It’s a cafe and a place where you could do ATM banking. It’s nice you could get a discount at Peet’s Coffee if you use your Capital One card. But, I’ve noticed the last few times that the workers at the coffee shop were way too busy chitchatting instead of trying to do their jobs well, not to mention being really loud.

Great place. Relaxing. Anybody can walk in and enjoy the space. But the best part is, if u are a capitol one card holder, u get 50% off on all the drinks from the peets coffee inside.

Hipster attitude as usual, but one guy at least did not ignore my questions. Face it..IF YOU DONT HAVE A LAPTOP OR IPAD, YOU WONT BE WELCOME HERE! AT LEAST, the Orange Cafes had computers for their customers! It must be a lounge cuz thats all the employees seem to do!

DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. They are withhold 4,000 dollars in my account. Reason? I need to verify my ID. I don’t mind that part. What I mind is that they do not ask for your ID at the beginning of the application. THATS HOW FRAUD IS COMMITTED. Upon trying to get my funds released, they will not let me use my GOVERNMENT ISSUED Military ID. I don’t have a state ID or DL, mainly don’t have a DL for the sole purpose that I am paralyzed from the waist down so I’d you connect 2 and 2 that means I cannot walk.They said they do not honor Military IDs as real proof of identification even though on a .gov site I saw otherwise. I am a war veteran and multiple times the associates told me “well why did you go into the military knowing you might get paralyzed” WHAT!!! That shocked me to realize how disrespectful they are to war veterans. Capital One release my funds. Those are MINE. Everyone make aware that capital one hates war veterans!!

Great cafe to have it in heart of Glendale,Great lobby with sitting area, free Wi-Fi, free checking account, free mobile deposit, most importantly friendly, caring, professional and knowledge local staff. Christian Smith is a great example, But not happy with the remote customer service bunch of kids that are not aware of human behavior. Would recommend it as a cafe yes but banking... not sure! See it for yourself.

This is espresso single. I think original is very bitter but we can add milk. Clerks are very kind in addition, we can use free wifi and very comfortable sofas or chairs.

I called first, then drove out. When I got there, they said the atms just started resetting, it could take an hour or more. There is no other way to help you, so if you go there the machines randomly may not be active and you’ll have wasted the trip.

It is also a place that offers account holders perks such as 50% off any items purchased at the cafe.Not only is it a place for account holders to cash out on these snazzy perks, it’s a great place to get together and learn a bit about smarter banking! The capital one cafe also offers a variety of activities open to the public available for all to enjoy! Activities range from lectures, crafts, food and games!The cafe is also a great space for those who are simply looking for a traditional cafe. There are plenty of seats and outlets available to those who would like to study, use their laptops or tablets and just sit down to people watch!It feels like a one stop shop for your banking and cafe needs! I wish there was one closer to me!

It us an other designed internet cafe. If you have no screen in front of you than you are outdated. Of course is Wifi free :-)

Excellent place to sit and study, located just in front of Americana. You have access to free WiFi. Sometimes, they provide free coffees to students with IDs as well as free giveaway samples of muffins or scones. Its a great hub for students. You will find this place amazing.If you like my review, please give me a THUMBS UP.

Came here while walking around Downtown Glendale since I adore Peet’s coffee. We got 50% off our drinks thanks to a Capital One card and not a single person bothered us about Capital One related anything. We enjoyed the nice quiet atmosphere and comfy seating. The coffee was also fantastic, obviously.

2 times now I drove to this location because I needed to make an immediate cash deposit both times the ATM machine to the left took my very large amount of cash spit out my card and didnt acknowledge my payment or a receipt. Both times I had to call in the capital one and wait a month for the investigation to resolve highly annoying never coming to the bank again 😡

Dont bother opening an account with Capital one. They are a joke. They will close your accounts if you dont maintain a certain balance and they do not even tell you. They closed my account out of nowhere and Im still waiting on them to mail me my check including my remaining balance.Very shady way to conduct business capital one.

So I come here everyday. I am usually a very happy customer. This coffee place is my go to. Especially because of the perks that I didnt even know I get with my awesome credit card. I use it all the time. To purchase daily necessities and pay the Bills. I have a low limit which is perfect for building my score and constantly using it. Sometimes I come in and pay with my capital one card since I get 50%. There were a couple of instances where i maxed out my limit but I was still able to get my discount because I showed them I have a capital one card. Every one out of 10 occasions I do that. Employees never told me it would be an issue since I come every day. I have the card and pay with most of the time. Never knew I cannot just show them and pay with a different card. Its okay to make a mistake and let me know that they made a mistake and unfortunately it isnt how it supposed to be. Maybe they didnt know or didnt check. Today I go in to get my usual coffee. There is a white female 52 ish 40 to 45 years old shoulder length straight blonde hair with an RBS no smile. Very rude and passive aggressive. All chatty and laughing with employees but rude to guests or just me. I showed her my capital one card so then she applied the discount. Then I was gonna pay with a different card. She asks me if i am paying with my capital one card. I informed her unfortunately not since i maxed it out. Then she said i cannot do that. So i mentioned i have done that on multiple occasions and it has never been an issue. I didnt know about this rule. I thought its enough to own one. She passive aggressively replied who did that noone can do that. Its the cafes decision etc. Basically calling me a liar because she believes noone could have done it. I didnt want to point out other baristas because I wasnt sure if they would get into trouble or if its a mistake they made but since they are all very kind and hard workers unlike her I didnt point out specifics. I just dont think a person like that is fit for such a sophisticated location. Very disappointed. I understand if its a mistake on their end and maybe apologize to me for informing me wrong. This is not the way to handle things. And after she was just staring at me the whole time with an rbs. Until I left. I feel sorry for others that have to work with her.

Love it here. WiFi is good. I can get my work done and enjoy a coffee all while being close to the Americana. This location rocks

My review is for the overall vibe and experience I’ve had at their coffee shop, not anything to do with banking. I LOVEEEEE this place. It’s big open and airy, LOADS of seating. They aren’t blaring music like Starbucks. Great WiFi and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the employees there. The Capitol One peeps are there for you to talk to if you’re interest but I’ve never felt pressured or annoyed by them ever. They’re all super friendly! Love this place.

A great and comfortable space to do work. Free WiFi and incredibly friendly staff. I use a wheelchair and they are always accommodating in moving chairs out of the way for me.

I enjoy going to this place since it’s always clean, good coffee and also do my Capital One banking.Staff in this place are also nice and helpful.

I like the environment and the coffee. Most representatives of the bank honestly try to help. Still I feel they should try and get some full service tellers. Further, the Peets coffee chooses to make up some weird rules about exchanging bills for change.

If i could give it zero stars I would. Yesterday evening I was sitting next to three of the employees trying to get some work done in their cafe but one of the employees just would not shut up. She talked for an hour straight about utter nonsense. It was clear the other two employees were also trying to get some work done but she just couldnt take a hint. She kept talking and talking. I really hope she sees this review and realizes how utterly distracting and annoying she was being and maybe will fix that problem. If I could have moved I would have.

Great place to hang out on your laptop, write in your notebook (whatever your preference may be). The staff is friendly, the coffee is pretty good and they have free wifi 😆

I gave this place 3 stars because Peets coffee baristas are usually nice and professional but today they were rude. The woman that took my order looked serious or upset. Then, when I was waiting for my order, it seems that the other barista gave part of my order to somebody else.when I inquired the woman who took my order was rude saying that it was already handed out to me. The other barista made the mistake in giving it to somebody else. In any case there is no need to be rude to customers.

First of all, I want thanks Capital One for being an Amazing banking entity!!! Thank you very much! But the guy that service the coffee shop Saturday afternoon had an anger looking after I point out that what I got wasnt a triple espresso due to the quantity of coffee on the cup but just a double espresso. He showed me being annoying by telling me that thats the way the machine makes its espressos; I dont really believe it as most coffee machines are made for the expectancies of American coffee drinkers and having live in Italy for long time, I know the difference otherwise, Peets coffee is stealing money. Moreover, I buy coffee from many places not just the usual Stbx and CB and Im not satisfied with Peets coffee services. And it sucks that they are serving in my favorite bank. 😒

This was by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. When I went to close my account, Capitalone reversed my withdrawal after it had already gone through causing my funds to be caught in suspension/transfer for over a week! This was my life savings and they just pulled it back claiming they identified it might be fraud, even though I had already gone through two separate fraud prevention security screenings to initiate and verify the transfer account. They state they were trying to prevent fraud, but only caused incredible scare to me the customer that fraud had been committed against me and that my life savings was going to disappear. It took six calls of nearly an hour each to resolve this problem. I will NEVER bank or use a CapitalOne Product again. In my opinion, they should not even be in the industry. They are a joke of a company.

The atms are always broken down, to think I was thinking of getting a checking account with these guys, hell no!
