I went in to swap phones. When I entered Gio acknowledgeded me and said Ill be right with you. (he was helping another customer) I love that kind of service. When it was my turn, Gio was very Pleasant, and Knowledgeable. Gio has great customer service skills and made me feel Valued. He is a great human, honesty you dont get that kind of service or feel valued when your looking for help, even if it is their job.
