Great customer service! I had bought a 70 inch television for a great price! I was very surprised on the quality and the shape of the T.V due to being an open box T.V. I’m a satisfied customer and happy I went with Man Cave! They are awesome!!

I purchased a TV from these guys around the end of November and it was in very clean shape; new and seemingly just an open-box and returned item. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with it but they let me exchange it for another unit which was just as new and this one worked just fine. They have a very efficient, no-frills warranty policy and are very helpful with returns. I will definitely be purchasing another TV from them in the future. Theres no reason to buy new at big-box store prices when you have companies like Man Cave Entertainment that sell open-box new items at a considerable discount.

Guys that were running the business did everything they could to help me with my remote control problem, but was unable to, but I appreciate the effort for sure!!!

Purchased a TV here because it was a cheaper price. Now I understand that they sell refurbished TV’s and that is not the issue. The first TV I purchase had a short on the power supply so it would constantly reboot. I called and explained the problem and the gentleman at the store (Can’t remember his name) told me to come back and exchange it, which I did. So I get the Second TV home and mounted on the wall powered up begin watching it for a little while and then the sound shuts off and a clicking sound is coming from the amplifier built into the TV. So I again call and the Same gentleman offers to bring another TV up to my house seeing as I live 45 minutes from the store he tells me he has off the next two days and that he will work something out so I take him for his work I never hear from him until Sunday three days later he tells me on the phone and he has notes but I can’t remember what the notes were for so I tell him that I’m gonna bring the TV back and expect a full refund. I have a job so I asked my parents to bring the TV back and get my money for me, my parents arrive at the store in the same gentleman whose name I cannot still remember tells my parents that I hooked the TV up wrong and I needed to be using a sound bar and that’s why it’s not working... Really the TV has an amplifier built into it with speakers for a reason... Now up until this point I was going to leave a 5 star review but due to your customer service this is what you get .....stay away from this place it’s a joke

Got a terrific deal on a great tv through these guys. Unfortunately the remote wasn’t in the box when we got home and we drove an hour to pick it up. Earl drove us the remote from Glendale to Chandler at 9:00pm to make sure we could set our new television up. That is going above and beyond for your customer and ill definitely buy my next tv from here as well.

This place has excellent prices and a good selection I bought a TV from them and when I got home and set it up it did have a permanent line in the screen they did tell me that you had a 6-month warranty on it so I took it back the next day they replaced it without question they tested the new one before I left the store to make sure that there was no issues and I am very happy with their service and their pricing I highly recommend this place

The buying experience was great in my opinion. You cannot beat the prices of TVs here. I did months of extensive research to find that perfect 75in 4k TV. I was looking at last years models of TVs because thats what I could afford. When I walked in I was pleased to find that not only could i afford this years model but also a bigger screen size. Man oh man do I love my Vizio TV! I picked up the 60in 4k, and altho I had a couple of issues with the first one, the replacement was easy and handled very well and super professional. I have purchased multiple TVs from Man Cave over the last couple of years and regularly refer friends and family to them. Ironically, the first TV I bought from them was defective. I admit I was concerned that a small company may not be willing to replace the TV since it was an open box purchase and I had it for over a month before I learned it was not working. (It was in a guest room at my house and not turned on for more than a minute until the guests arrived.) I took the TV back to Man Cave. After testing it themselves, they immediately provided a terrific replacement. That TV has been working perfectly ever since. Their honesty and professional service has made me a loyal customer.

Bought a 50 Vizio that was on clearance. Sure, the model was a couple years old, so great price. There was a small issue with the neck/pedestal mounting hardware that was in the box with the TV, and these guys went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make it right. Im talking about dug-up-the-right-part-at-their-distributors-warehouse-in-L.A kind of make it right. Came in to purchase a TV because of a sale I saw on Facebook... They made up some excuses why the sale wasnt valid for me. Ended up just going to best buy

Everything. Bought a 50inch smart 3d tv there for 550. It was slightly used and by that I mean just out of the box still had plastic on it.

Refused to offer any discount on OPEN BOX items. I even asked for a military discount and he said all he could do is take off 3% if I purchased 10 or more TVs. The TV is decent but the experience was terrible.
