave me a user guide. I immediately received an email receipt with the warranty outlined.Within 24-hours, I no longer have a rattling track, or have to run in / out the garage to close the door. After seeing all the positive reviews on Angies List for MasterCraft, I contacted MasterCraft to come out to install two garage door openers and tune up both doors too. Jonathan came out the next day on schedule right on time, and we went over the options. He then installed and the openers and tuned up the doors as well as installed new rollers on both doors. He was very thorough, and he did an excellent job. He also cleaned up all the messy wiring that was done by the previous owner. Its a pleasure to see the job so well done. He quickly diagnosed my problems, adjusted my springs and sensors, installed new rollers as per your tune-up promotion, and was generally polite and professional. The door is working so much better!
