Very unhappy. They had a great response time but told us we needed over 750 dollars in repairs and replacement. I called around because I want to see what other company’s would say and the very next one said it was a very quick and easy fix that would be around 600 dollars less and nothing needed to be replaced at this time. My garage door was fixed by another company and working good as new. Be careful when searching for repairs.

A month ago, Daniel came out & repaired our garage door that had a broken spring which was causing a slew of other problems. 2 other companies came out & 1 said $1200 to repair or $1600 for new, and that theres no point in repairing it. The 2nd company didnt even give the option for repair & said $1000 for a new door. It wouldve taken them a few days to get to it as well. I called Daniel & sent him some photos of the door (a lot easier than waiting for someone to come over to get a quote) & he got right back & was very honest with everything & said he could repair it for $550. By far the best deal! We had no interest in getting a new door. I called him late Thursday evening & he came out Friday morning & repaired it as well as replaced some older parts & lubed up the track and adjusted a couple things to help it run smoother at no extra cost.Great guy, great company, & he knows what hes doing. His work is guaranteed & Ive had zero troubles since the repair. Wont call anybody else from now on!

Daniel is great. He installed our new door 8 months ago. It was beautiful and we loved it. Then yesterday, I crashed the bottom panel backing into the garage. One of the kids backed into a garage door on a Sunday night. I called Danny on Monday morning. He stopped over within the hour and gave me an estimate on both the broken door and also replacing the other door as my garage doors were older. He was able to replace the broken door that afternoon and then the other door the following morning. Very happy with the service and price. He even install a wireless opener that was missing from one of the doors.

I was very happy with the quick response and the price was better than I expected. He gave me the quote before he came and it not change once he was on site. He even added another stiffener across the door as it is an 8 ft door and had one stiffener. He said that the strong winds, it is possible that the upper panels could buckle. He did not charge any more. He also sprayed silicon lubricant on the rollers and all the hinges. I was very pleased with the price and the outcome.

Daniel looked at my door opener said the circuit board was bad. He wanted $450 for a new one. Seemed a little high so I decided to shop around. Guaranteed Door Service had a better model that included a remote door keypad for $340. When Guaranteeds technician got there he said he would be happy to replace the opener but it only needed to be adjusted. He adjusted, tightened, greased everything and charged me for a service call. Daniel at Elite Valley Garage Doors got angry because I questioned him. Touting Ive been doing this for 20 years! I feel bad for everyone who has fallen for your bullying tactics over the last 20 years. I would put 0 stars if it were available.
