Great service with friendly guys who are so helpful! And they are cheap! I recommend taking any electronic device thats not working properly to them! I got a nice HP mouse for my Chrome tablet!

I just had my Xbox One X repaired here. Marcos is definitely on it. Communication was great. Repair time was within 72 hours. Prices are reasonable. This is a tech repair location that is local and privately owned that I would choose over any of the larger cooperate businesses. My expected repair times during COVID-19 with Best Buy or Microsoft was in the weeks... Not days.

I took my newer Macbook Pro Touchbar here because I had spilled a water bottle on it. Everyone I called offered me a crazy price to replace my logic board and said I would loose my data. Robot Shark said they could attempt to repair my logic board and keep my data. If they werent successful it would be a small diagnostic fee. After a little over a week they got my logic board up and running and all my data was still there. I relieved and happy with my experience.

Cheapest and nicest place to go. My screen was ordered and fixed within 3 days and cost half of what Geek Squad or Apple would have.

I took my iPhone to get fix at JB fix on 1st and had horrible experience. They straight lied to me about the repair I had done on my phone. I got told come to robot shark by Verizon store. Tulio helped me and explained to me everything that was wrong with my iPhone 11 pro. Got screen fixed and back glass fixed . Great service and profesional Don’t go to JB fix they will just lie. Very thankful for robot shark ❤️

This place is great i been coming to robot shark for years. Best computer repair in town, I recently had a MacBook Pro that could not turn on. I took it to the guy on 1st street to give them a try and boy oh boy they are terrible. So I decided to go back to my regular computer guy. Robot shark was able to fix my mac at a reasonable price it was a problem with battery.Very recommend. Just txt ahead since they are in high demand.

We own a clothing store in Morgan Hill and we needed help with our computers and security cameras this guys are super helpful and affordable. They upgraded our all windows 7 machines and help us network all our office. Will definitively recommend them.

The best computer shop in town. I tried JB fix before and they have no idea what they are doing. They told me my Macbook pro video card was bad and I needed a new laptop!, My coworker told me to take it to robot shark and Marco the tech told me was lcd that was defective I guess it a common problem on MacBook pros 2018. Price was reasonable he saved my laptop. Stay away from people that dont know about Macs. Got my screen replaced and now I am trying this review from my recently renewed Mac! Go robot shark!

Just moved to CA last year and during the move my computer became damaged and would not start. Took my custom built computer in and they fixed it within a week! Computer works great and he even offered to install Windows 10 for when he noticed that my computer still ran Windows 8 because I did not know about the free update. Best service ever! Im not sure why, but I was a bit skeptical at first about going to a place like this. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The office/waiting room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is professional, polite and efficient!I fixed two broken iPhone screens; an iPhone 6 and 6 plus. Both times it only took about 10 minutes!Will definitely go back if I have another device issue and will HIGHLY recommend!!

Great service. Quick and solved my computer problem. No diagnostic fee. My laptop didnt turn on and it was due to a bad motherboard. The fix took a week, including shipment of parts. After I had received my laptop, I checked to see if it was working well. I found a minor issue with the LED indicators and pointed it out. It was immediately solved then and there. The fees are average. Definitely a recommendation for those who want to receive a great service without the sketch.

The service was fast and precise. I just walked in without making an appt and they took me right away. Would def recommend it to anybody thats wants cheap and fast service but at the same time still high quality work.

I went to the store as soon as I could today when my laptop didnt turn on this morning. I tried to fix things myself but I struggled to take it apart and was expecting a big bill to repair it. I stepped into Robot Shark nervous and stressed but was met with a smile and after 10minutes or so, the technician comes out with my laptop and says he tried it with their charger and shows me that my laptop is still usable. Really honest guys. I had a Nexus phone with some screws completely worn out. Carlos took a dig into and not only removed them but also fixed the battery for me. I highly recommend this place.

Great, fast and professional service. The guys were able to turn a cracked screen into a new screen in about 20 minutes after making my appointment online. Great option to also choose the OEM glass over the cheaper option as you can definitely tell a difference versus some of the delivery services that dont have the OEM glass. I also had some issues with the charging of my phone which they fixed for no additional charge. Couldnt recommend these guys more if you have a cracked smartphone screen and want to get it repaired at a good price with friendly service.

Left my sons samsung tablet for repair. called multiple times and kept being told i was going to get a call when ready. 3 months later and no phone call. no communication despite multiple attempts by me is a red flag.

Took my laptop to this shop and it was gone only took them a couple of weeks to fix it and was cheap. Laptop Still works till this day awesome customer service would give it 10 stars if I could.

Came here on a Monday at 11am. Watched a person walk in but never opened the store. Called several times and left two messages.. an hour later still not open. Very poor customer service.

I called this place several times and left a couple of massages and never received a call back and finally kept trying and I got some one one the line to help me by the time I did the person that was on the line was rude and very unprofessional and gave me a very high price to change a simple battery from a iPhone 5 $59 dollars but the way he spoke to me feel like I was not appreciate it like a costumer so honestly I dont recommend this place to no body period
