I came to repair a phone bought in Korea. They asked me to take an appointment 2 weeks later. When I come back (1h away), they dont even touch the phone because its not from usa!!! They didnt even try anything. I lost 2 h and paid for the parking. Buy online and dont go there!

So apparently the technicians at this store and not required to make sure that all internal surfaces such as the rear camera on phones are wiped clean prior to installing the rear glass. I took my Note 8 to this store to have the front and rear glass along with the battery replaced to the tune of $260 and they left debris on the camera lens that are visible on every picture. I want back to the store to have them correct the issue and they flat out refused to honor their work. They admit that their is a foreign object on the lens but they are SIMPLY NOT WILLING TO FIX IT!!!. I guess I will be contacting my credit company and contesting the charges. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR REPAIRS.

I got flip3 2month ago. when I use this phone abot 10 day i got this line on center... I did all samsung provided test process... never fixed...I made a reservation month ago for visit service... service said screen got line cuz I put 3rd party screen film protector.what kind of phone got lined effected by thin film...that means... samsung dont want to fix with warranty... they gonna charge to customer for fix all manufacture defected product.did you guy think that it is my fault? even I put film after the line comes...samsung service said anyway now i got 3rd party film.. so they not gonna fix with warranty charge me $349... what a thief???

I think Im giving this store five stars for the products mainly because Im a Samsung guy, but I will say the service is excellent and people are ready to talk to you but not be pushy at the same time. The store is so big and has all the major product types in clear areas, like laptops, tablets, and phones. I got to test out the foldable new Samsung phones and they were pretty impressive. They may be too attractive to pass up this time!

Im very sad that my experience at the store, now twice. The first time the experience was average. They took some time but were able to fix my issue in one go. My second experience here was with the tech support department who werent very competent to solve my issue. Every time I spoke to an individual they gave me the wrong information throughout the day and seem very confused on their end. I was finally called by the service manager and was promised of the work being done and still I waited here for over 9 hours and at 6 p.m. was finally told that my device was still not fixed and they had not gotten to it yet! This was with an appointment. Finally 15 minutes before the close, at 8pm, I was given my phone back. Very disappointing experience!General Info: The store is located in a fantastic modern shopping center and is immaculately maintained! That said, you will have to pay for parking and if you are going to be at the Samsung store like me for a longer time, you may end up paying more than $25 for parking as they do not validate parking tickets!

We went here to buy my wife a Galaxy Watch and were greeted with perfect service. They were not pushy at all, even emphasized that we should not buy the watch if we werent watch people. Luckily we are. They tried every discount they could think of and ended up saving us a fair amount of money. IF you are considering a Samsung product, these people can definitely help you.

I Had the worst experience ever, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST EVER...I WENT IN TO ASK ABOUT THE NEW WATCH 4, THE GUY LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS A TECHNICIAN EXPERT. I wish I could give this place minus 5 stars. They are so full of themselves. They make the apple store employees look like the Red Cross. Absolutely the worst customer service possible. If u look at my reviews I rarely bother to write bad reviews, so youll see mostly five stars, and a couple of one star reviews, its usually not worth my time. I only bother to give great reviews because I want those businesses to thrive. But this type of attitude starts at the top. I had called the day before to ask if they had a product in stock before I drove all the way out there, but do not waste any time trying to call the store, because they have such little respect for their customers that they would never take their precious time to answer. U will just wait on hold endlessly. They will literally never answer the phone. So I walked into the store looking for the manager to show her/him the screenshot I took on my phone, where I waited 2 hours on hold and no one ever picked up (I just let the music play in the background as I worked on my computer). When I arrived I was greeted by someone who I thought was the security guard, can I help you... no smile, zero warmth, as if I mustve wandered into the wrong store. I asked to speak to the manager. Can I help you... again, with even less cordiality this time. He never said he was the manager, btw. When I showed him my phone, and told him thats how long I waited on the phone and no one answered, and I tried back again that day, and no one picked up after waiting fifteen minutes, he said, Okay, so how may I help you... As if I had just told him that your store opens at 10 am and I think it should open at 9 am. His attitude was how dare you bring this up to me... I could care less... Mind you, when you call the online store youll get the exact opposite experience. If the wait is too long, the message will ask to call you back, and will give you an approximate call back time, and then theyll actually call you back in that time frame. And then when the agent gets to you theyll be extremely friendly and helpful. Ive never been to another Samsung Experience Store before, so Im assuming, and hoping for Samsungs sake that this Experience is simply because of terrible leadership from their manager.

Went in, spent $1500+ on a phone and the girl helping me the entire time had HORRIBLE customer service. She was on her phone the entire time and didnt care much about helping me. Payed more attention to her phone than anything and finally gives me my new phone in a ripped bag. It is really unprofessional to act this way in the work place.

I purchased a Samsung 75 TV from Costco approximately two years ago. I had purchased an extended warranty, covering the TV until 2024. In August of 2021, my Samsung TV began having issue, including, but not limited to, the remote control not working, the apps on the TV not displaying, the volume not working, and not connecting to the internet. I called Samsung and they connected me with Service Quick. Several days later, the representative came to my house. He must have been in my house diagnosing the issues for no more than 20 minutes. This rep decided that the issue was my internet and not the TV. I explained to him that all the other devices are working just fine, including the 55 Samsung TV in my bedroom. The problem continued and I kept calling Samsung. Samsung kept on creating new work orders/tickets. Every time Samsung created a new repair ticket, Service Quick would cancel the new repair ticket the day before or the day of the repair. This occurred 4 times. Each time they blamed the issue on my internet. Service Quick would not even come out for a second time to address the issue or revaluate their diagnosis. I finally called Costcos concierge service and explained the issue. Costco was amazing and authorized me to return the defected TV to Costco. I returned the Samsung TV and purchased a Sony. I have had the Sony TV for couple of months now, connected to the same internet network at my house, and I have had zero issues. Samsung did not take responsibility for the problem and told me that there is nothing they can do and blamed my internet. I will never purchase another Samsung TV and will never use Service Quick.

I would like to start off by saying this has been the worst experience Ive had in a mobile store. Purchased a brand new phone July 8th. Phone was defective. Went back to the store Aug 1st, they took my phone in and told me to wait for my replacement to be shipped to the store. Its now Aug 15th and Im still without a phone. They have had no communication with me at all. No one has contacted me. They took my phone and havent heard at all from them.

I called samsung customer support because my brand new Galaxy Watch 4 is over heating and it has horrible battery life less than 8hrs, they sent me to this location and told me no appointment was required. When I get here the associate tells me they cannot service me without an appointment and they cannot ship my device for me either. They told me to call customer service again, honestly very disappointed at the fact that they did not try to help any further basically drove 20min and paid 2dlls parking for nothing.

I dropped of my phone and buds here over a month ago and I still can get a call back or an email. They said it may take 5 days to order the parts, and I cant just drive an hour out of my we ay to be told theyre on backorder or some other excuse. I wish I couldve done this repair through Ubrakifkx but unfortunately this is the only place that can repair the flip. 1200 dollar phone and 180 earphones, not to mention the repair cost and I still am in the dark about whats going on.

After dropping my phone and scratching my screen, I took it to this store. The staff was prompt, helpful, and efficient in replacing my screen with a new protection film. Overall, the entire process from coming in to leaving was less than 10 minutes. Samsung firmly stands behind their products and their service is truly noteworthy.

It was alright. We waited a good while to be seen and then was passed on to another saleperson. His guidance was very helpful. We made a puchase via my samsung app with his help. Now I use app! 😀 When we tried to buy an additional accessory item, unfortunately went back to waiting. The salesperson ringing up items, saw us but did not address us regarding the wait time. What was funny was my intention was to buy three electronic and accessory products. To bad the store didnt reap the benefits. Oh did I mention, they did not have the item on stock but it was on display? Whats with not having Otterbox accessories 😕 😐 🤔? If you want customers, have the staffing and supply to support the demand. I will go back only if I can get the salesperson that helped.

I never knew there was a Samsung store let alone one like this. I went because my charging port wasnt working. I dont know his name but hes tall with curly hair and dude helped me out so much. Took my phone in the back and got it fixed and it only took like an hour and a half. And the best thing about it was they took care of everything where I didnt have to pay, this time lol. Hopefully wont have to see them anytime soon but if need be I will be back.

Serious issue with my phone. Store clerk didnt even let me finish my sentence before telling me they wont service walk ins. But no where does it say that in the store. Go to their web page and no where to book an appointment. Call for tech support and get a recording that doesnt help. Sad customer service

Really bad customer service after they damage my phone then set an appointment weeks later to fix the damage I wait almost an hour to get check into find out is another 5hrs to get my phone fix you would think after they are the ones who DAMAGE my phone I would get service faster they dont now I had to make another appointment another month wait to get my phone fix!! I went to Samsung Experience Store at Americana@brand about 10:10 AM to change my cracked screen. After I walked in, I was scheduled at 11:00AM. But I didnt get checked in after 11:30 AM, because there is only 1 person work at the front. I had been told it might take up to 4 hours to finish the repair. Its actually took a little bit over 1 hour. Im very happy with that.. They should put more people work in the earlier shift.

Horrible customer service experience. I walked in and standing my the galaxy note section waiting for someone to come over and help me. I even raised my hand like I was back in high school to get someones attention. It was so bad that the cleaning lady was about to sell me a phone. I didnt know it took 3 associates to sell 1 customer a phone. I was looking at a phone for about 15 minutes but still no one. At this point I wish I had a pishybsells person. I walked in ready to buy phones and walked out with nothing. Oh well on to the next. Thanks anyways.

I received a defective samsung galaxy note 20 ultra from samsung and even sent it in for service which I didnt want to do as I use the phone for monetary business. I called and called over the course of the two weeks to make sure that it was fixed before being sent back to me only to, OF COURSE!!!, have it sent back to me in the same defective condition that it was in before I received it! Then, after I hassled samsung over the phone and told them what I was willing to do and not willing to do, they agreed to send me an exchange which I was okay with. THE ONLY THING IS THAT I FOUBD OUT THEY TRIED TO SEND ME THE WRONG COLOR AND WERE TRYING TO SEND ME A REFURBISHED PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW PRODUCT THAT TURNED OUT TO BE DEFECTIVE ON SAMSUNGS BEHALF!!! I am not even describing what Ive gone through with this company over the course of more than a month (a little less than 2). I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, AM HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED IN HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED, AND WILL NEVER BUY NOR OWN ANOTHER SAMSUNG PHONE AGAIN!!! This store refused to do anything for me. Its sad.

Back in February I traded my S20 in for the S21. I made a mistake and left a password after the factory reset and well that turned into losing $700. I reached out to there customers support to give them the password and they declined to take it. Samsung ended up charging me $700. Well it gets worse. I didnt request my trade in to be returned with in 10 days. So they pretty much kept it and declined to send it back. Spent hours on the phone getting Fwd 5 times 2 different occasions. Feel like Samsung stole $700 and a cell phone from me. Horrible customer service, guess Im getting a Iphone next. Samsung just likes to commit fraud.

03/26/21 around 9PM. There was a last update with Samsung and my navigation pro (3rd party app) on my Samsung watch, the voice output stopped working. The excellent Samsung rep took his time to carefully provide the best experience and care that evening. I forgot to get his name, but man, after a month or so of not having this feature work, this guy figured it out and thank God he did!! It was bugging me this whole time and frequently it was becoming an inconvenience not having this feature on. We thought it was a simple volume issue but it was more... something to do with the webview app that was already installed on my phone. Thank you to this young gentleman who helped me troubleshoot my phone and watch. You rock!

If you really want to purchase Samsung products just purchase online or throught your phone provider.The employee Gina helped me with a transaction where i used 2 cards to make try to purchase the Note Ultra but my second card got locked due to so many attempted swipes to charge my card.By the end of it i couldnt make the purchase at that moment due to my card getting locked. My first card was charged $600 and never voided out. When i went back to the store Gina said there was no charge or transaction in the system and my money should be back to my account in one day.Two days later the charge had been processed to my account and i returned to the store and told by a supervisor that the transaction was VOIDED and i would be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.One week later i spoke to Troy who said there was nothing in there system and i just need to call my bank and ask for a merchant #, transaction #, and authorization # then they can fix my problem until then they cant do anything about the $600 charge.Troy also told me this happened to him once aswell.SO EVERYONE BECAREFUL BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

The 2 stars are for the employee (Gina) who was assigned to help me. The girl had no clue about the features of the watch. To which, I did not mind, because I knew I was getting the watch anyway. I asked her about changing the leather band to a silicone and she did not know that the 20mm band was not compatible. I also asked her about the watch detecting a fall, she sound surprised. She did not tell me it. did not come with a charger or I would have bought one at the store. Just dont appreciate being assigned a sales person who has no clue. Returning watch and buying it online as it is $30 less, free shipping and no taxes.
