Steve was very enthusiastic about helping us find the exact mattress we were looking for. After I told him that I really liked the mattress I bought last from Mattress firm, Steve went above and beyond to find my prior purchase. Steve also highlighted the best features of all the mattresses we tried out and helped us to best identify the mattress closest to our needs. I walked into Mattress Firm a very uneducated buyer and didn’t know what I wanted or what to expect to spend. It was my first time buying a new mattress. The store manager was super helpful. She answered all our questions and provided some information that assisted us in decision making. She worked with us and really helped us meet our needs. She was the only person in the store and she was dealing with another customer. She was very attentative to us and the other customer. I initially went to the mattress firm on miller parkway and couldn’t get what we were looking for. I wanted super soft he needed firm not too soft. So not so simple. We decided to try once more and went to the store located by bay shore mall. Let me tell you, it was an awesome experience. We were pleasantly greeted by both of the staff immediately. We explained what we wanted, which as I explained was a little complex. They were extremely knowledgeable about all the products and knew exactly where to start. They were very friendly and efficient. They got us exactly what We both wanted and at an AMAZING PRICE ! We will be going to them for any mattress needs in the future and highly recommend them!

In the last three months I’ve ordered 5 mattresses for our house and corporate apartment in Chicago. 2 were online, 2 were from Verlo, and the most expensive one for our bedroom was from Mattress Firm. I felt the experience at mattress firm was the best out of all three options. We were able to try a variety of mattresses and the sales person Kayla was helpful but not pushy. She helped us find the right mattress and made sure it was delivered as quickly as possible. We had a few issues with the delivery itself but Kayla and Charles the warehouse manager were quick to resolve them and genuinely cared about making the experience right. I would highly recommend going here to get your mattress. Good service is easy when everything goes right. Truly good customer service is handling the unexpected issues the right way. The team here as proven they are equipped to handle unexpected problems.

We purchased a Sealy hybrid that was supposed to be available on September 5th (nearly two weeks after we purchased it). We got a call on delivery day saying it wouldnt be available until September 26th, I assume because the mattress we ordered was sold to someone else at a higher price. The salesman had the price in the store set $100 higher than the price on the Mattress Firm website, and then pretended to not know that as if he doesnt know every detail of the economics of his mattresses. After acquiescing on the website price, he pushed hard on a ripoff mattress pad to try to recoup the $100.We cancelled the order and went with a competitor. We paid the same price for the exact same mattress, and it was just delivered today (September 8th, TWO DAYS after we ordered it) for free, rather than the $100 that Mattress Firm was going to charge us. Additionally, we received a $200 Mastercard with the mattress. So, same mattress, $300 cheaper, delivered 3 weeks sooner, and without the shady salesman experience.

I love this store! Alan was terrific-- Ive been searching several stores in town, and I found a cozy firm mattress that I love and received a terrific price during their annual sale. So glad I stopped by! Lots of selections and their prices were terrific with lots of name brands and exclusive beds as well. Highly recommended!!

The sales lady never introduced her name to us. She was pushing the sale with an extremely passive aggressive tone. She made it sound like we were wasting her precious time if we were not to going to commit to buying immediately. Well, sorry, thats part of your job lady. Unpleasant experience. We will be shoping at another store instead.

Not a pleasant experience with Jim Growel. Mr Growel had a nasty attitude and was not very customer friendly. He tried to work out a deal with me but was not understanding of the cash budget I had for the mattress. By the time he was finished, the mattress was double my budget and he continued to try and push purchasing with credit. He called me after I left the store with another proposal. Must say he was persistent. I wanted to upgrade from the free adjustable base and pay the difference but to no avail.

Easiest time I have ever had making a big purchase. After testing out mattresses in-store, I went home to mull things over, but was left with a few questions. I called back today and had the best customer service experience that I can remember. The lady on the phone (I regrettably forgot to ask for her name) perfectly navigated me through everything and answered all of my questions. She helped me find my dream mattress without even having to step a foot inside the store!
