We have been having trouble with our garage door intermittently refusing to close with the remote. I made an appointment online for the following day. The tech, Paul M., arrived right on time and identified the issue quickly. It was a 16 year old opener so it was definitely time for it to be replaced. He had all the parts right on his truck and was able to do the work in the same visit. He even had a replacement outdoor keypad that I requested. I felt that the price was reasonable and he didn’t try to hard sell me on anything. He was very friendly and we chatted about dogs for a little while because he heard my puppy barking at him. I am pleased with the work done and would recommend Iconic Garage Doors.

Paul was terrific. Showed up as scheduled within 1/2 hour of calling. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable regarding my situation. Work was done. Moved into our home in February and started the process of remodeling...when it was time for the garage door I was thinking I needed not only the opener but also a whole new door. After researching and reading reviews online I went with Iconic. I called and got an estimate appointment with Bill. He came out and showed me what he saw which did not include a whole new door! He said my existing door was in good shape. I was impressed! Because I was in the middle of a remodel, the garage was full of stuff so we scheduled the appointment out a bit. I had to call back due to some delays in getting the house done and they said no problem. My new system was installed today and it is awesome! Bill did a great job on the work. He walked me through everything he did and showed me how to set up the app and how to run everything!! I appreciate the honesty and not upselling me when I didnt need it. Great service! Called and Victor was sent over within 3 hours. He inspected our openers and determined that the motherboard was dead on one opener. He also explained about LED lightbulbs causing issues. After explaining options, I had him replace both openers. Would use and recommend Iconic doors in the future!

Trent was extremely quick and knowledgeable. He had suggested that besides my springs the monitor could possibly have a problem. But instead of immediately saying there was a problem and charging us, he thoroughly took his time and made sure everything was fine. Trent and Iconic Garage Door were an absolute pleasure to do work with. We had a new build about one year old when a microburst hit our home and damaged our cheap aluminum door. We had the builders garage door company give us a quote on a replacement and they were about $3600 for a full door replacement on a door that probably cost about $1200 new. They also told me that it would take 5-6 months until they could get a replacement door for us. I contacted Iconic and they came out and surveyed the damage and said we only needed to replace the bottom 3 panels and that we might want to add 4 struts on the back for added strength for the future, along with a heavier duty spring all for 1/3 of the quote that the full door replacement that would take 5-6 months to get in and installed. I cant say how thankful we are that we used Iconic. They came and installed it within a week. Great work and Thank You!

Bill was great. Door was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. Another garage door company said the door needed to be replaced, costing will over double and taking a week longer and than what Bill and Iconic were able to correct in just a couple hours.

I read a lot of reviews for Sebastian on Facebook. He came highly recommended. The recommendations were warranted. I had thoroughly messed up the way the door operates. Without going into detail, the existing spring was not the right one for that door. He explained everything thoroughly right down advising me NOT to do anything in the future if there is a problem, call him. My wife was very happy with that because I have a history of “fixing” things worse than before I started!

As a fairly new resident of the area I quickly discovered that I did not want to endure another summer with my car parked out in the driveway. Unfortunately that meant I needed to get all new door, opener, hardware, etc. Iconic came out and did a thorough inspection of what I needed and gave me a quote. Although they ended up not being the lowest price I went with them anyway and Im very glad I did. The installer did a great job, he cleaned up after himself, and he helped me get the opener set up with all my apps and vehicles.Will definitely recommend.

Iconic Garage Door Services Service was excellent in part because the company sends a technician to provide a quote prior to service/installation. In our case we needed new bottom door seals, new rollers, spring inspection/adjustment and a garage door opener for a golf cart entry that has never had an opener. We called 4 garage door services, and only Iconic provided a free inspection quote. Our garage doors are 28 years old so the bottom seals were overdue for replacement. Our concern was to get a very good seal to reduce entry points for scorpions and the elements of our environment. Victor advised us to replace the steel garage door seal retainers and install a larger seal. His quote was higher than the other company telephone quotes, but the fact that Victor would provide the actual service, was a huge factor in determining our decision to have Iconic service our door. Our golf cart garage door does not have electrical service at the point of opener installation and Victor upfront advised that we would need to have an electrician wire a new outlet. However, to insure the installation would be complete (less outlet), Victor advised us to have an extension cord available when he installed the opener. Iconic ordered all the specific parts for installing the bottom garage door and 3 days later completed the entire service. End result: 2 garage doors that operate like new.

Was able to get my garage door fixed on the same day I called. Bill R showed up as scheduled, answered my questions, gave me options and then fixed the door in short order. I had a couple more questions the next day so I called the office. The info I was requesting was beyond the scope of what they deal with but the owner (Sebastian) called me within a few minutes and took the time to fully answer my concerns.
