I took my Samsung S21 to two other places, trying to get to the root of a port-related issue with no luck. I called up uBreakiFix and over the phone they told me they could handle it and had the necessary part in stock. I walked in, gave them my phone, and just over two hours later I had it back, good as new.

I stumbled upon this place and brought them my sons iPhone 8 which I didnt think could be repaired. The gentleman assisting me said no problem we get cracked screens all the time and it might take 2hrs. Well 45minutes later I recieved a text, email etc. That it was done. Breaking you phone is never a good thing, however this company makes it really easy to have it repaired. The old saying the cheap turns out expensive is a very true statement. My decision to replace my cell phone case with a cheaper one from Amazon caused my often dropped S10 plus andriod that I have had for 2 years with no broken screen broke with in days of using this cheap case. The first crack was annoying but the phone still worked without issue. The second or 4th drop really did my screen in...the phone barely worked. I say all this to say these guy did a great job of fixing my phone back to normal within an hours time. I was visiting VA and noticed my S9s damaged screen (dead pixels, green lines, etc) was getting worse. I took it into this location after learning that uBreakiFix has official Samsung parts. I got it back in under 3 and a half hours, and my screen looks brand new. Andrew and Rashad were extremely helpful. Highly recommended, especially Samsung users.

Ive used this location three times for warranty repairs or Asurion repair/replacement. Ive always been given accurate information regarding the repair process and times and proper expectations for future warranty needs. Staff has always been friendly and wait times have been minimal. Accessory selection is limited (surprised at the lack of screen protectors given the likelihood of a screen needing replaced).

From the moment I walked into this repair shop, I knew I was in good hands. The owner and coworkers are outstanding in every way! After cracking my phone screen, I heard about UBreakIFix for repairs. When I walked in, I was on my lunch break and in a time crunch. Justin greeted me and I informed him of what happened. I alloted an hour of my day to wait for the repair to be complete. After waiting less than 15 minutes, Justin came back out with my phone and a full screen replacement. Just had my screen replaced on Sunday on my phone and it has broken again. Not because I dropped it or sat on it or put unreasonable pressure on it, but because it fell out of my pocket in a crawlspace and landed on a PVC pipe. Maybe a 1 1/2 foot drop. Called to see if the warranty covered this since it has been less than 7 days even and was told no. Not even discounted. Frustrating to spend $600 on screen replacements within 4 days. The positive is that they do have fast turnaround so Im not without my phone for too long.

Called on a Sunday morning and asked if they could replace the screen to my Galaxy S9+. They had it in stock and told me 2.5 hours. I dropped my phone off same day. When I got there he told me because the back glass was also cracked they would have to replace it as well. I was a little bothered because the price changed but he told me ahead of time so that was good. I got a call just over 2 hours later that it was done. The back glass didnt change the time. $300 later and my phone looks new. Even the edging was replaced. I had no idea that was going to be done so I was super happy . All in all it was a great experience. They gentlemen that help me at the counter was incredibly professional. I hope I never have to use them again but if I do I will only go there. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Made a reservation, called, and was told it would take 2 hours to replace my phone battery.On the day i said Id be there, I drove 30 minutes out of my way only to find out that they didnt have the battery in stock. They graciously offered to let me drop off my phone with them for *5 days* while they waited for the part to ship. Seriously?I took my business elsewhere. I recommend you do too.

I went in with a hard bricked Pixel 3 and the staff quickly did an initial diagnosis and told me how to get it fixed by Google for free. They could have blown smoke up my butt and fixed it themselves for money but they were honest, professional, and quick. They even opened up the SIM card slot for me so I could give the factory number to the Google rep when I called them.

I went to two different locations and was told 3 different prices before I got my phone back from them. The repair job was really good, but I wish there had been more transparence regarding pricing.

Made an appointment with them to fix my Pixel 3 XL, and they called to confirm everything for my scheduled date. I showed up at the date and time just to find out they didnt have the replacement part in stock even though they were expecting me. So I scheduled another date. This time they did have the part and fixed the screen, but when they gave it back to me with the back with a big gap. I sent it back and they attempted to fix it. It was better but still had a gap. Hopefully the waterproofing isnt impacted by this because they basically told me thats as good as its going to get. Overall the screen looks fine, but just a little disappointed in what all I had to deal with and what I ended up with considering how expensive the phone is.

Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. They identified my computer problem quickly - turns out it was the motherboard. I brought my new computer to them and they transferred everything from the old to the new. I would DEFINITELY recommend them! Reasonable prices as well.

Arrived my phone has been taken apart. Then told they wont have time for the adhesive to dry for a new screen... But they need 45 min to put the phone together with the old screen for the adhesive to dry. I arrived at 5 pm. Just given an apology nothing more for wasting my time.

I had a repair done at another ubreakifix, and while the screen replacement was done perfectly, my mic seemed to become muffled. The gentleman who worked at this location kindly opened up the phone (there was a bit of plastic covering the microphone) and fixed it at no charge! Incredibly pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

This place is beholden to insurance claims. If you come in off the street, they are unable to give you an accurate timeline of when they can fix your device. They expect you to leave it with them for hours on end, regardless of the length of time it takes to repair it. If you want a quick turn around, they recommend coming in first thing, but even then there are no guarantees. They also did not tell me they would have to remove my screen protector to change my battery. After some discussion, they agreed to provide a new one, but only after getting the owners attention with poor feedback. The workers seem over worked and have no control over being able to fix a problem. The end result (a simple battery replacement) was good, but what it took to get there was awful.

Talk about over promise and underdelivering. First, I made the appointment for fix the back glass on my Note 9 and was quote $59 bucks, as that what was advertised on multiple pages and forum. All set, ready to to, got a call asking what I needed done. Didnt I put this information in the description? OK, no big deal, so next, I was told that the price rose to $79.99, I asked why the price difference and was told that the Website is incorrect and that corporate needs to fix it.Got to the store and the guy behind the counter took all my information and proceeded to print out a work order/receipt. After printing it out, I could see that it states $59, to which he promptly ripped it up and place it in the trash can, then went back into the Computer and deleted the price and entered the $79.99 for me to sign. Seems fishy at best and unethical at worse. Felt like Ive been taken, but OK, went ahead with the repair, nonetheless.So, finally, I was told that the repair would take an hour to hour and a half and that it would be ready no later than 1:30pm. Returned @ 1:40pm and was told that it isnt ready that they are still working on it. Waited there another 40 minutes, and when I inquired, I was told that their software for testing the device is defective, hmmm, seems like a BS/Scripted answer, so finally, another 5 minutes and I was out of there. Talk about being held hostage and totally disappointed in this place and the customer service. Proceed with caution!!!

Professional, fast, and priced reasonably- which made fixing it a much better option than replacing the phone (even with insurance on it). I had gone to my carrier and to the apple store to determine my options. Apple refused to repair the screen due to a dent on the corner of the phone where it was dropped. They said the new screen wouldn’t go on right, but ubreakifix did it without any problem. Picked it up same day. Couldn’t be happier.

We have been to uBreakiFix multiple times to have liquid screen protectors applied, nothing but impressed with the level of customer service and technical savvy. They are my go-to for future phone issues.

I had brought my Xbox to the Glen Allen location after being unable to repair/diagnose why it wouldn’t boot myself after seeing an ad for a free diagnostic. The staff there were friendly, but after getting the console back home and going about putting the original parts I had replaced back to return them, it was clear they either didn’t know what they were doing or just didn’t care to be careful and rushed taking it apart and putting it back together. The front USB connector had been broken right off the motherboard, different length screws were in the wrong spot, the IR sensor ribbon cable had been clearly twisted around and creased (being in electronic repair, they should know ribbon cables are very fragile) and the cover over the connector for the cable had been chipped exposing the connector. Also the screws that mount the part of the power supply where you plug in the AC cable were just missing so that part was loose and able to move freely inside the Xbox. Granted this was a free service so I can’t be but all too mad/disappointed, but you definitely don’t take your broken device to a repair shop only to get it back with even more damage

Very friendly. Cheaper than iRite. Automatically uses OEM screens. Does all testing to make sure it works before u leave. Beautiful screen for my Note 8.The only thing is that they had removed my S-pen and did not put it back. Thankfully my phone alerted me it was missing as I drove away from the store.BYE..dont know if I should say but it was $250 to did my Note8. Tho other places quoted $300+.
