Although I hated the price, (why are mattresses so expensive?!) Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and found us a mattress Im sure we are going to love. He was very personable and easy to work with. I did quite a bit of research before we bought and feel like we got a great deal, even though it was pricey, but so was everywhere else! I would definitely recommend the store that we went to in Glendale AZ.

It can be confusing with all the options out there. But they have a variety of brands and had the expertise to get us what we needed. They offer delivery and setup as well as removal of your old mattress. You have to dispose of your old bed frame yourself.

Not only did he match the price of what I was planing on getting with a better mattress but he also saved me about 60% off of my complete order. I saved more than I paid. Terrible service, we just wanted to look at some mattresses we had been interested in but were instantly spewed the long generic sales pitch the poor guy was probably forced to say. We had to cut him off after a while, just wanting to see the mattress, to find they didnt have it on the floor anymore. Its not the guys fault, but businesses like this that work off commission and tell me why my sleeping patterns mean I need a $4k are ridiculous. Ended up buying from Tuft & Needle, nice people who dont work off commission and just helped out, and they had the best mattresses by far for much cheaper.

All I can say is WOW. Antonio did an amazing job! He not only took the time and patience that it takes when dealing with a toddler and a baby, he made us feel welcomed and didnt rush us in the slightest. Im extremely picky whereas my fiancee could probably sleep just about anywhere. I tried so many different options in just about every price range and I ended up falling in love with the Purple. Only problem was my goal was to walk out spending less than $800. So he offered to look into our financing options and we were approved which totally covered the mattress I wanted. Problem after that because the one on clearance didnt come with an adjustable base which was the thing that drove me there in the first place. He somehow managed to not only get me the bed I REALLY wanted but also an adjustable base and stayed within my out-of-pocket budget. Even after that I was still torn between a lower priced bed that wouldve had very little out-of-pocket expenses and was pretty comfortable but nowhere near as comfortable as the Purple. The thing that finally made me decide on the Purple was Antonios amazing patience and dedication to helping me pick, what I can only describe as, the bed of my dreams. I was amazed by the time he took with me and my family and will definitely be back in the coming years when the time for a new bed rolls around again.

Five stars, mainly for Antonio but the mattress and adjustable platform I purchased are awesome too! Mattress shopping for my daughter at several locations. I’m not a fan of mattress shopping - not usually a good experience - typically thanks to the sales people, right? Some places and people can make you feel like you’re buying a used car. My daughter liked mattresses at a couple different stores. However, when we entered this mattress firm, Antonio set the bar for how you should feel walking into and leaving a mattress store! He was very helpful, genuinely nice guy, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the stores product, and he was very patient with us as my daughter checked out the different beds. I ended up leaving with two beds, one for both my daughters!
