Marchelle is awesome she got me the right mattress for the right price. I didnt pay delivery because I picked it up at the store. I got approved the same day and got lucky to pick up my mattress the next day. They had big sale on this mattress in the box that is absolutely amazing for someone whos a single mom. Its easy to carry. Plus its memory foam so it puts you to sleep so easy. I got it for my son but when he is with his dad I can definitely sleep comfortably. Thanks Mattress Firm. I hope my son is as happy as I am about this. And there is no reason he wouldnt be.

Janet (our customer service rep) was fantastic! She gave excellent service. She was patient, attentive, and very detailed about all their mattresses and bed frames. MICHAEL BURNS at the location on 73rd and Bell is by far the best salesperson I have ever came across. He greeted us at the door and helped us pick out our mattress without any pressure. He definitely knows his stuff about all of the mattresses. We tested a lot of them out as he told us all about them. We were very pleased with the service we got from him. He was very professional, patient, kind and had a great sense of humor. We were still talking about him an hour after we left because we were so pleased. I came to Mattress Firm looking to buy a box spring. Salesman was bothered that I asked for details/specs and fabric options on a box spring I was looking to buy, and the price range of the options. He just wanted to hurry up and input a box spring into the system and charge me for it. Not a very transparent process when I have to ask for all of the details. The only reason I actually bought the item is because I googled it and verified the price/quality, and reviews. Also, the salesman came across as the creepiest individual that I’ve ever interacted with in my life, so much so that I will never buy from Mattress Firm again. My receipt says the salesperson is Marchelle, but I’m guessing that he signed into another salesperson account.Aside from the salesperson, the warehouse that I picked up from was friendly, structured, and efficient.

Went in for latex pillows. Picked plush nice, but got flat hard pillows. Did not order their brand. No returns! Feeling bate and switch!!!

I needed help to apply for a mattress inspection. I made a call to a local Mattress Firm Store & got Vince Costa. What a blessing for me. He was compassionate, understanding & listened to me.He took his time to help me. I do not have a computer anymore since my hands have arthritis. Had a awesome experience with Mike Burns who sold me my adjustable serta helix bed (which was the most comfortable bed iever)! Its a challenge for me to find the right, comfortable bed,, since I have alot of hip,, shoulder, neck and back pain,. My dogs! have purchased 2 adjustable beds and mattresses. I love them . At my last purchase I let myself be talked into buying one of the boxes with pillows sheets and pad. Dont fall for this the sheets are horrible, do not fit and wrinkle under you while you sleep. They feel like the old nylon sheets from the 60s they slide around and are hot. Id have been better off with cheap Walmart sheets, the pillows are no good either. cant believe I paid so much for these awful things that I will not use.

I went in to buy new mattress on 12/22/20. Vince was there and took great care of me. Vince was actually with a customer in the middle of a sale when I arrived, but still made eye contact with me and greeted me letting me know he would be right with me. The store and Denise was great when we purchased the “Purple “ mattress, but the mattress didn’t workout. I kept thinking I would get used because they tell you the “Purple” mattress is different but I never did. With the virus, moving and getting settled in our new house I was so stressed out that I missed the 120 day deadline by 60 days. It was my fault I didn’t make contact sooner but I called the store anyway and asked if or what they could do. I was told that Denise would look into it and maybe we could work something out. I didn’t hear anything so I called again and was told she was looking into it. Well no call back and I am stuck with a mattress I can’t sleep on.It was my fault that I missed the deadline so beware if you don’t like the mattress get rid of it because it won’t get better in one month, two or six months. What I am really aggrieved about is when I talked to Denise’s associate and she told me, each day I called for an update that Denise would get back to me that day or the next. But I didn’t receive a call back. I would have appreciated it if I was given a solid no instead of letting me thinking there was something we could workout. So my guests have a “Purple” mattress to sleep on and I am still on my old mattress. Yea!

Ordered a mattress from my local Mattress Firm in Fla for my daughter’s new apt in Glendale, Az. Mattress showed up on time and the delivery was excellent.
