I went to this store to inquire about switching over from sprint and was welcomed right when I walked through the door by both managers!! The entire staff here are so polite and professional. They really know their stuff and dont mind taking the their time helping customers!!! I highly recommend going to this t-mobile store!!!

This T-Mobile store has to be one of the best I’ve been to! Every time I go in they always actively help to answer any questions I have. I had an issue with one of my phones upgrades and the store manager and her reps did everything that they could to help me. Ofcourse they can’t work miracles but I ended up walking out with a phone that day when I was afraid I couldn’t. I always leave happy. Such an awesome and friendly staff!

Horrible customer service and they treat you like trash!! I sent my father In law to the store to have them help him switching networks on the phone since i was not there to walk him through it, the sales associate was extremely rude from the very beginning she spent more time criticizing the model of the phone and telling him to buy a new one than actually trying to find the real problem and fix it, this phone is for my 83 year old grandmother she doesnt want the latest phone. since she was unprofessional and unhelpful I asked for the store phone number and also her name she was arguing with me and saying she is confused as to why I need her name and that she will not give me that information nor the phone number of the store. needless to say she told me there is only one store in gilroy California so I can look it up it shouldnt be that hard to find. This sales associate has blue hair so stay away from her and run for the hills it will save you aggravation .

Crystal provided me with great customer service when I came in. I could tell she knew what she was doing and talking about. She was very patient and assertive and was able to get me just what I needed. Overall great store.

I went into the Gilroy store to get information on switching over to T-Mobile, Jesus greeted me and made me feel welcomed he was very helpful and well educated in products and services he went above and beyond by explaining and showing me the steps on my phone to get the transferring of services started. Jacob transferred my info from my old phone to my new one in less than 10 minutes. Happy dance!!! He also applied the glass screen protector expertly. Thank you, Jacob!I had previously been to another T-mobile store, and after an inordinate amount of time, the guy didnt get anything transferred. I was soo frustrated.

My husband and I were shopping at Smart and Final and saw a man fall on the floor, right away 2 young ladies helped him up, one helped him by also lacing his shoes. They were from the Tmobile in the same shopping center. It touched my heart to see such kind hearts in this town! God bless you two!

Sirena an her team were AWESOME! I had cracked my T-Mobile phone after 2 yrs and all I needed wasa new device. Not only did they not hassle me about signing up or recommitting to a service plan they matched the online price from T-Mobile customer care which was a savings my family and I appreciated! They trick, T-Mobile is the best carrier. Hands down!

Today was such an amazing experience with getting my new iPad 6th Generation set up and most importantly getting my Samsung cell to receive calls. There were apps that took over my cell. Even though on mute it would Broadcast an ad, to pick up a call I would miss it and have to call back after going though multiple screen to get to the call .Very frustrated.Jordan on 10th Street in Gilroy made my cell whole. He was quick patient cordial and VERY knowledgeable. I was told in another T-Mobile stores that I would need to re-set my phone and that would take a long time. Highly recommended! Bilingual too.He made my day!

The staff was very helpful, and courteous as soon as i walked in i was immediately greeted. Jesus at the Gilroy Store helped and was able to transfer all my data, when i had already gone to Salinas and they were unable to do it there.

The convenience of T-Mobile is overrated. The customer service was absolutely horrible here. I was not greeted or assisted in any way. I waited over an hour in line to pay my cell phone bill because for some reason it requires 2to 3 employees at a register. It was horrible.

The staff here at this location are very friendly, courteous, and patient. I had the worst time trying to switch carriers but they did everything in their power to try and make the transition happen for me.

Alyssa is so helpful! She introduced us to T-Mobile and cut our monthly phone charges down to half of what my family and I were paying at Verizon.

I was very pleased after doing with Jose took care of me explained everything for me very good satisfied I would recommend customers to him

Rob and Alyssa were very helpful when I was trying to add a new line to an existing plan and get a new phone. We technically got everything we wanted when we walked in and thanks to Alyssa even more than we intended! Shes a very great salesperson. However, the main line that the plan wasntsupposed to be altered at all as it was a business line and we were adding a personal line, the business line had interuptions in major features and several features were dropped off or that line in the process of adding a second without our knowledge. We had already spent at least two hours at T-Mobile getting everything In Gilroy and then had to go to another location for another two hours to fix everything that had been messed up with the original line on the plan. We were given quotes in store from the Gilroy location that were not accurate to what the bill actually is and the second location was able to work with my corporate discounts in a way that the Gilroy location had repeatedly told me wasnt possible. Overall, great for sales but for technically support and billing I would suggest a different location.

I love this store! I used to have metro pcs and I needed a new phone for my sons bday, he wanted an iPhone. The store was clean, we were greeted when we walked in and didnt have to wait a long time. I got excellent service from Alyssa and Serina!!! They showed me all the different types of phones n helped me picked out the best one for my teenage son! These girls answered all my questions and were very professional, even showed me how to use an iphone lol. My whole household has switched from metro pcs to t-mobile and we love it!!!!
