Terrible service from employees, I tried going 2 days in a row to upgrade my phone. First time I came in at 5:45 because I was not aware they closed at 6. I waited inside the store for 20 or so mins before anyone even acknowledged me and tried to check me in. They told me to come back the next day which I did and when they checked me in 6he girl gave me a hard time because im registered under my nickname and not my full name but I never had that issue before. I decided to just place the order online to pick up the next day when I went I brought someone else with me because their full legal name is on the account but to my surprise they didnt ask for an ID and just handed me the phone over with put verifying my info?
I went to Verizon on 2/28/21 and I received the best customer service from Gilbert. He is amazing! He made sure that I got the phone that I wanted and was able to give me the run down/benefit of the phone that I wanted and any deals that came with it. If you want excellent service, and not having to feel rushed while being helped then please visit him. Thank you, Verizon.
Used to have great customer service, now these last few times the employees are NO HELP. They don’t even look up my account anymore, just grunt and give me a number to call. This is the worst customer service, they never actually help me. Always just a paper with a number to call.

Verizon Wireless unlimited data plan is useless. Always stops working it’s not worth the cost. Especially if you use social media, YouTube or streaming video services even simple web browsing . It becomes super frustrating and annoying when you cannot use your commonly used apps and paid services with out data going offline interruptions every single second. I have an iPhone XS max 4g. Verizon services constantly goes off line and lags.
Set appointment to update sim card to 5g edition. Was greeted at door, taken right away and had my issue addressed within 10 minutes. Very professional agent
I always wait. Waiting, waiting... waiting. I mean its clean and the staff are nice and helpful. I just would rather go online and talk to someone and order it all online than wait through a line of people. Its preference. If you want a one stop and dont mind waiting at least 20-30 to be helped then so be it.

While there are other Verizon dyores in the area, this location is the only Corporate Store in the greater Morgan Hill to Gilroy area. That makes them the ONLY full service store and in my opinion the only place to go for Verizon phone purchase and service. They taken care of my issues and worked the best deals vs other limited authorized partner locations (like we have here in Morgan Hill. So, Ill gladly drive a few extra miles to get the better service.
Ive been a Verizon customer before Verizon was Verizon, back then it was GTE. Ive been with Verizon for 32 years, never left to shop around for a lower rate. Verizon is a little pricey but there customer service is bar none. Even,,, if the problem is not theres, they will help solve the problem. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! !

The staff is very helpful. However, they really cant fix my Google phone, and Ive gone there twice for the same problem. Then again, Googles Help services cant fix the problem either. I would have given the store a higher rating, but they steered me into buying that Google Pixel Cell phone, rather than the new Apple iPhone (which is the OS Ive had since the first iPhone). I wish theyd service the products (e.g., my Google Pixel XL 2) they sell, better than they do now.
Signed up for the hotspot, but it didnt have good signal at my home area. So, I needed to return it. I returned it within 14 days & I was told that I should get the fee waived; however, the store associate didnt mail the device back to HQ for me a week later. So, I have an open balance because the HQ had to receive the device within 14 days. When I talked to support representative on the phone, he told me that I shouldve mailed it back using the UPS label the store provided for me. But, the store representative asked me to bring the device to store if the hotspot didnt work out. I was mis-informed, and I was asked to call in to the store to clarify things. Now, the Gilroy store asked me to come in to the store again since they cant help me (or dont want to) through the phone. I live in different city, and who is going to pay for my gas????
Isaac, the Verizon Solutions Specialist who helped us, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He made the afternoon a lot of fun and he laughed at all my bad hikes! Seriously, if..., no, WHEN, you come to this store, ask for Isaac. 💯

I have Verizon but I dont think they have the greatest service customer service yes is great but service for your phone they tell you they have the greatest service but I dont think so Ive been a lot of places pre dont get any signal and they say they have the best signal out of anybody but their stores are nice their phones are way too expensive thats why I buy most of my phones from Amazon unlocked way cheaper and you could take him wherever you want you dont have to just stay with one carrier

Poor service-- representative not helpful in simply -- asking to replace my battery in a cellphone which I purchased in a Verizon store. Representative seem to be only interested in big ticket sales transactions; not small item purchase.
