First time in an Apple store. Took a while to get a salesperson. They were nice but pretty much new car salesmen. Thats fine if thats your thing. Id rather not buy depreciating machines on credit, but tbh I dont have $14k for a computer... Yet
Made me come back 3 tines each tome did not honor appt. Sat at genius bar for an hour listening to Anita deflect help to others then gossip about the customers to staff. She did the same thing to me, rolled her eyes to other staff. Working on set all day came in paint clothes. Anita used this as an excuse to make judgement.
I went to pick up my phone after I just dropped it off to get fixed and right away they thought I was lying asking me all these question to show proof by putting my password and ID in because they didn’t believe I was picking up my own phone. take in mind my daughter is my screen saver on the phone and I was with my daughter when I was picking it up, I think they saw the way I looked and judged me right away, but at least they gave me my phone back after they hassled me .
Had a Service Appointment at 4pm, got there early around 3pm, I was told I have to come back at 4pm, fine I did return 4pm, I waited for few minutes, I was told, we just had a rush of customers, and that our service Genius will be returning from his lunch around 4:10pm, Fine, suddenly everyone around us including everyone that came after us, was being assisted, 4:30pm and we are still waiting, I asked to speak to the Manager, she had no answer and explanation, said let me find you someone to help you, UNAPOLOGETICALLY, someone came to assist, I explained our issue with our MacBook, with us not even for 30 seconds, said let me get you pricing, she told us It will take 3-5 Business Days and around the $500, I commented, Its probably worth investing in a new MacBook, She made no comments and did not even offer to sell me one. Her only answer was OK. I pretty much left the store with my wife really upset, I just could not believe what I have just witnessed.Folks I have 4 MarBooks, 3 IPads, 4 Iphones, now, you can only guess what I will think of Apple Products, and Services, and the Horrific experience I had today. Never will I ever walk into any of your stores.
I was working with Ethan at the Glendale Galleria store and he was extremely professional and very helpful. He took his time to explain everything in detail and was very polite and did everything to assure I was in good hands. Overall it was a great experience to come in to the Apple Store today so I had to take the time to at least write a review and thank him.
Apple keeps deleting my negative reviews! I waited for my appt for so long I witnessed staff gossiping about the customers.

I am experiencing the worse service in this locationOne of the representatives he has no customer, I walk up to him, he seems like not willing to help .So when he took my phone number to make an walk in appointment he took the wrong phone number . So I was waiting and waiting still not receive any text messages for confirming my appointment. So he again not helping anyone but playing his device . So ask him I did not receive any message about my appointment, he show he don’t even care, ask me come back 1:30 . So I have to ask him can you check my phone if is correct ?Then he is unwilling and give me attitude and I ask what is my phone number you have in your system. Of course he say the wrong phone number. He just don’t care .I said, please correct my phone number in the system.He said he can’t . He said because I give him the wrong phone number.This is the worse representative I have never encountered12.00 pm I am walk in to Apple store12:40 pm . I try to find a supervisor in the store .One gentleman he said he is . And his name is ChrisNas. The worst representative I have never encountered with all these years I have using I phone products.I believe got something to do with Managent.Lack of trainingNot willing to help customerI will never come back this location

My son bought me an IPhone 12 as a gift. My carrier Verizon does not do the transfers for clients anymore which I think is ridiculous. They gave me the App IOS option to do it myself. I couldnt do it because it kept on giving me an error message. I called Apple customer service and they said the store can help me. They scheduled an appointment at the Glendale Galleria store. I went there on time and waited 40 minutes before they approached to help me. The Reps name was Wil and he was absolutely helpless. He didnt care at all and did not make me welcomed. He was ignorant and did not help me. He asked me how do you check the wifi on this Samsung? I showed him and because we were having an issue with the wifi he needed to check the wifi on my old samsung few times and kept on asking how to pull wifi on samsung. I said it is not a rocket science. He replied that he doesnt know anything about samsung. Just because I had a Samsung, he made me feel like Sh....t and didnt help me. Now I have a new Iphone and not connected and Apple store did not help me. I will go to Best Buy to see if they can help me. Thanks Apple for such a bad service.

I love Apple products but not so much for customer service here at Glendale location. After months of closing because of the pandemic, they finally reopen their stores back for in store return. I called Apple Thousand Oaks to make sure I could make a return for a product that I bought in November. I was confirmed with a friendly manner on the phone that I could make a return to get a refund with no problem.Yesterday I happened to be in Glendale area so I decided to return the product at Apple Glendale instead.My associate was Dennis.He asked: “You bought this in November?”.I said: “ Yes”.After checking my receipt, he replied that I could get a store credit because it passed 2 weeks of return policy.I told him how could I make a return if they closed all stores because of the pandemic. He did not listen nor asked why the product didn’t work for me.After talking to his supervisor, he came back and said:”We would FORGIVE you this time and refund the amount to your card.” I felt like I was treated like a beggar at that moment.I will not come back to this store because of such conceited attitude.
Made a shopping reservation from 3-3:15 and received no help. I checked in and I waited and waited. What’s the point of making a reservation if you’re not gonna be helped during the time you picked?! No worker let me know or gave me a heads up that it was gonna take longer than expected. After 20 mins and still no help, I ended leaving. Such a waste of time.
I visited this store many times in past decades, yes since when they opened they’re doors...some bittersweet experiences in the past overall not very happy with their sales people attitude! But this latest visit with the help of this gentleman name Ray gave me hope and brought me happiness! Ray was professional, quick, courteous, trusting, kind, knowledgeable and everything you can expect from an ideal customer service plus more! Just look at that genuine smile and pride that he has for Apple products makes you buy Apple only! ;) Such a pleasure Ray! All I bought was an iPad for my dear friend! And you made that experience amazing! Great job Apple for having such a wonderful ambassador at your store! We love our electronic devices but always humans first! I stood there for an hour wanting to purchase a laptop to replace my old and beaten one. I was really hurt and shocked that no one was willing to help, they werent even busy.
It was disorganized, I had to go to 3 different sales people before I got helped
I finally bought my first iPad and I’m so excited! I went years telling myself that I didn’t need a tablet because I had my phone but I finally got fed up with looking at the small screen while I was laying on my couch or in my bed and decided to pick up an iPad. I didn’t know that much about them so I was extremely grateful that the staff was able to assist me in finding the right one!

Switching over to android. Apple is a joke, not only are the prices outrageously priced, they stopped including chargers in boxes. Such a rip off. Android offers more at a lower price.
They were to stuck up not helpful. The one at the Americana is better off.

Walking in to this Apple is a lot like walking into a the Slauson Swapmeet, its very messy and manager is as pleasant as a root canal. A woman identified herself as Ciara the manager seemed to be very irritated at simple questions, but she went down her entire CV with me, when she could have just answered the questions.I had to gently walk out, hoping I wasn’t on some hidden camera show or worse a punch in the back of the head. LolNope no hidden camera show, this really did happen. lolIt really is a head scratcher.

Horrible customer service but repair service was quick. Brought my 2018 MacBook Pro in to get the battery replaced and I left my charger brick and cable with them as well. When I went to pick it up, they handed me my laptop but didnt have the charger or cable. Said they checked everywhere and couldnt find it. I told them to check their cameras but apparently they dont do that kind of thing. Who knew. On top of that, I would have to pay to get a new one (which is $79+ for a new brick). After haggling for about 30 minutes, the manager finally came back and arrogantly handed me a new cable and charging brick without saying a word, and then walked off. I appreciate the quick turnaround, but how do you just lose a charger like that. Ill take my issues to the Americana next time.
Apple store went from the best customer service in the country to one of the worst in less than a year. All they do is perform hygiene theater thats both pointless, unscientific, and wastes their customers time. We get it, theres a pandemic. They treat surfaces like it has nuclear contamination. The guy at the Apple Store went back and wore gloves to hand over a box from behind a thick glass. Its excessive and well beyond what CDC recommends.I am all for social distancing, masking, all of that. But what theyre doing is treating their stores like a Level 4 biohazard facility.
I would like to recognize the following employees of this store for helping me out - Shawn, Dustin and Scott.I purchased an Apple Iphone 12 Pro Max from the Apple Store Americana and I was provided with a free 5G card to take to a AT&T store. To my dismay, the customer service rep at AT&T was rude and charging me $25 to just activate the sim card.I went to this Apple Store and they helped me immediately and I was able to leave the store happy and glad that I can use my phone to go home😊.Keep up the great work! 👊

Went here for iPod issue and they made me waited for over an hour and when it was finally my turn they made me wait more than 30min at the counter without anyone come to assist me. The entire time called for help but the employees didn’t bat an eye. After I waited for like a century, finally an employee approached. He was nice but honestly nothing was fixed and my iPod became useless.
Had a great Genius Bar techie who pin pointed the issue immediately after meeting with him. He was pleasant, quirky, and engaging which made me feel like my computer needs were heard and understood. Thank you for making my Apple store visit a one to remember 😊
I dont enjoy going to Apple store. They are so good protecting your privacy that they will protect your data from yourself.
Makes customer wait 15 mints before entering which is whatever but real issue was 15 secs in you get pulled aside and told Either either you have to make a purchase or you have to leave. I did go in there with the intention of spending over $1000 on an overpriced product, and after that experience they wont be seeing my money anymore....

Eddie the manager at the galleria you are the rudest person ever. I walked a mile with my 81 year old dad and you turned us away. There was very few customers and we recently purchased the iPhone 12 which is a piece of $&&@! My dad is disabled and we asked you to please help up with multiple software issues and you said “ we don’t have time” go home and call Apple! Eddie you treat seniors horribly and should be utterly ashamed of yourself- because of you EDDIE are two businesses turned our phones in and shut down accounts with apple- we will never return to the store due to how you treated a senior citizen.
Usually easy to get appointment here. Wait can be longer. Not as busy as Americana store. Amazing two stores are so close to each other.
I am constantly having bad experience with this store, last time I spoke with CR she said that she is the manager of the store, but everything gone worst. She was bringing not legit examples by hurting instead of helping or giving some advise. I just cannot understand how the person who can seems high and have fun on customers can be a manager. I am very disappointed on customer service and on apple products that keeps dropping their quality year by year.
Bought my first laptop here. Like many apple stores, the salesmen have a good knowledge of their products and will not push to get the most expensive product sold. However, waiting time is very long and not all products are in store. Would have been better if Mandarin salesmen are available, waiting time are shortened and stock refilled more quickly.
The Apple Store at the Glendale Galleria is my favorite local Apple store. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Willing to help explain things a few times to get a better understanding. I came in to diagnose issues with audio on my iPhone and a connection issue on my MacBook and every single person I talked (at the Genius Bar and in the rest of the store) was really amazing!

Shout out to Kate at the Genius Bar!!!! She is the sweetest, most patient and skilled technician. Both my laptop and iPhone were having major issues and wouldn’t turn on. I was so afraid I lost all my data, I arrived at the store in a panic and she did all she could to save my devises! Let’s just say she waited with us until well after closing and almost until 10 pm!! she made sure my laptop had a chance before just making me leave when they close the store at 9! No one will do this! You are an ANGEL! Thank you so much Kate, I will never forget your kindness. I love you Apple.

I had multiple questions regarding purchasing a phone. I was transferred to a Spanish speaker representative. Carlos did great in helping me out. I can very well say thank you to him for being attentive and patient with the questions I had. My questions were resolved thanks to him. Thank you Apple store for you excellent service.
Wait times to see a team member at the “Genius Bar” are ridiculous. They have you waiting for 3-4 hours. However, I went there with a problem on my IPhone 8plus. The screen cracked while it was being charged. The phone had not fallen, yet when I saw the crack and unplugged it, it was flaming hot to the touch. Not long after, it stopped working. Checked online and saw that many users had the same issue. Went in, and thanks to the fact that it was still under the one year warrantee, I got it replaced. Got a brand new phone without paying a dime. Either Apple wants to keep this issue as quite as possible, or they’re actually accepting responsibility for an issue for that mode phone. What you choose to believe it up to you.
Charging port wasnt working so I went in to see if I could get help with it. Alex assisted me and was a fantastic help; the whole thing was taken care of within 10 minutes. Super personable too! He was fantastic, and overall Id say this was my best experience at an Apple Store. For REAL real.
My friend ask me where Apple store is. I took him there at first very helpful but when repair 4 free the techs didnt do very much except tell us 2 go elsewhere. ??? Didnt understand ??? There job 2 keep customers in house not send them elsewhere.

When I went to the store, the employee, Elizabeth the technician, went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. It was obvious that she was a very caring person and provided excellent customer service. If only all customer service employees were as caring and helpful as her. I am extremely satisfied with the team, including the manager, Kim - who is also a great person with a great personality. This is like most other Apple stores: nothing too interesting (except for the fact that this store is the second of over 490 in the world), but you can complete your purchase smoothly. If you want to see more products, or need more space, I suggest the Apple Store at the Americana at Brand, which is only 600 feet away from the Galleria store.

I had an extremely negative experience here.From the moment I walked in the door everyone seemed confused. I had clunky interactions with each team member I spoke with. But you know, if there are some awkward people working there, who cares?Then, I was sat at the Genius Bar. I waited for a half hour past my appointment time. No one even stopped to acknowledge that I was there. Then, I finally got “help”. My technician spent less than a minute looking at my laptop before telling me it would take $500 to fix. She did not answer any questions I asked, and didn’t even give me her best guess at a diagnosis.I went to the Pasadena location an hour later and they were amazing. I was given a diagnosis and was treated like an actual person.I will never take my Apple products to the Glendale Galleria again because of the lack of customer service I experienced.

Dang, Gina. This place is pretty dang cool! Weve all been inside an Apple Store, but this one is located inside the Glendale Galleria Mall and the location is beautiful. Other than that, this is your typical Apple Store, but a little larger than most.
Went to the Apple store on the second floor in the galleria. The lady there that helped us was very rude. I did not get her name but she had blonde hair and was probably 50 or 60 years old.we will never go there again and will recommend that our friends do not go there either. If I could get zero stars I would.
My iPhone 11 is freezing all the time I walked into the store to see if they can help solve the problem on this thousand dollar Phone. The staff member greeting me treated me like a Persona non Grata, he was very rude and talked down to me because I am elderly and not as tech savvy as him. I will never buy another apple product. This is age discrimination
Best Apple Store. Excellent customer service. The staff are very nice and helpful. Recently my iPhone 6 starts to shut down unexpectedly. Walked in without making an appointment and waited about 40 minutes. The technician helped me out. My iPhone is in an excellent condition now. Cant be more happy.
First time here and it was a really great experience! Had an issue with my macbook pro where the screen was broken. The staff at the genius bar were incredibly friendly, helpful and replaced my screen for FREE! I ended up saving hundreds of dollars on the repair! Also, the service time which was estimated at 3 days ended up just taking a few hours! Really great experience and I highly recommend going to this apple store for computer service!

I ordered an iphone 11 it didnt come in so i went to pick it up they said no and i came in to the coworkers talking about me i was upset but i got over it next thing i know they threw an iphone at my face and made me pay for damages 1star and im gonna sue if my iphone isnt given within the next couple weeks they also removed all orders from the store and deleted my name so im about to sue .... I prefer this store to the one at the brand, its a bit easier to get in and out and not as busy. The service is always great if you make an appointment. Walk in service can be some wait so always make an appointment first.

Anybody willing to Help is Impossible to Find. Came in without an appointment, so having to wait over an hour is understandable. But come in and try to find a person to take your information for the waiting list is difficult enough. Then waiting over three hours for your text message was Ridiculous. Finally got fed up waiting came back into the store to ask about the waiting list and they had no idea I was on the waiting list???!!! Finally they got me a person who was willing to assist (first time purchase of Apple product and I got locked out, due to wrong pass-code/which was odd because it was the right one) So this Sales Person (He) told me it will take few 15 minutes or so to reboot my iPad Pro and he will be right back within 15 minutes. Waited over 30 minutes, He never came back and Im waiting not knowing how much longer it will take??? Asked another sales person, what is going on or how longer it will take. He takes a look and says I am done. As I am walking out the door, I see the previous sales person standing alone doing nothing. He Totally Forgot about me!!!!! No I will Never Come back to this Apple Store nor Purchase Anything from this Store EVER. Wasted four hours and 36 minutes of my time.
